They always treated us fairly and got our pet in when they needed it most. If they couldn't provide a service, they knew where to recommend us and it wasn't always TAMU Small Animal Clinic - as we had a few special procedures we needed to get done over the many years. After 16 years we recently lost our beloved cat and they helped with all of the arrangements and such. While we are not yet ready to find another pet to adopt us as a family, we will, without a doubt, be taking our new pet someday to Lovan Care for whatever needs our pet may have.
