Don't even know where to begin. Absolutely TERRIBLE car wash experience. Probably the worst in Utah County. There's always "no wait" because the car wash is so terrible and always leaves vehicles dirty. The customer service staff is terrible to work with and does not put customers first. THESE GUYS LACK INTEGRITY! I have been washing with Supersonic for several years and Wiggy Wash had a grand opening promotion so I thought I would try them out. Took my new 2016 vehicle that doesn't have a single scratch through the wash and noticed at the end that their dryer was sticking out too far and scratched my stock side mirror. I brought this matter to their attention the same day and told them they should really move it because someone else was going to hit it, and I asked if I could go back through with an employee (Brayden) so he could confirm the damage. "Sure enough", we could see the dryer hit the mirror (in slow mo) and he gave me a card and number to call and said they would get in touch with me in 2 days when (Bradley) the site manager was working. The cards states ironically, "we promise to provide pictures and copy of complete statement of claim and to handle the claim honestly". NONE OF THESE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED! Never heard anything from the site manager until 2 weeks later and after reminding an employee (Brayden) to have him contact me, AND when I went back I checked to see if they moved the dryer and they didn't obviously as it now had a huge dent in it and several scuff marks as they never moved it! Came in to meet with site manager (Bradley) and he refused to accept that the scratches on my car came from their dryer?! Even after one of his own employees saw it happen with their own eyes! Are you kidding me?! He even tried to lie about what happened and cover up the whole thing as I was in total shock! I have had to file a complaint with the state of Utah Dept of Consumer protection due to their total lack of integrity and hope they can help them fix their business practices. This wash is overpriced (more than the others) and won't take responsibility for the most obvious of liabilities and so BUYER BEWARE if your dumb enough to wash you car here. Also, they post a sign at the front that states, "We are not responsible for any damage caused to cars over 5 years old" so you can wash with confidence! Haha! Go to Supersonic or Quick Qack car wash as I am still in shock at the way these guys operate. I just wanted a simple car wash and didn't want to deal with any of this! I can't remember the last negative review I left. I usually feel like if people try, if they are putting effort in, they deserve at least a half way decent review even if you aren't completely happy with the service or product. This place doesn't seem to be trying though. To start, let me say, I have new cars but am not a "fanatic" about having them spotless. But when you've already sent the car back twice and there is dirt from a dogs paw (3 perfect paw prints)still on the back door panel and the windows are worse than when you brought it in, there are pieces of loose hair sitting on the seat that ANY vacuum would get, the same smudges and dirt/dust on the dash you brought it in to have removed, the same ice melt pellets sitting in the middle of the trunk etc ...I wonder why I'm paying $45 for this. After driving through the car wash there was still dirt and bird pooh on the outside of the car and I asked if I could bring it back through and they said no, they'd take care of it. When I saw the same stuff on the car after they had "cleaned" the inside, the employee told me it was bonded to the paint. So finally, after over 2 hours and complaining to the site manager and sending it back 3 times trying to get the interior and windows up to the standard I would hold even a neighborhood kid to that I hired to clean out my car, I took it home and finished cleaning it myself. Oh, I was also told when I pointed out the mud on the door panel that you have to ask for them to be wiped down...pretty lame excuse for missing that. You REALLY have to ask for that? When did they start that policy? I have been going to Wiggy Wash in Springville since they opened and the car wash/detailing has gotten worse every time I've come back lately. There is always an excuse from the detailer too...never their fault, nothing they did or could have done, or a lame excuse for not catching stuff. This visit was unacceptable and a waste of my day as I paid $45 and still had to take my car home and finish it. So now I have 3 hours invested in getting a basic cleaning done on my car. Not even a deep clean, wax, shampoo or anything - just getting all the loose stuff out and off of it and getting the windows clean and streak free...I will be giving away the remaining washes on my card and will be taking my car elsewhere from now on. My recomendation-go elsewhere or just clean it yourself...you'll end up paying them and doing that anyway. read more

