Showed up after seeing a post of Facebook and a certain Price on the vehicle... got there, the guy that had an appointment with ( Jose) wasn't there but his son was, he nice upfront and asked me if I wanted to test drive the navigator while he gets an appraisal on my vehicle... liked it, was ready to purchase literally same day, and when I asked for the numbers. He said price of the vehicle that was advertised but then he said plus $2000 for the GPS and some other silly red tag something that supposed to protect you if you get into an accident... I was like wait a minute those are additional products that I don't want to buy and I don't need because I'm paying cash and I have my full coverage insurance for a reason, his answer said and I quote: it's the nature of the business right now and the way the market is, no matter where you go they gonna charge you for something extra... I was like well I'm here and I don't want to pay for additional stuff that I don't want... he said, it's not an option it's already included and if I want to buy the car I have to pay the extra $2000 for the extra... I took my keys to my trade and left... you supposed to build value in your additional products and not shove down people throat.... I purchased a 2013 Buick Lacrosse from them on Dec 3, 2013, when I traded the car in last week, I found the car had been in an accident on Mar 26, 2013, It was repaired and placed on the New Car lot and sold as a NEW car. I only found out from the Carfax report when I traded it in and it greatly decreased the value of the car because it had been wrecked. My only complaint was that the issue I had with the rough engine idle was not addressed. I was told a test drive was given, search for codes were negative, but, I still have idling issues when stopped for a long period at red lights. I think I should have taken a service technician into the vehicle while in drive, at a dead stop and shown him what I am experiencing. I'm sure I'll have to eventually return to service and have it looked at again. Kind of a pain when I have to do this on a day off to drive in from Spring and wait for the truck. As far as the oil change and detailing of the truck....excellent service. I've had my Acadia about a year now and have 51,000 miles on it. First, I would NOT recommend to purchase ANY cars from GMC brand. My car has been having issues such as engine transmission leak, break transmission issues and A/C Leak. These Problems are due to factory setting but not because of what they called " wear and tear ". Maybe I have a lemon car. Boo hoo bad luck. Bigger issue is with Weisner Buick GMC SERVICE department. Do yourself a favor. If you must use GMC dealer for extremely unfortunate reason, drive farther to go to a different location. These guys are DISHONEST. How do these "CERTIFIED" machanics take TWO FULL DAYS to find exactly same problems when my local mechanic took less than 30 minutes? SIDE NOTE : When I told them about all these issues, I have a friendly advice to "TRADE IN" my car???? from a service coordinator. Thank you very much. Of course I will buy another GMC car....NOT!! Here's the kickers. I have fixed my both front and back BREAK parts including PADS and paid almost $900.00. I went back to get engine oil service a month later, they recommened to change REAR BREAK PADS because it WORN OUT. I showed them the reciept from the previous service then I had to eat their BS excuses and LIES. Now I am really scared to drive my car. What if they didn't change break pads and lied? What else are they lying about? TODAY, A/C discharge line is rubbing against the METAL BODY and created a hole on the rubber line which my mechanic spotted within 20 minutes. He's pretty confident dealer should fix it with no charge. So I called them to make an appointment. Guess what! I have to bring in for "Diagnosis" and wait for their mercy. Chances are they will find a way to charge me anyway. I decided to stick with my mechanic regardless his recommendation to get it fixed free from dealer. Save your money, time and emotions. Not a favorable experience!! Mr. Wiesner this is a recap of my recent visit to your dealership. I am also a local business owner and you have eaten at my restaurant and picked upTo-go food many times. I wanted to buy my vehicle locally from someone that does business with me. The process started on a Saturday and drug out to the evening on Monday where at the end I was given a story about high limit credit and the fact my wife's car was in my name I did not qualify for my truck purchase. I went to a dealership about 17 miles south, picked the exact same truck. They found a lender that did an income verification loan, I provided 2 tax returns and 6 months bank statements and 4500 down and I am currently driving the truck that Wiesner said I was not qualified for. Now, I presume your finance team followed protocol but I find it strange that a competitor down the road has access to lenders you do not. I just thought you should know this information. Yes, there was $3500 for windshield protection if the windshield cracks (most people have glass coverage with their insurance provider for that), anti - theft, things like that. All GMC dealers have add-ons and if you want to do business with them, you have to pay for them. This dealership has the most expensive add-ons. There is no negotiation on their add-on items. I made an appointment, arrived on time and was told, "You cannot return your leased car because our lot is full." So I asked to speak to the manager and he said, "We cannot inspect your car, that's the lease company's job." I've been bringing my 2008 GMC Sierra to Wiesner Conroe for 5 years now religiously, making sure that every factory scheduled maintenance was performed.  