To make it worse, the vegan burger was supposed to come with vegan mayo and tomatoes, but didn't have either. When we asked, we were told they had run out. It would've been nice to know that ahead of time instead of finding out after the food was already served. Also... the men's bathroom was out of soap, which is just not a great look. It makes you question cleanliness overall. It honestly seemed like they were understaffed, and if that's the case, there really should've been a manager stepping in to support the staff and help smooth things over for customers... especially considering the location.
