    Creamy Pesto Chicken Linguine
    Molli S.

We just did takeout as I recover from a surgery, but this was still delicious when it arrived and hit the spot! I'm excited to return to dine-in. I had the creamy pesto chicken linguini. I really enjoyed this. It's a basic linguini in a cream sauce, but the fresh chicken and the herbs from the pesto really made this a dish I would order again - though I would have liked more of it. Highly recommend. My husband got the Colorado hot chicken sandwich - really enjoyed. Buffalo-ish in flavor. More of a mild-medium heat, but great because it wasn't overwhelming. 10/10. All takeout was packed well - no leaks or squashed items! Overall, I'll definitely return.

Great spot for date night especially during happy hour. The $5 glasses of wine and beers are a great deal. This place is dog friendly and we sat outside near the fire place which was great for a cold night. Service was very friendly and helpful when we had question. We had to start chicken tenders and fries as well as the crispy wings, specifically the gochujang and peri peri wings. The flavors were amazing and the tenders were crispy. We also had the cheese sandwiches and I added the roasted red pepper soup which was to die for. I'll need to find a copycat lol. This is a great place and we will return.

Avacado Avocado Toast with Cheesy Eggs

Block bottle was fine, great location in Castle Rock and I had no trouble parking. It was nice out, so I sat outside on their patio. Service was great. My server came right away and took my drink and food order. I drink came out right away. My food came out pretty quick too. At first glance, it was a little underwhelming. I ordered the avocado toast with cheesy eggs. I guess I was expecting something a little more elevated than what I could make at home. Maybe some extra toppings or nicer bread for the avocado toast? Everything tasted good, but I just felt like this was something I could've quickly whipped up at home myself and spiced it up a little bit. I did look around and see some other dishes that looked a little more elevated so I may have chosen a basic dish. All in all, I'd come back and try something different. Service and ambiance was great sitting outside, and they have a great indoor/outdoor bar.

Burgers and Fries ... we paid $1 to add blue cheese but there wasn't much blue cheese there.

My husband and I came here super hungry after 7 laps at Challenge Hill. We got a great table outside, next to the fire. The air was slightly chilly in the shade and I loved feeling the warmth. It took quite awhile for anyone to acknowledge us. I think our server might have been having a less than energetic day. We ordered an IPA, a glass of wine and burgers with fries. I enjoyed my wine very much. We thought the burgers were good, though maybe slightly under seasoned. In fact, my husband salted his and I've never seen him do that. The amount of blue cheese added was pretty paltry. My bottom bun got super soggy from the grease off the burger. I ended up "knife-and-forking" it. My husband's burger stayed intact and was not soggy. We liked the vibe of the place and we will most likely give it another try.

Delicious first meal after we arrived in CO. The menu has so many great options. We enjoyed everything we ate, especially the pumpkin waffles. Excellent service too.

My husband and I love their happy hour! In our opinion, it's the best in Castle Rock. Every day 3-6pm they offer half off on their appetizers & $3 Coors lights! Portions are generous and service has always been great! Always offered indoor an outdoor seating which is a nice option as well. Their outdoor space is really nice in the fall/winter especial

Came in with some local family & some more family from out of state. Good choice. They have an excellent food selection, fair prices and top notch service. We had 5 adults, 1 child & 1 toddler. We wanted to sit outside but couldn't get a big enough area so we sat inside. The interior has a calm but bright ambience, I loved the lighting, the menus are classy with a leather feel and the table was set properly. I would definitely recommend this place for a business meal or date. Everything came out perfect. The portions are huge.

We are here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Our friends made a reservation, and we were seated right away when we arrived. We were in an elevated booth toward the middle of the room, which was nice. I ordered the block old fashioned which was very good. We also all ordered starter salads, which were good sized and tasty. For a main course, I had the Cajun Shrimp & Lobster Linguine, which came with butter poached lobster, cajun seasoned shrimp, and made from scratch Alfredo sauce which was flavorful and delicious. Bob ordered the Roast Beef Stroganoff which came with pappardelle noodles, mushrooms, and a creamy demi glace, which was also very good. All the entrees were very generously portioned.

While we were there we kept seeing these giant cinnamon rolls come out of the kitchen. We joked that we would come back the next day for one but that's actually exactly what we did. Cinnamon roll was AMAZING. My bf could not stop going back for more bites even after he was stuffed. He also devoured the country skillet which he very much enjoyed. While the service was very good, the space is really compact so it made it feel like I was seated with the table next to mine. It also made it difficult to physically eat our food as the dishes barely fit on the small tables. The menu seems over-engineered lacking some basic options without one ingredient that tries to justify the outrageous price tag of their tacos.
