She took care of the drive thru orders and our big order at the counter. You already know that watching football with the grandkids require some good eats. My dad is unable to go out and when he wants a hot dog this is the place to go. For the price of what you get it's well worth it. He is a vegetarian and says it's wonderful. Ate here today, 9/18/25, 1:30. Very poor service due to only two employees working. One guy taking orders and one woman prepping the orders. I stood at the counter waiting to order while the guy tended to the drive thru customers. He finally broke free to take my order of two chile cheese dogs and a drink. I could see my completed order sitting on the counter but the guy continued to service the drive thru cars. I waited and waited. This took place on June 25th 2024*** First, I understand that drive-thru orders tend to be the priority, but standing inside the restaurant for over 6+ minutes at the front counter just waiting for an employee to take an order is pretty absurd. Straight off the bat, the ONLY female employee at the register (at the time with no name tag), "Maria", came up to the counter with a scowling expression on her face while taking my order for the chili cheese fries, chili cheese dog and chili cheese burger deal. When I asked to use the QR Code coupon to purchase my meal while holding my phone out towards her scanner so she could see I had the coupon ready to go, she spoke down to me due to the fact that I called it the chili cheese combo and not the coupon. "Maria" used an extremely condescending and completely unprofessional tone and shouted at me, "that's not a combo, it's a coupon!" Which lead to me saying never mind about my order AND then, "Maria" said back to me in a nonchalantly manner, "Okay. Bye." I don't understand why anyone would speak to a customer at their place of work in this manner for any situation, let alone for a simple error made while speaking -- it was an accident that I referred to the COUPON as a COMBO and it was SO UNNECESSARILY RUDE how she decided to speak to me in this situation. This location has the hot dogs set at .86 cents each, plus tax. WTF? Were there trying to test my math skills???? I asked the cashier how much the hot dogs were and she said ..61 cents. Then the manager comes over to take a look and he says there's tax you know. I said sure there is tax, but there shouldn't be .64 cents tax on two hot dogs. It's obvious that they have the discount keyed into the machine incorrectly, but if the manager couldn't figure it out, even after I told him, then everyone will be paying a bit extra for those .61 cent hot dogs. I would give this ZERO stars if possible. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. When I got to the window, I gave my credit card to the employee and she handed me my food. Luckily before I drove off, I realized that she had not given back my credit card. Normally at other fast food establishments, they will give you back your credit card before they hand you the food. I told her a few times that she needs to give back my credit card and I got the feeling that she pretended not to understand what I was saying. Finally, she gave me back my credit card with NO apology. She just handed it back to me and said "here". On my receipt, the employee's name is Martha. I've heard stories that employees will try and steal your credit card information so they can use it for themselves. We went to this location to celebrate the 4th of July with some corn dogs, burger, fries, jalapeño poppers, wild berry lemonade and Oreo milkshake. The food came out fresh and hot. The jalapeño poppers are super crunchy and the cheese melted nicely inside. The corn dogs were yummy, sweet and juicy inside. The fries were excellent. The wild berry lemonade is balanced and not too sweet. The burger was fresh and tasty. Definitely will come back for more. The staff is very nice, patient and accommodating. When I came back, Eduardo remembered my order, apologized, and gave me the combo on the house. I feel bad for him since he's understaffed and has to work by himself every weekend. The managers should do something about that to help out their staff and to increase customer satisfaction. Whoever runs this Wienerschnitzel really needs to change their policy. Whoever ran the drive through on 04/02/19 closing shift told me that they cannot serve food due to the fact it's almost closing. He informed me that his "GM" said they are unable to serve food, even if they are still open, and all the neon lights are on saying the Drive Through is open. He further states that the "GM" will write him up again if he serves food near closing time. If this is the case, they need to put a sign outside that they are open until 12am but stop serving food because the "GM" will write up their employees.