Wiggy wash has the WORST Customer service. Brea was so rude and hung up on me twice. No reason for her to do that. We signed up one car and later on we signed up another. The employee said that we would get a $5 discount for doing more than one car. I never received a discount and when we talked to Brea over the phone she said it's not their responsibility that we should of read the contract. They lost our business. They need to educate their employees on what they are selling and what information they give to their customers. read more

Horrible wash. Didn't even touch my back window. Left soap streaks done the side of my vehicle and side mirrors were a disaster. Customer service was a horrible experience also. Want a damaged car and poor service? This is the place! It looks nice, and the VIP pass is very intriguing for the price. But you get what you pay for. I've been using wiggy wash for a year. The CEO is who set me up with the VIP pass way back when, and since that, I've kept coming here. Why the one star? FOR EVERY LOCATION? Let me tell you. In Spanish Fork, right by the freeway entrance, they were yelling at me to back up because of the line to one vip lane, and we're opening another. The guy got upset I wouldn't move, and I had to get out of my car and go up to him to make him move a few steps to see someone was parked behind me. If I wouldn't have checked and just listened? Definitely would have hit them. The Spanish Fork location with the interior addition to it? I paid the $50 or so dollars to get my car detailed. I have leather and it is rather new (2015). I simply wanted a cleaner feeling car with no dust or crumbles in the seats. When I went around noon, they asked me to come back because a lot of employees had called out that day, and they wouldn't be able to get to me. I came back around 5pm again that day (when they had asked me to), and refused to use the 15% off coupon they had given me to use when I come back for the inconvenience. Fine whatever. They told me it would be a few hours, and I had no complaints. I had food with me to eat while I waited. I wasn't even half way done when 20 minutes later they told me my car was done. And let me tell you, the one 16 year old kid left alone to detail my car was not worth even $20. There was still cleaner all over my car, and they hadn't even taken out the napkin I forgot in my cupholder to clean it. Gee thanks? The last straw was when I was in a FOUR CAR ACCIDENT at the FAULT of Wiggy Wash at the Orem location. My car has under 30,000 miles on it, and again is a 2015 model. They had jam packed us in all too tight on Thanksgiving weekend, and guess what happened? A large Yukon in the front got their wheel stuck in one of the "Dollys" so three of us hit into her. THEY DIDN'T TURN OFF THE CAR WASH FOR A GOOD TWO MINUTES WHILE WE KEPT SMACKING INTO EACH OTHER WITH NO ESCAPE. The workers were laughing about it and cracking jokes with us. The girl manager there played it off as "no big deal". Guess what? It has been FOUR MONTHS since the insurance claim. They have been demanding the camera footage all this time now, and Wiggy Wash and the CEO refuse to send it in a format that can actually be opened. He is now avoiding the claim entirely. Now Progressive is going with the police report, as it states Wiggy Wash at fault for all of our damages, and my car alone has $800 in repairs from this incident we are going after them for since they have chosen to fully ignore us now. Not only this incident, but moments because the accident they had someone back into the Yukon right before we were all smashed in together. So no, the Yukon didn't just get its back end hit, BUT ALSO THE FRONT?! This place is a JOKE. I have given it chance time and time again. And now I've been left with a damaged car for FOUR MONTHS. The insurance company is going after them now and is in the process of taking the to court for my cars alone damages, let alone everyone elses. Not only is this the worst car wash I have ever dealt with, but also the worst COMPANY management. Good luck keeping this place open. read more

I'm re doing my review because I'm calmed down a little. So. First things first. It's brand new and huge and not cramped which is nice. The prices are above average for this type of carwash (this is where my issues begin). It's an outside only wash with the option to vacuum your car yourself with vacuums provided. Now with most of these types of car washes, they provide towels for you to wipe down your car after, because the dryers just don't get all the water off. Especially on the insides of doors and such. They also provide cleaner for windows and wiping down the inside of your car. I assumed this was a kind of "duh" thing for a car wash to have, as most people want to also clean the inside of their car when they're getting it washed. But when I asked the girl helping me when I was paying for the wash she acted confused that I would even be asking for such a thing. And then she informed me "I think you can buy some wipes from a vending machine inside"........ I'm paying 12 bucks for the outside of my car to be washed and you want me to pay extra for cleansing towelettes? Yeah no. It's just so strange. This big beautiful new carwash and no way to clean the inside of your car besides vacuums. I will say, the vacuums are nice. And the outside of my car looks pretty clean. The vacuums work well and have lots of suction. They have a high pressure air blower that works well, but dang it would be nice to have a way to wipe down my steering wheel and dashboard of my car! If they figured that out I would easily rate this carwash five stars. But I just can't give a CARwash anything more than two stars when they don't even give you a towel to wipe down your car with after. Now I'm home, and finishing washing my car.... which defeats the purpose of spending money at a carwash. read more

