Ok, I've visited this location several times, and they are steady with their quality, customer service, delivery of food, and the ambiance maintained is outstanding. This review stems from a recent visit where I watched them get hit with the lunchtime rush, which included about 10 people from a nearby fast-food spot taking a group lunch-needless to say this spot was busy, which speaks to how great they are as no one left because they were busy; as a matter of fact, they engaged with customers which made things smooth-by the way this includes people coming in to get orders (doordash, grubbing, etc.) Every customer left satisfied and while busy, the team consisting of Ashley, Dikara, Evan, Luis and Nataly ensured every customer was attended to, and exceeded their satisfaction. I only order their Veggie Sub, no onion with avocado "Mike's Way" with their fresh thin sliced cheeses. Jersey Mike's is a pretty good chain sandwich place. Their lunchmeat is sliced to order, which gives one the impression that the lunchmeat is fresh. The bread is either white or wheat roll. They have both hot and cold sandwiches, the hot ones mostly being variations of cheesesteak or meatball subs. The hot subs don't travel that well; they are quite good when you're eating at the place. The same is true about "Mike's Way", which is a combination of lettuce, onion, tomatoes, oil. vinegar and spices. Getting an Italian sub Mike's Way is great if you are eating the sandwich immediately. If you buy it to take home or back to work, the whole thing will be pretty mushy when you eat it. The sandwiches are all numbered, which makes ordering pretty easy. But, like many places, they also have a "secret menu" of non-advertised, yet still numbered, sandwiches. The #1 is a BLT. There are two Cuban secret menu sandwiches: the #22 (Cuban) and #23 (Cuban Supreme). There is a peperoni pizza sub my wife likes at #21 and a meatball supreme pizza sub at #29. Today was the worst visit I had at Jersey Mike's. I took my son here after school as a reward restaurant was amazing. I know they have a closer some time to remodel and it was a good look. However there was no customer service, there was a lot of chatter going around, and the lady taking my money wasn't paying attention and charge me twice and I had to make two different payments.
