First of all, if you didn't know, I'm gonna let you know. You can order your french fries lightly crispy or well done. However, you like them, they will make them. Now let's talk about this grilled cheese. Have you ever seen a grilled cheese look like that? I absolutely love their grilled cheese with a whole grilled onion and chopped chilies on it. They already come with lettuce, tomato, and secret sauce. So for those that don't eat meat, this would be my go to. Trust me they don't lack on cheese. You still know you're eating a grilled cheese sandwich. Service was on point as expected. The ambience was classic just like In-N-Out!

Sundays in California mean two things: Chick-fil-A is closed, and In-N-Out reigns supreme. Which is how I found myself at the In-N-Out on Imperial Hwy for a late lunch--and let me tell you, it's the kind of place that reminds you why this chain became legend. It's not fast food--it's state religion wrapped in wax paper. The line? Manageable. And that's already a win in the world of In-N-Out, where sometimes you wait long enough to question your life choices. But here, the crew was fast, sharp, and always professional. They don't just take orders--they run it like a pit crew at the Indy 500. The best part? They ask the holy question: "Will you be eating this in the car?" Damn right I will. Because let's face it, In-N-Out is the only meal that tastes better eaten hunched over your steering wheel like a raccoon in traffic. The burgers? Still iconic. Fresh, simple, perfect. The fries? Divisive as ever, but throw 'em Animal Style and suddenly you're eating chaos in the best way possible. And the milkshakes? Thick enough to double as construction material. If you can suck one through a straw, you deserve a medal. History flex: Founded in Baldwin Park in 1948, In-N-Out invented the drive-thru speaker box and the California car-culture food fantasy we all now take for granted. While other chains sold out, In-N-Out stayed tight--limited menu, family-owned, and never frozen. It's not a burger--it's a California heritage site. Every bite tastes like Sunday salvation. This Imperial Hwy In-N-Out is peak SoCal--professional service, a line you can actually survive, and burgers that never miss. Forget Chick-fil-A. On Sundays, salvation comes double-double with extra spread.

I enjoy coming to this in n out location! usually parking here is pretty easy and convenient considering the long drive thru line. Customer service is great as usual, Staff is super nice and welcoming even during rush hours. Food comes out great and in a timely manner.

Ive never written a review for in n out. Not because its not always great but because it is always great. In n out is unmatched in freshness and taste. Every time i come the burgers are always hot and cooked to order. The service is always excellent as well. They always are friendly and have a smile. For a fast food restaurant the ambiance is pretty good everything is always clean. Overall i love in n out. Everything is always great.

The food has always been incredible at in n out. It's always fresh and hot and they are pretty quick to get food out. This location was up to par with that standard. Service was also very good, very fast and efficient. I think the only thing that would deter me from this place is the parking. They are located in a busy complex with other businesses and they have a small parking lot. Their drive Thru pretty much blocks parking spots and those that are able to park there cannot get out unless the drive thru clears. We had to park across the street in a different lot and walked across to get to the in n out. Just a heads up for people going there. Parking can be difficult.

Animal style fries with chopped chili in. Asked for raw unions in my animal style burger. Delicious!

Food is always delicious and the long lines seem to move faster here than at any other location.

Had another positive experience today at this in-n-out location. Went through the drive thru this time. Line moved fairly quickly and got my order fast as well. This location is in a very chaotic parking lot though, and getting in the drive thru line can be a challenge during peak hours.

In n Out! So bad yet so good! Had a craving for it tonight!

Stopped in after we picked up baby girl and one of her best friends from school to help our friends and decided to come here for lunch. What a delicious idea always to have In n Out. Was craving those mouth watering animal fries I sometimes feel guilty eating but not really cause they are just that good lol. We ate inside today, haven't eaten inside an In n Out in forever. The kids got some coloring things too from Mary the girl who took our order she was so nice and friendly with a smile, Thank you so much. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers and one without cheese, 2 fries and animal fries mmmm and soda's and hot chocolate. What an amazing lunch its clean inside lots of tables to sit out, you can sit inside or outside which is nice but it was cold today so inside day. We always come here love this location just not the parking lot but its ok :) although the drive thru is quick, we also got our order quickly inside too. Thank you for our amazing Burgers, fries and excellent service. Have a beautiful day, be kind to everyone:) Aloha

We came here to get a quick dinner after being out all day long, we wish that we would have just went somewhere else instead! We ordered a medium neopolitan shake, a number one meal, and an extra fry. The shake was a small, did not get the medium and it was NOT neopolitan. It was vanilla. The extra fry was also just thrown into the bag. The service was obviously lacking since our order was not correct. My husband also ordered animal fries for his number one for both the fries and the burger and he said that both were lacking in flavor. We didn't eat there so we couldn't discuss the ambiance.

