Wow! Their corn dog is $3.39 each. So expensive! It was not a plump size one but a skinny one. The batter was not full like a usual corn dog is and the hot dog meat inside the corn dog got skinny too. My friends hella hyped me up on this place. We talked about Wienerschnitzel for a week straight at work, so I finally decided to go try it. I feel like every Wienerschnitzel location isn't very appealing. So I didn't expect it to look very nice. Just as expected, it's located deep in Antioch in an area that's not super familiar to much it seems. But anyways, glad it's not too far from where I live! So I drove from Concord to Antioch to go to Wienerschnitzel. Usually when I go I am greeted with a warm welcome from the business owner which he was not there today. There was two young ladies who were consumed with a man intense conversation in the back and also a gentleman who worked the window which he got my order wrong twice. I checked my bag to get a beef chili cheese dog without onions with a half teaspoon of chili. The wiener was burnt the cheese was not melted and it was pretty disgusting. Fries were undercooked, hot dog buns were kind of soggy and at what this location charges you would have expected something a little better. I will never return to this location, $4.99 for a large soda and not be able to go inside for a refill....no thanks. $4.99 for large fries that were not eaten because they couldn't spend the time for some quality control and cook them properly. They have furniture piled up in front of the doors and paper covering the entire drive through window. Only one garbage can with no liner. Wish I hadn't gone there. This is an old Antioch spot. There is parking it's never full. This place is more of a grab and go. They always have specials and there is always big signs to advertise the sales. The prices are very reasonable and they also send coupons in the mail. They will also email you free i teams. The customer service has always been pretty good. We usually spend $15 for a family of 3 and it includes dessert. This is an old spot but worth the price. The food is pretty decent and they have always been consistent . yes I gave wienerschnitzels 4 stars. honestly it is well deserved. first of all I want to point out that I was weary of this establishment pre-remodel because of it's scary and lonely presentation the first reviewer pointed out. since the remodel this place had been given new life. inside is very spacious and clean. the new staff actually care about their customers. as I sit here typing this review the gal (Melissa) brought an elderly couple their food and offered to take my tray of empty food wrappers and napkins away. being that this is the only wienerschnitzel in area I'm glad that it's loyal fans such as myself Aren't forced to settle for a sub-par environment. The ambiance (do I dare say) is actually that of a Starbucks type where you can actually just hangout, go over business or school stuff etc. OMG as I'm still typing this the manager just gave my daughter an ice cream cone for free! food is as you and I will always remember, satisfying and way yummier than it presents itself to be :) great job! read more

The prices has changed very much through the years..but the food has always been the same. Please, someone remind me to stop going here!! This is my second bad experience, since it reopened. The first time my husband and I came here on a rainy evening, and I slipped and fell on their extremely slippery floors!! All they did was apologize and bring me a cup of water, G THANKS!! Today my husband wanted to come here for lunch so I decided to go along, against my better judgment. We both had BOGOF coupons, which really did nothing, since they charged me .30 to .40 cents EACH for really thin sliced tomatoes, and yucky tasting pickle spears, on my 2 Mustard Dogs. I got my Mustard dogs, and all they have on them is Mustard and ONIONS!! I wanted NO ONIONS!! The place also smells moldy!!
