They handled the warranty claim without any issues and had the repair done quickly. Val did a great job and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. It's always nice when a repair is this straightforward. Highly recommend if you need service for your phone.

Formal Customer Complaint…read more I arrived at ubreakifix at 6:45 p.m., while the store was still open and scheduled to close at 7:00 p.m. There were two customers ahead of me who were waiting to pick up their phones. When it was my turn, I informed the person working there at the time by the name if Jose that I wanted to purchase the $40 phone protection plan and only had a quick question regarding what the coverage included. Before I could ask my question, Jose told me that he "didn't have time" to answer it. His overall demeanor made it seem as though he was in a rush to get everyone out of the store before closing. I explained that I already knew which protection plan I wanted to purchase and only needed clarification on the coverage. I also assured him that my question would only take a moment. After that, he reluctantly allowed me to remain and complete the purchase. I later learned that he was trying to leave early so he could make an 8:00 p.m. movie. While I understand that employees have personal plans outside of work, customers who arrive during normal business hours should still be treated with professionalism, patience, and respect. I arrived before closing, knew exactly what I wanted to buy, and was simply asking a reasonable question about a product I was purchasing. I was disappointed by the interaction and felt that I was being rushed instead of assisted. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers receive the level of service they should expect during posted business hours. This review gets two stars because I understand we all have our bad days and those don't normally reflect who we are as people in the long run. I genuinely do think Jose would have provided better customer service if he didn't have a movie to catch.

Tortello knew right away that the 13 Pro doesn't repair like the older phones and needs a full TrueDepth module swap, and even pointed me to Apple's Self Service program in case I wanted to try it myself. That kind of honesty when they could have just taken my money told me everything I needed to know. Flat fee, genuine Apple part with a year warranty, and seal replacement as standard practice. Part came in early and they turned the repair around in a few hours. Face ID, Apple Watch unlock, and Portrait mode all work perfectly now and the service history shows a genuine TrueDepth camera. Friendly, easy going, and clearly knows this stuff at a level most shops don't. I priced this against a mail in place that quoted me way more and would have meant shipping my phone across the country. Glad I went local. Highly recommend.

I came across Ms. Stefanny Tortello, a VERY talented woman who said she could replace my iPod battery and function-button cover with a new battery that I supplied. I took it to her one afternoon, and she said it would be done the next day , and that I could pick it up first thing the next morning. The iPod works as well as when it was new, and I am very happy that Tortello Repair Service exists, and I am glad to have met Stefanny, and would suggest to anyone with an electronic device that needs repair, to give Tortello Repair Service a call. Five out of Five Stars!!!

This guy. ugh! Nice guy. But.......?! After waiting for over 2 months for my flat screen to be…read morerepaired, and going the last entire month (before Christmas) without one phone call from the guy-Not ONE call, not even a voice mail-to let us know, I need to order a part, I need this, it will take such n such time. Nope. WE however had to call a few times, and every time, it was a strange run around. Oh yeahhh, your TV. I ordered a part. It's going to take 2 weeks to get here. Initially we're thinking.. where is this part coming from? Don't they have Air mail? Next call to him, oh yeah, I got the wrong part, gonna take another 2 weeks. and so on and so one. every call, it was the same story. Now we're on waiting for a part again a THIRD time. Over 2 weeks per time. and it never comes. I didn't think parts were still shipped by Boat? well. bottom line was, the guy was very unprofessional, he basically dropped the ball. We didn't even hound him, gave him More than ample time to fix. Never repaired our TV, after originally taking it in days before Thanksgiving the first time. I picked it up night before Thanksgiving and paid $200, and it broke about 3 days later. We ended up taking it back and forth to him 4 times. worked for a day. broke. worked again. broke. oh the joy of carrying a big flat screen over & over again! Not. TV was never fixed. Now here we are almost into February 2013. We called, asked for the TV back and money back. The money part didn't go over so well with him. Needless to say, I am disputing the charge. Now we are back at square one, well over 2 months later, while my TV sits on the floor. And now searching all over again to find a TV repair place, that actually will repair! Fun. My advice: STEER CLEAR of this guy!!