This time was no different, my truck was also given a free multi-point inspection which found a cracked a/c belt that they replaced.  A day or so later I noticed a vibration noise and told my CSR Sabrina who told me to bring it in so they could check it out. I will open by saying the purchase experience at Weisner Hyundai was okay. Not great, but okay. Weisner's service after the sale is another story. I received a recall notice from Hyundai on my 2018 Sonata, so I called Weisner Hyundai. I got an automated greeting, and left a message. I have since called the service number numerous times, and I have have gotten the same automated greeting everytime. I will admit Weisners did call me back after several of my calls, but unfortunately I was not able to take the call. I don't take my cell phone in the shower. I have yet to talk to a human being in Weisner's service deparment. If service after the sale is important to you as a consumer, do not buy a car at Weisner Hyundai. Their service department is an automated greeting first and foremost. That is terrible! read more

The service department has not impressed me at all. All I have heard is excuses as to why this GM product may be running the way it does. I have owned GM products before. My wife still has one and it idles perfectly smooth. To hear all the excuses for this truck to idle as rough as it does is downright ridiculous. It has been in this service department 3 times now and idles exactly the same as it did on the test drive. On that "test drive" I was told that "it would be taken care of". It hasn't been. I have wasted much of my time and apparently everyone elses trying to get this resolved. Is this what $30,000.00 gets me? I am not impressed. I only wish that this hurricane Harvey didn't happen and I would still have my F-250 twin turbo diesel. It idled as smooth as can be. Did no one test this vehicle after the last service? Is the best that QC can do. I would love to have anyone from this dealership sit in this truck at a stop light and enjoy the pathetic vibration and rough idle it offers. I would have really expected much more from this place other than a lot of hot air. I thought that I had actually struck a nerve and was going to get the results I was promised as a contingency to my purchasing this truck. You may ask, what is it Mr. Fugate that you want at this point. Please let me answer that. I would like to have a different truck from your inventory that does not have the hidden issues and one that does not run like crap. Having inquired online about a specific vehicle, I received an immediate auto-response, and a follow-up email from Jason Gassmann the next morning, inviting me to call him for an appointment to test-drive the car. He ended his message with, "Will today work for you"? I did call, and left a message on his voicemail, advising him of my approximate arrival time, adding that if there was a problem, to please get back to me. Not hearing back, we drove from Southwest Houston to Conroe (about an hour), only to be informed that the car was "in transit", and wouldn't arrive until the following day. Jason further intimated that I was responsible for the miscommunication. Really ... how does one misinterpret, "Will today work for you"? But the trip wasn't entirely in vain ... we stopped at Costco for pizza on the way home. As an aside, the pre-owned facility at the dealership is apparently an afterthought ... old, small, and hardly conducive to customer comfort. Refreshments are in what was apparently a storage closet, and there is absolutely no privacy for discussion, since the area has no cubicle-like structures. Wiesner has the means to do better. We'll be looking elsewhere. read more

Rebecca Roberson from Wiesner contacted my husband about trading in our suv. They offered $30,000 which is $4k-$7k more than two other dealerships offered. So we went to check it out. Rebecca was very sweet upon out arrival, checking out my wedding ring, asking my kids how old they were, etc. We looked at several vehicles and decided on a 2019 Yukon Denali with 60,000 miles listed at $64k. After looking online at the same vehicle for sale in the area, we told her theirs was priced way too high compared to others. ($52k-$54k) They even had newer models with half the miles that cost less. She ignored us and kept going. We sit down and wait for all the offers, and she comes back. (Meanwhile I'm on KBB and seeing that IF this same vehicle is in EXCELLENT condition, which it wasn't, it would be worth $50k- $55k.) She's trying to negotiate back and forth on the phone with some guy and then we tell her (yet AGAIN) the real problem is that the vehicle is priced way too high