They are always so kind and attentive here. Teddy while afraid of people he does not know, regularly jumps up to great the attendants when I drop him off in the mornings. He gets play time with other dogs in the tots room which he loves! Once as I was picking him up it took a little bit. When he was brought out I asked if everything was ok. The nice lady told me Teddy was a little nervous so she was taking her time with him. It makes me feel secure knowing they consider his feelings and don't rush him. Pricing Concerns: They now charge $150 a night for our two dogs, we bring food, treats and they sleep together in a kennel. On top of that, they are requiring a $300 deposit for reservations. This feels excessive, especially considering we've never been a no-show in all our years of patronage. Customer Service Issues: The heart of our disappointment lies in the customer service. It seems like the focus has shifted from caring for pets to simply making money. We've experienced a lack of communication, especially when it comes to receiving updates or photos of our dogs while we're away. We've left them for weeks at a time during our trips to Europe, and despite their promises, we rarely receive any pictures. Corporate Feel: Pet Suites feels more like a corporation than a caring establishment. You and your pets seem to be just another number in their system.
