Personal items were removed from my loved one's gravesite before the posted trash collection date, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, management dismissed my concerns. No grieving family should ever be made to feel as though they are doing something wrong by honoring their loved one. My interactions with the manager, Ashley, left me feeling unheard and frustrated. Rather than addressing concerns with compassion and accountability, I felt my experiences were repeatedly dismissed. A cemetery should provide dignity, respect, and peace for grieving families. Sadly, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this cemetery.

I met with a pre need counselor who gave me incorrect information. Upon going to the mortuary two…read moredays after losing my husband and meeting with the family counselor, I'm informed that the majority of what was listed was incorrect or unavailable. I expected that I was going to finalize details and pay the balance, instead I was ending the meeting and finding another mortuary to take charge. The only positive thing was the care team that took charge of his remains. I was charged a transfer fee which I feel Miller Jones should've taken the loss since it was their representative who misled me. Initially I was also told that they would issue me a full refund, but I had to pay the $600 first. I felt that was stupid and they should've just deducted the $600 from what I had paid. I was informed that was their policy. I fussed so much that they finally did deduct the fee and issued me a check for the difference in a day or so. After my husband was in the care of another company, Miller Jones posted an online obituary without my knowledge or approval. I had to contact them to have it removed.