for what it's worth.) Suddenly a switch flips and she's completely rude! Tells the guy on the phone "never mind." They hang up, she tries to tell me that the vehicle was already marked down by over $4,000 which is complete BS. She then told me it was the negative equity of my car which was only $4k) Clearly she was grasping at straws. Then she stands up and says "well I'm going to put the vehicles up." My husband says "okay, well let us know if something else comes in." She replies in the rudest tone "it's just going to be higher." And walks off. She proceeds to take the two vehicles we looked at and flies around the corner to put them up. Our family gets up to walk out and we see her coming back in. She doesn't say a single word to us and just gives a rude fake smile. My kids are yelling "byyyeee!" And she completely ignores them. I decided right then, that even if they took $10k off the car right at that moment, I would have told her to shove it! She was clearly not there to help us, and pissed that she had to work after closing and didn't make any money. That's part of the job. Either take it or leave it. If I could give a negative amount of stars, that would be too many. Bought a Chevrolet paid for the extended warranty along with the certified preowned. Had several warranty issues with quite a bit of hassle from the dealership. Then had a suspension issue that should have been covered on the extended warranty. Was told it was not covered and it was going to cost $1000 to replace one shock.Go to a different dealership down the road it's taken care of but they brought to my attention and extreme road rash on my wheel, Called back up to Wiesner andQuestion the manager about the damage done to my truck and his reply was it must have been what caused the suspension issue because it was on the same side. I'm very particular about how my wheels look and would have absolutely noticed that if it would've been.I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. read more

This dealership will show you a price on the internet, show you a price on their sales brochure, and show a price on your sales document (that you are negotiating with the sales person). Then after you have agreed upon a price for the vehicle you will find out that they have increased the actual price by almost $2000 because they will say they have already included a location service and window protection on the vehicle. This is a very deceptive and dishonest practice. You can get up and walk away or deal with 10-15 minutes of nonsense from their sales management and they will remove the cost only if you threaten to walk out. Unfortunately, there are quite a few dealerships taking advantage of people doing this same thing. Too bad the automakers and/or regulators won't stop it. I purchased a 2018 Denali Sierra truck 4 weeks ago. During the test drive I noticed the satellite radio was cutting out frequently during the drive. Of course the salesperson, Vince Taylor, told me that they would take care of it. I really thought they would because I had the same issue with my King Ranch F150 and Planet Ford had no problem fixing the issue. My experience with Wiesner has been a nightmare and heartache to say the least. To start, both sale's reps were very kind and thorough. However, after that experience everything started to go wrong. Initially, I qualified for the vehicle and lender proposed an offer. Then after waiting several hours to go into the finance office it was discovered I needed a co-signer. That happened. The financing department put the vehicle under the other persons name so I would not have an affect on my credit. That was a lie. 5 months later the vehicle appeared on my credit. The lady who processed my vehicle was rude and did not have a clue what she was talking about. Her only goal was to make the sale. I should have know this was going to go wrong when they didn't fill the vehicle with gas with the purchase of my vehicle as a courtesy. Since then, I have had numerous problems with the Weisner service department and the vehicle purchased. The staff in the service department seem to be a part of a big scam. I brought my vehicle in for the first oil chang and they busted out my headlight and wanted to charge me almost $400 to replace it. Moreover, the idiots left the broken light sitting in my cup holder. The Service manager didn't give two shits about any of my complaints. It sad to sit in the waiting area and listen to them scam each person that comes through the door. Not one person came in with a complaint that was addressed accurately without another problem added to the bill. Vehicle was towed to Dealership. Dealership Replaced Battery. Was asked to check radio and bluetooth because it was not working well. When picking up same day the vehicle had to be jump started after new battery install to leave lot. Told 'it happens sometimes'. On drive home electronics (radio, bluetooth worked worse than before). Next morning completely dead, had to be towed again. Spent a day and weekend as it was assessed for battery drain. Told it needed radio replacement, had it replaced, bluetooth still doesnt work. Everyone was nice and seems to really want to help but this is not what I expect from a 2015 vehicle. Doesnt seem to be any quality check of work or if main issue was addressed. Multiple days of driving to and fro and waiting for jump starts, tows, etc. Not Good. read more

