It took me about 5 minutes sitting in my car to get myself together to walk into the door. Once I made it past the front door the staff was amazing. A gentleman that I didn't catch his name expressed his genuine condolences and sat me into a conference room. I didn't have to wait long and Zac came in to walk me through everything. I am very thankful for their service in our time of need and would recommend them to anyone else that has a loved one that needs arrangements done.

Joey greeted us and made sure we had what we needed. They had everything ready on time, were very accommodating and the place was immaculate. The sanctuary itself was beautifully decorated, I felt so comfortable, like I was at home. The bathrooms are super clean and smelled really fresh as well. We wanted to serve coffee and some snacks, they had 3 tables ready to go in the back of the room which I decorated and arranged food on. I brought 2 carafes to make coffee in as well as table decorations and some finger foods. It worked out perfectly. Overall, we were all so grateful for everything England Family Mortuary had to offer and the services they provided. They are 3 generations of caring individuals who put a great deal of pride into their work and mortuary. I would use them again in a second. It's well kept and quiet, which I can appreciate. It's actually located pretty close to homes in a residential area. I honestly can say that I've never actually seen another visitor here all the times I have been by. Strange... now that I think about it! Four stars given for upkeep and sound control! Since it's small... I may consider buying myself a good spot to rot away in here. I hate overcrowding and this applies in the afterlife as well.

As a grieving mother who laid my daughter to rest here nearly a year ago, I wish I had explored…read moremore options, even if it were outside of my hometown. Unfortunately, our experience with this cemetery has been deeply disheartening. The staff seem to pick and choose what they allow for certain families. I've had to watch my daughter's fresh flowers be removed from her vase, only to wither and die within a day, and her potted plants repeatedly scattered, with soil ripped out all over her grave. Initially, I believed it was the act of a remorseful visitors. But after calling, I was told crows had been disturbing more than ten grave and still, no efforts were made to clean up the mess when they see it done to many graves. The cemetery forbids artificial flowers, forcing families like mine to spend $30-$60 weekly on fresh ones that never last due to wildlife and lack of maintenance. The level of care and respect from staff is minimal. The cemetery disclaims liability for any damage to gravestones or markers, yet my daughter's upright headstone, something we entrusted to honor her memory at a cost of $10,000 now has a visible chip at the base from the cemetery that's "not liable for damages"! We've also seen staff driving carts and lawnmowers directly over flat headstones leaving tire marks on them, which is incredibly disrespectful, especially from those who aren't held accountable for the damages they cause. When weed trimming does happen, scratches are often left behind on the stones which is further evidence of rushed, careless work. Families come here to grieve, to remember, and to show love to those they've lost. The bare minimum is not enough. Our loved ones deserve dignity, care, and respect, always.... I hope they do better.

I was so thankful to find Chaplain Erica when I was trying to plan my dad's memorial service. I had…read moreno idea where to start, and Erica and her husband, Joe, were such a blessing during a very difficult time. They answered all of my questions and guided me through the entire process. They connected me with the right people for everything I needed, including the 21-gun salute, bagpiper, bugler, and florist. They thought of details I never would have known about and made the whole process so much less overwhelming. One thing that meant so much to me was that Chaplain Erica took photos and videos during the service so I could always look back on that day. She also took the time to send me pictures when my dad's grave marker was installed. Those thoughtful gestures meant more than I can say and showed how much she truly cares about the families she helps. I can't thank Chaplain Erica and Chaplain Joe enough for their kindness, guidance, and support. If you're looking for someone who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares, I highly recommend them.
