Worse customer service I've encountered. Ordered a number 3 through the voice recording they have on drive thru. One chili burger and a chili dog. I asked for no chilli on burger. Voice repeated my order correct. Price was 11. Something Went to the window and charged me almost $19 so I asked why and she said they added a cheeseburger. I explained I didn't want an extra cheeseburger I just wanted no chilli on the burger In the meal. She made a face and rolled her eyes and was making it hard for me. She kept telling me that the meal came with a chili dog and a chilli burger and I repeatedly told her I know I just don't want the chilli on my burger. I haven't been here in years but I had a great experience tonight, I wanted chili cheese fries and my man wanted chili dogs, we had a coupon for 2 chili dogs with fries , he also got a shake and I ordered a chili cheese fries and watermelon lemonade. The food was really good, got and fresh, the fries were crispy even with the chili and cheese on there which was what I was looking for. The medium lemonade was huge I'd get a small next time. This visit was my first time here. I was the only one in the drive thru... meaning I knew my food would be fresh. Boy.. was I right!! The time was 'pre' eleven o'clock... meaning.. a bit after 10am. I ordered the two mustard dog combo and a Sprite and it was one of the best non-breakfasts I've ever had. lol!! The fries we piping hot.. The hot dogs were fresh and hot as well.