IT TOOK 8 DAYS BEFORE THEY LOOKED AT MY VEHICLE - Thanks Perry 8 days and a $450 Hertz Rental Car bill later I get a call to let me know that the issue with the vehicle is not covered under warranty. The service department was so busy it took going down to the dealership a second time to even get them to look at it. In 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and charged me $90 for the work. That is reasonable and understand, but the fact it took 8 Days to even look at it is unacceptable and the fact they knew this and put us in a rental car is even worse (Just because its not covered under warranty. I have called multiple times to explain my case and the service guy is nice enough but says there's nothing he can do. I would not recommend using this dealership for any service work as they think 8 Days is a reasonable amount of time for your vehicle to be parked before being looked at. Never in my 30 years of dealing with Car dealerships have I ever heard of or experienced this type of service. Even if this was covered under warranty GM is going to pick up the cost -ouch? I would give this place less than one star if I could. The only reason I brought my vehicle here for repairs instead of doing it myself is because there were 3 recalls on it. Taking it to a dealer allowed me to avoid any cost to me. I brought my car in on a Wednesday at 12:00pm. I was told it would be done by 12:00pm on Thursday. I get a call after 2:30 on Thursday from the Parts Manager. He tells me my shifter is broke (not a repair that I took it in for) and they couldn't put it back together. I have known for awhile there was something wrong with it, so I don't think they did anything negligent to break it. (They had to remove my shifter to get to the part that was on recall) The Parts Manager, Jeff, tells me since they already have it taken apart to do the recall work, I wouldn't be charged labor. He said my shifter is a $228 part, but they would only charge me $100. While I appreciate they didn't charge me labor, I know my way around the garage and, of course, Google; the part is available from the manufacturer for $75.11. There is no need to lie about it and make yourself look good. After the details of the repair were talked about, I was told my vehicle would be ready by Friday. Now, I understand that storms tore up Conroe and there was some flooding and power outages so when I didn't get a call about my car, I wasn't surprised and didn't want to hassle them. Figuring since they had my car an extra day and all morning on Saturday, I waited until after 2:00pm on Saturday to call and ask about my vehicle. I spoke with one lady and was told my car wouldn't be done until Wednesday. I told her I was not ok with this so she transferred me to someone I was told was a manager. That jerk's name is Bruce. I asked him why my car wasn't done, he chose to give me a huge attitude. He went on to tell me how he only has one tech working and that they got 5000 parts in on Friday and he didn't have anyone to get my part, which he later told me in the conversation that it was in the back seat of my car. Sooooo the problem is you don't have a person willing to grab my part from my back seat? I don't believe they got 5000 parts in on Friday. They don't have 5000 cars on all of their lots combined, let alone in their service department at ONE location. After going back and forth with this person, trying to get my car back, I asked him why it wasn't being worked on. I told him the part is an easy install, even a monkey can do it. I said even I could do it. This misogynistic low life laughs and says "no you can't". Little does this piece of garbage know that on days off, my garage is filled with vehicles, engine parts, transmissions, and everything in between being pulled, repaired, and completely rebuilt. My little 2.5 car garage could turn out more vehicles and custom mods than what this jerk could ever dream of doing. At that point, I put my boyfriend on the phone because I refuse to deal with smug, disrespectful assholes. He sure is full of himself considering 90% of his techs could be replaced with a half way coherent individual with a wrench and a wi-fi connection for some YouTube videos. For some reason, Bruce felt he was doing me a huge favor by saying my car would be done Tuesday afternoon. So after the fiasco with this jerk this is what happened... I was told they would have my vehicle 4 days longer than what I was promised, never received a courtesy call, no offer of a loaner car leaving me stranded over a long weekend, and a poor excuse of a "manager" insulted my intelligence and ability. Needless to say, I was pissed so I called another location to get in touch with a regional manager to get this taken care of. I ended up speaking with Clint at their Huntsville location. I didn't ask for anything except to speak with a manager. I told him what happened at the Conroe location and the very first thing he did was apologize profusely after listening to what happened without interrupting me not