Ordering was easy with the female cashier. I didn't have to wait long for my hamburger. Once I saw it come from the back kitchen, I walked to the front window to wait for the male staff member in the middle kitchen to put it in a paper bag. While I stood at the front window, I noticed a female worker preparing either chili cheese or sweet potato fries in the back kitchen...and her colleague likely male who was standing to her left grabbed fries from the dish she was arranging. I didn't see the colleague put the fries in his mouth because by then I had to pick up my burger and the window slot doesn't allow me to see their bodies above their shoulder but the worker definitely dug his fingers into the customer's fries while the female worker didn't stop him and she continued to drizzle white sauce onto the fries. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHYGIENIC for a worker to take a piece from a customer's order to likely consume himself. To be fair, even though I didn't watch long enough to see him put fries in his mouth, the way he put his hands on the fries didn't look like he was putting back fries that may have fallen off the plate onto their plating area, he definitely was trying to pull fries deep in the pile to get one that was drenched in sauce. I hope the owner sees this and trains staff better. I've attached a receipt for the owner to review the footage. Receipt timestamp is an hour behind... Receipt says 5:08 but my visit was 6:08. Beaides that, burger was good and I liked the char of the patty.

I've never actually dined at the restaurant, so we decided to go and give it a try. They are located in the Placentia Town Center right next to CVS, with plenty of parking available. They have a good sized dining area with a mix of tables and booths. They also have a bar area with four big screens against the wall, and a few other TVs throughout the dining area. They also have a small outdoor patio in front of the restaurant. We sat in a comfy booth across from the bar, and it was a nice surprise that they had a college hockey championship game and the Olympics on. They have a good selection of beer taps. I ordered a pint of the Firestone Orange Hefeweizen ($9.50), and my friend had the Stereo Robot Red Ale ($9.50) and were both great. The glasses looked nice with the Craftsman logo on them. They also have a good wine list with some great selections like Belle Glos and Doau. The drink menu also has a nice selection of over a dozen cocktails. They have a big selection of around two dozen signature wood fired pizzas available in 10" or 14" sizes. We decided to keep it simple and share a 14" The Graduate (pepperoni, sausage, ham, red onions, roasted peppers, olives, and mozzarella ($22.75). The pizza came out timely, and is served on a raised stand. The crust had a nice thin to medium thickness and held the toppings well. It had a good amount of toppings and was delicious. This was the perfect size for two people, and we were both stuffed when it was all gone. In addition to a big list of interesting pizzas, they also have a big selection of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, and salads. Our server Mikayla was very friendly, and checked on us often. The pizza, beer, and service were all great. A very filling pizza and two pints for $45 before tip is a great deal. They have a happy hour weekdays, and drink specials Monday through Thursday. We will definitely return soon.

For some reason the refinery spend their 40 minutes cooking the hell out of my burger, and they could even put the tooth pick in the middle of my burger, like is it that hard to stab my burger in the middle. I honestly don't know how The Refinery inside the Hilton in Brea manages to stay open. This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. First off, the place looks nice when you walk in, but that's where the positives end. The service was painfully slow -- not the "busy restaurant" kind of slow, but the "did anyone remember we're here?" kind. We waited forever just to get water, and it somehow took even longer for the food. Then the food actually showed up... and wow. Bland, overpriced, and somehow still cold. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. For a restaurant attached to a Hilton, I expected at least basic quality, but this felt like cafeteria food with steakhouse prices. To make things worse, the staff acted like helping customers was a huge inconvenience. No check-ins, no refills, no effort. Just vibes of "please eat and leave." Between the slow service, disappointing food, and ridiculous prices, this place feels like a tourist trap hiding in a hotel lobby. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else in Brea. Even a gas station snack run would be a better experience.
