Well there back (again). About the 4th or 5th time they have closed and reopened under new management, over the years. Food was good. Service was good. The reason for 3 stars was the pricing and the smaller portions. Yeah, the prices have jumped up quite a bit. I don't know if it's my imagination but it seems like the the portions got smaller too. Going to cost you more money to go there, especially if your buying food for the family. Well just have to wait and see how long this management group lasts. read more

Amazing customer service, the manager is spot on when it comes to giving customers exactly what they ask for. Employees are also very nice and welcoming, there is one that gave me a bit of attitude on the phone but I'll let him slide since his coworkers make up for it. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes for them to miss one of my shakes but they take so long I didn't want to wait. They have like 6 people I dont know why it takes them soooooo long for 3 ice creams. My wife and I just ate at this newly remodeled location for the second time, the first was right after they reopened. The food was good and the service was good. You get what you expect from a Wienerschnitzel-its a fast food hot dog restaurant. I've had the Chicago dog and the Angus beef pastrami dog, and both were good. The fries were pretty good as well. This is the 2nd time I have been to this Wienerschnitzel in Antioch. I went there tonight, April 6th at 8:05 p.m. I went thru the drive thru. When the cashier gave me my order, I asked her if everything was there. She said, "Oh Yes". When I got to Oakley, I noticed that half of the order was missing ($6.00 worth). What is it with people? Most, no all, have no problem with dropping 12 bucks on the same old greasy burger, fries and flat soda day in and day out but when it comes to a hot dog...not happening.
