Was in town for business and found this place a very short walk away. From the front this place had the look of a small brewery. Once you inter the door this place is HUGE!!!! There is a large size bar and that seems small in the room. We asked staff for recommendations on food and beer. There is a good selection of beers that are brewed by the company. The few we tried we very good, The Jorts IPA is on my top 5 IPA's list now. It was super good. I ordered the Meatloaf dinner which did't mention mushrooms on the description, but I was able to scrap them off and someone else at the table ate them. He did say they were some really good mushrooms. The meatloaf was a good size and had a tasty glaze drizzled over the top. If I am back in the area I would like to try out some more of the menu.

Our server was great and made sure to offer a sample before ordering a drink. The drink selection was great and the food was delicious. Make sure to save room for dessert! Their rotating desserts are great.

This place never disappoints! Every plate on their menu I've sampled has been so tasty, and the service provided courteous. The chef has gone above and beyond more than once for my dietary restrictions, and the end result is unceasingly mouthwatering. From fajitas to pasta--with a specialized homemade sauce--this restaurant has a wide variety of foods for any number of palates in your party. It's a fun environment for sports fans hoping to watch a game on tv too, thanks to their sizable screens. A fireplace stamps the center of the great room, stretching to the ceiling and adding cozy vibes throughout the space. I love everything about it!

I dined at Rockyard last night with a friend and tried a different dish. I ordered the steak salad and it was gooood! It's a perfect sized portion and with a nice cut of meat. I ordered my steak medium rare and it was grilled perfectly. Rockyard salads are good so I was expecting a nice meal. It didn't disappoint! Plenty of greens and tomatoes. They drizzle a nice balsamic vinegar over the salad. They offer you a choice of vinaigrette or blue cheese. I chose blue cheese and didn't disappoint! I would definitely order the steak salad again. Service was average. I liked that our waiter asked if I wanted another refill of my beverage after I finished eating. Had plenty of beverage while eating. Our waiter also checked on us towards the end of our meal. It could've been a little earlier. However, he was busy so I understand. I will most likely dine here again. I was eyeballing meals that were delivered to other tables. The burrito looks really good!

RBC is a solid spot for a low-key dinner with a local craft. No beer nerds here...just a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is a real surprise for a brewery. From normal pub fare to some real surprises, you'll definitely something that you want. Beer-wise, the selection is very good, running from Vienna lager, to American IPA, and even into Belgian ale. For a guaranteed great meal, order theKknots with Jalapeño soup for dipping, the Green Chili Burrito is spicy and sultry, and wash it down with a New Thang IPA.

Came here for lunch on a Thursday and the service couldn't have been better. The server totally indulged my two lunch companions who were interested in trying several of the brews on tap. She was well-versed in all the different beers as well as the food offerings. Since it was our first time, we told her which items we were thinking of ordering and she gave us her honest opinion of each. She knew her stuff! I got the meatloaf, which was huge and excellent (I took almost half of it home) loved the crunchy fried onions on top, and the two guys I was with had the Jalapeño burger and the French Dip (the server brought a side of horseradish to go with it!) Nice big place, very roomy, and you don't feel rushed. Lots of TV's too, if you're looking to catch a game.

My friends and I stopped in yesterday for a bite and a beer. I'm rarely ever in Castle Rock but this place looked busy which is always a good sign the "locals" like it. The building is large, beautiful, clean and x well kept. There is oodels of secure private parking in a private lot. The staff is extremely pleasant and the food is first rate. Our sever, a professional and efficient man named Joseph was on top of everything. Our burgers and pulled pork sandwiches were fantastic and their French fries were superb. Even the restrooms were clean. My only complaint? The bill, I felt, was high for what we got. Yea, the food was good but it wasn't "that" good as to justify 100 dollar bill for three people. I think you're paying for a lot of atmosphere here.

Wish I could do 4.5 because the service was amazing and food came out quick and hot. I got a burger and while it was delicious after a couple bites the bun became super soggy. Went with a few people and everyone enjoyed the food and beers would definitely come back!

Dropped into Rockyard Brewing again with friends for a quick meal before a meeting. I ordered the Spinach Salad + a chicken breast. My wife had a house salad and Garlic Bread. Her order was great because even though garlic bread isn't on the menu it was available and a good portion of... like 6 slices . My spinach was really great as it was chock full of bacon, red onions n egg. Since they don't offer a warm bacon dressing (boo) I ordered their 'housemade' blue cheese dressing which was only ok. I like my blue cheese dressing chunky. Ben, a fairly new server, provided excellent service. We were in a bit of a hurry and even though there weren't many people in the room the kitchen seemed to be slow. But Ben worked his magic and kept us informed and drinks refreshed.

Listen, this place is awesome. If you're looking for a bite and a beer that's got some passion in it, look no further. I seriously am impressed. Tonight I wanted to go outside the box and have something with its own touch, and a nice beer to go with it at a fair price. Walked down the street from my hotel and had a "New thang" IPA and a firebird burger with a pan cookie. Everything I ate had a unique delivery and left me very satisfied. Additionally, the atmosphere was great. Low volume but plenty of entertainment (they have all the sports and important events on over 5+ TVs) I was able to really enjoy myself while also feeling like a part of a community loved establishment. Lastly, service was top notch here. I had Brian as a server and I was very well take care of. Swung by to check on me plenty and make sure I was in good shape while balancing the rest of his customers. Absolutely professional and swift customer service. This place is doing something right, and you will find out as soon as you walk in the door. This is a must visit if you're in town!!

We stopped in for brunch and everything we ordered was really good, but the Breakfast Hangover Burger completely stole the show for me. A burger topped with smoked ham, an over easy egg, avocado, American cheese, jalapeños, fried onion straws, and sriracha aioli sounds like someone lost a bet and just kept adding ingredients. While she liked the taste of the avocado toast, she was very disappointed in the small size of the portion. She wish she had more. One daughter had the Mardi Gras omelette for the first time. While she liked the flavor, the fact that the ham was a full slice (lunchmeat style), as opposed to chunks or cubes, was weird...and required cutting with a knife. The other daughter tried the quiche for the first time and loved it. It is one of the better quiches around. Coffee is very good as well. Service was fine for the most part.