even once. And after he apologized he immediately offered a loaner car since my vehicle was taking significantly longer than I was promised. Each time I interacted with Clint, it was a pleasant experience as well as with Evan which is the individual that took care of me once I arrived at the Huntsville location (after searching for a ride for almost an hour). I was told to give the keys to Ronnie at the Conroe location and he would make sure the loaner car would be taken car of so I didn't have to find a way to get it back to Huntsville. Here's another tidbit of info that further shows how rude and dishonest Bruce is; There was never a delivery made on Friday, especially 5000 parts, no one was even there because they were closed. I don't do business with misogynistic, lying pigs like Bruce, who I was later told is the General Manager. HA! Such a pathetic excuse of a manager. read more

I scheduled my appt online with details of the service needed, including regularly required service, along with road noise. I also scheduled my appt several days out, as it was the first date available with a loaner vehicle. I called to confirm the morning of my service and was told I was only scheduled for my regular service and a loaner was not available. Tanna was very helpful and called me back to let me know if I came in 30 minutes early, they would be able to check on the road noise and her manager had approved a loaner vehicle. When I arrived, I was shuffled to Ashley, who stayed on the phone talking to someone else the entire time I was with her. At the end of my time with her, she left and went and brought a man over to talk to me, who appeared to be the manager, by his dress. However, I am not certain as he never introduced himself to me. He asked me to take a ride in the car with him to replicate the undercarriage sound. I told him I could not, as I was not comfortable doing so, but the noise was obvious and sounded as if it was coming from the retracting running board on the drivers side...a squeaking noise. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and after calling several times on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, I was informed on Wednesday afternoon that the car was ready. Each time I called, I asked for my service advisor, Ashley, but she was unavailable. I asked Desirae if they were able to determine or fix the undercarriage issue or replicate the noise, but she advised there were no notes and only Ashley could answer that. Ashley's message late Wednesday advised the car was ready. When I arrived Thursday morning to retrieve my car, I inquired about the undercarriage noise, to which I was told it was a loose seatbelt on the rear passenger seat. They said I could stay and show them the noise, but unfortunately I run a business and could not wait around and advised I would need to bring the vehicle back when I returned from my vacation the week of August 8th. I got in my car and heard the noise before I made it to the exit of the dealership. So, I will definitely bring my car back to have it repaired, then I intend to promptly drive it to a non-GMC dealership and trade my car in. I will suffer the loss of immediate depreciation as I do not have the time to deal with the ineptness and lack of customer care exemplified by your dealership. read more

Had a great experience with the sales department in 2016. Since then, I've had the normal that I see others talking about with it being difficult to get an appointment & not that quick when you're there which has made me only get "factory service" when I have too. I set this appointment to correct what turned out to be a broken metal clip holding my shifter on allowing it to slide off the shifter. I purchased the extended warranty at the time of sale but my service advisor told me it was considered cosmetic by the insurance provider, not covered and would be close to $200 for the repair. Irritated, I called the insurance provider later to have them explain how a mechanical clip holding the shifter knob on the shifter was cosmetic to which I was told it would be covered if it was presented to them that way. Of course, I don't know how it was presented to them but when I asked my advisor why it wasn't covered at the time of the appointment, I was given a shoulder shrug and a "that's just what they said". With the amount of repair services today (everywhere), one would expect an "advocate" instead of the indifference. One really expects that when they purchased the vehicle & extended warranty from that dealership. What you get here is a number and that's about all you are. I was looking for a new 2018 GMC Sierra...I could get no cooperation from dealers in my area (San Antonio) so I contacted Wiesner after finding they had the truck I wanted in stock listed on AUTOTRADER.com. I dealt with VINCE TAYLOR-internet salesman. Vince gave me what I had been begging local dealers for; a worksheet of exact costs for the truck I wanted. Wiesner GMC quoted me a very good price and I qualified for several rebates with GMC / Wiesner GMC. I am very happy with my new Sierra; it is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend getting a quote from Wiesner GMC if you are looking for a vehicle.
