First off, can you believe the cost for a chili dog, small fries and coke (AKA small combo) has reached an ungodly amount of $11 and change!! Geez! And that was for a regular junk dog vs. all beef, which i usually get/prefer. The cost alone I should have gotten me to drive away but Nooo! After what took awhile i got my order and was on my way. The only plus was the nice but not window employee. The small Coke didnt have enough ice but it was small so no biggie. The small fry was pretty good. They tasted fresh and warm...so probably worth the wait to have good fries. But the chili dog was a bust. Of course the dog was hard and gross. The chili, or lack there of made it extra gross. I was hoping the chili would over compensate for not going with the beef dog but they barely put any on there! It was bad and as usual was a waste of money since i threw most of it away. So since my cousin can hardly walk I went to ask for the code, I said excuse me to an older women about 4 times she ignored me the whole time mind you the store was absolutely empty. And she tells a younger lady something and I finally ask her for the code. I was already getting upset that this women ignored me 4 times and didn't even help. So I get the code let my cousin use the restroom. I went back and asked the young lady for the older lady name so I can call corporate and let them know how unprofessional their employee was, when an older man comes out of nowhere acting like he runs things and saying what do you want her name for she doesn't speak English! So I asked him if she doesn't speak English it's okay to ignore a customer and act like she can't t hear me instead of saying she spoke Spanish only? So if I would of known that since I am Spanish speaking I would of spoke to her in Spanish! And he's charging at me like he's going to do something! I love Wienerschnitzel and miss it now that I'm not living in CA. This location was great too as it was right across the street from the Jr. High School and right next to a car wash / detailing place. The food is always fast and always fills that fast food craving. The customer service isn't always the best, but the order always comes out correctly and a lot of times they throw in a free side of (small) chili. My only complaint - the fries here are inconsistent. They are not always crispy / fresh. read more
