Sadly we came here on: Tuesday , Dec 7, 2021. The approximate time was: 8:25 P.M. Two at will employees were working: Lame duck and empty suites: 1011 Oscar Z. Also a employee that calls it self : Markus. We waited and waited in the long drive thru line. When we drove up to the out side intercom we explained to the employee working the drive thru what we wanted. We wanted 10 chili dogs with chopped onions and mustard on top. We went to the cashier window. We paid , $10.88 for the ten chili dogs . What we saw shocked us as we were sitting in our car out side of the window of the drive thru. The cashier was touching hot dogs with out washing his hands. Also with out using clean new plastic gloves. This is a violation of the Mandatory : F.D.A. Code: 3-301.11.D. There are only three ways to touch food: ( 1.) Clean brand new plastic gloves. These gloves do not touch anything but food. The cashier was touching money and food. This is cross contamination. ( 2.) The other way to touch food is : Clean sanitized tongs. ( 3.) The other way is clean new , sanitized spatulah . We paid the , $10.88 for the ten chili dogs. When we unwrapped the chili dogs. None of the chili dogs had mustard on them. None of them had chopped onions on top. Also one chili dog was not even wrapped. It was just thrown in the bag . We called the store. The excuse was they were short on people. If this is the case and could not do their job why were they open? Anyone can make hot dogs. Any person off the street can use a cash register. Both of these simple jobs do not take a college degree. Their real job is Customer Service. We tried to find the web site to the Corporate Office in Irvine.. We will write up this store with the following: ( 1.) Yelp. ( 2.) Yellow Pages. ( 3.) www.ripoffreport.com ( 4.)www.pissedconsumer.com (5.) City Hall. ( 6.) The local police. For fraud , and petty theft. ( 6.) Also the Better Business Bureau. We will write up this store for exactly one year. None stop. Two things will happen. ( 1.) The franchise owner will do the right thing and terminate all the lame duck worthless employees. ( 2.) This bad business will close and shut down . Then hopefully replaced with a In&Out Hamburgers. In our write ups we will continue to mention the names of the bad unsanitary employees: Markus and employee: 1011 Osacr Z. They forget that what they do here will reflect their new job. The at will employee did not apologize for his willful neglect. Rather used a lawyer shifting technique to avoid his neglect . By saying : "So what is your complaint"? Because their real job is customer service. The at will employee stated over the phone he can refuse service. This is a case by case basis. It can fall under discrimination toward a paying customer. No employee is required to work unsafe or illegal at any time. Calif. Labor Code: 6300. This cheap establishment will be written up for exactly one year. I wrote up a McDonalds franchise for one year. They went out of business. Now replaced with a Burger King. We will write up this franchise with the Health Department in Washington D.C. The date of this unjustfied incident was : Monday, October 13, 2025. I was humbly sad and very disappointed today. Another nice paying customer noticed what me and my innocent children witnessed. The young male white adult cook was touching food with his bare hands. This is very unsanitary. Plus against the stipulated guide lines , specified in rules and regulations. We went through the drive thru , on December 7, 2021. The lame duck and empty suit at will employee Markus was working with his co worker and also unsanitary co worker lame duck and empty suit. This was on Tuesday , December 7, 2021. We explained in the drive thru to lame duck Markus we wanted 10 chile dogs with chopped onions on top. Also with mustard on top. This is a establishment where you as a customer must ask them to show you the hot dogs before you pay. If they do not open the hot dogs and let you see what you are paying for then just drive off. Or this is what will happen to you. We drove home. We opened the paper bag. One chile dog was not even wrapped. We threw this in the trash. All the chile dogs did not have mustard over the chlie sauce. None of the chile dogs had chopped onions over the chile dogs. Markus forgot his job is customer service. He refused us a refund. We were going to drive back at 9:30 P.M. Markus stated they were closing early . The store does not even close until 11:00 P.M. We went online to find the corporate office to make a complaint. So far we can't seem to find the corporate office. Markus told us over the phone the next time we go through the drive thru he can refuse us service. His job is customer service. We want the corporate office phone number and the web site. Many other customers have complaints as well. The corporate office is in Irvine Calif. We happened to be standing next to a very nice and very polite nice customer. As we were standing in line. We noticed the young male white adult , cook. He was observed touching hot dog buns with out clean brand new plastic gloves. No doubt he touches hot dog meat with his bear hands. This is very un-healthy and very unsanitary. In a hot kitchen cooks can sweat. So they will scrath their growing and butt area. This is done to sooth the sweaty itch. We happened to stop by in the front area today. Myself and the children were sadly in shock. Than there was a very nice paying customer in front of us. Its not her fault . Its the managers fault. He knows what his cooks do. There is normally cameras in the kitchen. Hands can be dirty. Hands touch armpits if they get itchy. Some times hands touch the growing and butt if it itches. Some times hands touch the nose if its kind of runny. Some times hands touch trash cans. Some times hands touch bathroom doors. So just imagine a doctor doing a surgery on a loved one. You would not want the doctor touching his growing and arm pits and then perform a surgery on a loved one. Why ? Because of cross contamination. So please do like the Holy Bible says: Please treat people like you want to be treated. Would you want to eat a hot dog if the cook touched their nose, arm pit and butt. Than touched a hot dog bun? Then if you would not like this . Than have all cooks that work here, wash their hands. Than dry their hands only with a clean paper towel . Not some filthy rag that has been laying around collecting parasites and various types of bacteria.
