I never leave reviews but I absolutely have to leave one for this crew at Bella Terra. For starters, the food is always incredible. I'm never left needing more as it's always perfect, no notes. The recommendations are incredible, and they have an app of their own that makes it really easy to order without taking money from them using other services (dash, uber, etc.). Now the service. The team here in the afternoons are incredible. Some of the best service I've ever gotten, genuinely. Always incredibly kind and helpful, remember me every time I come, just an insanely great experience. The restaurant itself is also always clean, well kept, and simple which I appreciate. This place was pretty good! Had it on my list for a while and finally decided to stop by while I was out and about. Pretty straight forward menu and all of the sandwiches look appealing. I got the smoked brisket and it was pretty good! I also ordered the mac'n cheese. (I'm a sucker for it so I hafta try it when it's on the menu.) I ordered a large for $9.99. When I got home it was on the smaller side. I think there was a mistake in what size they gave me, but if it wasn't then it's definitely overpriced for that size. That is where Sourdough and Co is located in the food court opposite the movie theaters. The parking is always tricky at Bella Terra. We hate that. The baking bread smell as I approached the shop was delicious. The menu looks promising, and the service at the counter was friendly and the prices were good. The lunch special adds chips and a drink. Our lunch tab pre tip was about $30. The sandwiches were tasty. The only roll option is ...sourdough! The bread seems kind of tough and chewy but very tasty. We both agreed that lunch was good but not great. There are better options but if you want a sandwich to sneak into the movies this is the first choice. My wife wanted to give this place a shot since she's a sourdough fan. Then the carb healthy diet guilt kicked in, and she pivoted to a Southwest Chicken Salad. Bless her conflicted heart, but it was about as exciting as watching grass grow. The Jalapeño Ranch dressing had a little kick, but not in a good way -- more like a jab that missed. I went for the Smoked Brisket sandwich hoping for a flavor bomb. It wasn't bad, just... no wow. The green chili slaw was cold and confused, and the whole thing could've used another hit of sauce to wake it up. After visiting Bella Tera many times, I finally stopped by Sourdough & Co and decided to give it a try. I ordered take out ahead to save time, and our food was ready promptly, which was great. I ordered a French Dip Sandwich, a Turkey Cranberry Sandwhich, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Mac Nut cookie, and a pickle on the side. Unfortunately, when I got home, the au jus for the French Dip had leaked all over the sandwiches, cookies, and even the pickle. The container wasn't sealed properly and was placed inside another container, leaving everything soggy. It was such a bummer after looking forward to a nice meal. Hopefully, the staff can slow down a bit when prepping takeout so things are packaged properly to ensure the fresh quality of the food. read more

I am writing this review as I am eating a sub from Jersey Mike's, and I have to say, just for personal reference I prefer a simple sub with mayo and mustard that Jersey Mike's offers where as this deli location is a little different. I ordered the Garlic Pesto Turkey sub. It wasn't bad, actually it was pretty good, their secret sauce was little sweet to me but not bad. The sourdough for their sub was pretty good I must say, maybe just the best bread for a sub I've ever eaten. But why the three star rating? So I got a cup of clam chowder with my sub, the clam chowder was barely warm borderline cold, and it was something I could have gotten anywhere else so nothing special, I didn't say anything to them. But the bread that came with the chowder was cold not warm and was horrible compared to the bread for the sub which I assumed would be the same. At least they had great customer service. I wouldn't come back, at least not for $24 for what I paid for. read more

As a carb lover, I have always enjoyed fresh sourdough bread. A sandwich shop that makes all their sandwiches on sourdough sounded like a great place for lunch. It's located in Bella Terra near the movie theater, among other eateries. It has a small interior with a handful of tables, plus numerous tables out in the courtyard. Spying a good deal, I ordered a combo (sandwich, chips, drink), choosing a pastrami sandwich and grabbing some Nacho Cheese Doritos along with an orange Fanta. Apparently I was in an "orange" mood. I took a seat inside and my food was kindly delivered to my table. Rye bread is the standard for a pastrami sandwich but the deliciously-fresh sourdough worked for me. It's a sturdier bread, so never even hinted at falling apart, and the taste complemented the pastrami well. It required a stronger bite though. The tomato was fresh as was the overabundant lettuce and the pastrami was both plentiful and delicious. While writing this review I saw another than recommended asking for extra mustard on the pastrami sandwich and it's good advice - I wish I'd done that. A legitimate deli always gives you a pickle and the one that accompanied my sandwich was a great one. This is an excellent place for a top-notch sandwich, especially if you like sourdough bread. read more

French dip reviews brought me here and my wife and I shared the large sandwich and soup. Yes one of the better French dip sandwiches I have had and my wife also enjoyed it too. Large soup and chips made it a bit much for us so we took some soup home. Pickle chips was new for me and seemed to mess with my taste buds in a good way. My taste buds seemed so confused. Hidden is a good word for this place, but I think worth it if you enjoy sourdough bread, but haven't mastered the art of sourdough breadmaking (I haven't and never will). Location: In the Bella Terra Mall next to a Republic Hummus and I believe a Somi Somi. Food: I got the Turkey Pesto sandwich. Crusty on the outside and soft on the inside with a respectable amount of filling in it. I was happy with the sandwich. The clam chowder was just ok in my book. Someone said to avoid the flatbread (actually, a few reveiwers said to skip the flatbread) and others weren't impressed with the mac and cheese comparing it to Kraft boxed mac and cheese. I didn't get either of those, but what I got, I was happy with. Summary: Would I come back? Yes, I would, but I'd get something else next time. Service was quick, but to be fair, it was early for lunch, so no crowds or lines to wait in. Ambiance was open air and friendly and quick. My menu item of choice included the 6 inch turkey and pesto, topped with tomato, lettuce, provolone cheese, onion, house sauce, and a pickles. This was the perfect sandwich combination, and in my humble opinion, should be added to their 'specialities' list. The shop has a few seats inside, but it's definitely close quarters.
