So glad I popped in here after my therapy session. How did I not know about Jersey Mikes Subs and be a huge sandwich lover? I'm addicted! I waited till my appointments to go again following the first time then realized there was one close to me and have gone more since then. Fresh sliced proteins in front of you, yummy cheeses and condiments , fresh veggies and flavorful breads and I love that they have a super large size sub so that I can have leftovers for a few meals in one purchase! I usually go to those little hole in the wall deli shops for a good sub sandwich but I'm telling you although this is a chain, it's even better! I usually get several sandwiches at a time, so I like that they can label each one by name if you buy with the app. It's difficult to order the hot sandwiches without cheese because they're cheesesteak-based. The only sandwich I don't recommend is the Jersey Shore's Favorite (added deli chicken at home because it was tasteless). Online order actually takes longer than the 15 minute estimate. There is no designated pick up area for pre-paid food, ask at the counter. read more

Just about every time we order from the FV Jersey Mikes they never make our sandwich's correctly and the bread is always stale! I am going to find a way to contact corporate to file complaint with them as well as this is the more than 10 times our order has been made incorrect!! This is my favorite Jersey Mike's location. The sandwiches here taste so fresh and so delicious. I love getting the club sub on rosemary parm or the chicken bacon ranch on rosemary parm. The employees are always so nice and I never have any issues with my sandwiches. I love how clear the menu is and that there are indoor seats. We ordered through Grub Hub, but Jersey Mike's nonetheless. I ordered a mini roast beef. The bread was fresh was the meat was cook just right. I LOVE Mayo and I think the person who made my sandwich must have known. One of my best sandwiches to date. My husband ordered a #6 Original. His sandwich was consistent with mine. Nice fresh bread and fresh meat as well. We will be back! I can't comment on ambiance and service since I didn't go into the store. I came to Jersey Mike's today because of their double points. This shop is conveniently located walking distance from my house. I ordered a number seven, turkey and provolone w/o onion with red pepper spread but when I got home, the sandwich that I opened up, was a tuna with onion. I was highly disappointed. Unfortunately, I had a medical appointment that I needed to get to so I wasn't able to go back to the shop right away. I did leave leave a voicemail but who knows if I'll get a phone call back. This mistake, disappointed two customers, me, and the person that received my sandwich. Update: I called the store and Tristan told me to either come in and get another sandwich or he could take my phone number and give me a credit for my next sandwich. This is our closest JM and we just love it here. I've recently gotten to experience their Subs in a Box catering menu as I was ordering for Teachers Appreciation Week. Michelle & Katy, the manager and shift manager respectively, were beyond helpful and sweet! I just loved my interactions with them on the phone & in-person. We ordered over 200 subs for the teachers & staff. When I was setting it up, they had included these little squirt bottles for the vinegar and oils. I believe Katy buys those herself so she has them for this exact reason. The staff loved them! Also, every condiment and topping was nicely displayed. Not a single sandwich remained....well maybe one half of a gluten free. haha! I would not hesitate to entrust a huge catering order to this team. They even came in early to make sure the sandwiches were made in time for an early pick-up. What a team and what yummy subs they make!!! read more

Jersey Mikes has been one of my favorite fast sandwich spots for a long time. Great meats and toppings prepared "Mike's Way" with banana peppers. My go-to's are the roast beef and the Italian. Get a Giant and you have lunch and dinner (pro hack). This location can be hit or miss on the service. Jersey Mikes used to be known to load your sandwich with meat. Now they are VERY skimpy which is unfortunate based on the price for a sandwich. Still good, just not the same. read more

Most the staff is super slow, maybe they're newer employees, I'll give them that but you would think the more experienced person would help a bit more and maybe focus on training everyone else so she's not upset trying to rush on the sandwiches. This jersey mikes has been our main spot for a while now. There's a closer location to our house but we always drove further to go to this one specifically. But we won't be doing that anymore. Jersey Mikes isn't cheap. I could spend less at Subway and get more food. But we choose Jersey Mikes because typically the food is better and the service is better. Yesterday the service was not better and the food was lacking. I work a customer service job. I know it can be tiring and I know the desire to want to go home is always strong but that shouldn't mean you half ass your work and treat your customers poorly. If you're open till 9 then customers are not in the wrong for showing up before that time. We came in at 8:50 with a very simple order. A plain turkey sandwich, with extra cheese and mustard. No veggies, no crazy extras. Just bread, mustard, meat and cheese. And my husband was treated like he was a nuisance. The tension was palpable and the body language was loud. We paid $3 for extra cheese and got barely what we'd get if we didn't ask for extra cheese. So that was $3 wasted and then our sandwich was so haphazardly wrapped that it was open on one end and oozing mustard out of that end. My husband wasn't rude. He was polite the whole time and when he asked for the juices on the side the employee audibly sighed and said there wasn't any prepared and my husband said it was okay, Dont worry about it. He was trying to be an easy customer. He asked for a simple order, tipped, didn't make a fuss over things being out and still he gets treated weird. All in all it was a very lackluster experience and after spending $3 for nothing and dealing with a bad attitude we don't feel like going back again. read more

I went to this location for the first time today. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I had an issue with my debit card and to say that they were more than patient, and understanding would be an understatement. It's hard to find great service with a smile these days (and I am in customer service) but the three people that I interacted with behind the counter were exceptional! I always request extra onions and peppers, but several times they have forgotten (usually it's when they're really busy). He made sure to tell me they were in there when he was finishing up. They're substandard in every possible way: the flavors are bland, the quality of meat is bleh, doesn't taste fresh at all, the presentation is a joke, and don't even get me started on how their cashiers talk and respond to me. This review is about the customer service I received today at this store and about the particular cashier on the first register at 2:15pm on 6/10/2023. I never feel that much racist before just come and pick it up my order online from Postmates. I got to the store, I got in line as usual. I am the first one in line at the pick up window, yet he chose the person behind me to ask for her order, it's ok, but then he continues ignore my existence, and keep serve other customers, but me, while I am standing in front of him, and I realize I am the only Asian in the store at the moment.