Efficient during busy hours so the long lines feel very short since they have two tunnels. I really enjoy the quality add ons such as undercarriage and tire shining are awesome! I only hope that the company will invest more in online or over the phone account management for VIP Pass. read more

I could not ever recommend this car wash to anybody looking to have their vehicle cleaned after my experience. Brought my truck in after having hosed it off of any excess mud and dirt to have it fully detailed. Apparently their equipment was broken because it came out worse than it went in, and the supposed detailing they did on the inside was sloppy, and left windows uncleaned and surfaces unwiped. They offered to have me take my vehicle to Spanish fork location to have it redone but would not provide a refund. Clearly taking my money was far more important to them than doing a decent job or doing right by their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very bad experience overall. read more

It's a good spot for a basic wash and its nice to mot have timed vacuums. The only down side there isn't a way to wash rummier mats that are flat, normally I wash them at the self service car washes, bu there isn't really a way to do that here. read more

Worst car wash experience I have ever had in my life. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. Their car wash BROKE MY WINDSHIELD that had no pre existing damage. When I spoke with the manager at this location, he refused to take responsibility for it and told me there was no way I could prove that their car wash caused the damage??? What a complete a**hole!! I got the cheapest wash because my car wasn't that dirty but still needed a wash. I went through the wash and some part of my car came off so after I went and talked to a worker and they said that I could go through again since the bugs never came off my front bender. He scrubbed the front and power washed it until they came off and then put me through again. His name was Chase, so if a manager is seeing this give him a raise he's awesome! read more

Wiggy Wash SF consistently disappoints. I have to send the cleaners back through my car several times, each time I go. It's always for simple overlooks...no moving the mats to vacuum, not wiping dirt off doors, not cleaning windows. If you want a consistently clean car, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Nothing is ever done well here, and it is not worth your money. I want so badly to support my local business, but nothing has changed in their quality, and doesn't seem to be going forward. Yesterday I went to the Spanish Fork Main Strret location and got the Extreme Full service and hand wax. The staff were very friendly and our van looks fantastic. We had just returned from camping over the Labor Day weekend and our van really showed that, inside and outside. After the work the Wiggy Wash staff did on our van you'd think we just pulled off the showroom floor instead of the mountain. read more

I gave Wiggy Wash a second chance but I just can't do it anymore. Every time I go through their car wash I get a new scratch on my truck. I was told it's because of the dirt attached to their spinner thingys. I will return to Super Sonic even though it's out of my way but no scratches is well worth it. read more

I drive a white lifted Jeep Wrangler and it always seems to be getting dirt on the tires ;) Wiggy wash is great bc they actually take the time to spray it down before the wash. Bradley was the man who helped me out today and he did a great job. Spent extra time detailing the exterior and making sure my Jeep was going to be spotless. Five star experience! read more

I'm not sure why it took me so long to post a review! I'm the one who actually created the Wiggy Wash business on yelp, but it's taken a month to post! I have had a great experience with Wiggy Wash. I came here for two separate washes the first week they were open, then decided to buy the monthly pass because I was so satisfied with the wash that my car received. I used to have a membership to SuperSonic, but it just always seemed to be subpar, whether it was my car that was getting washed or my ex's. We both had memberships at SuperSonic and cancelled them because of the lack of cleanliness we felt our cars got when they were washed there. I am so happy and pleased with the way my car looks when I wash at Wiggy Wash! I saw my ex yesterday and told him that he should get a membership here as well because he is super particular about his car and I have not been as satisfied anywhere as I have been with Wiggy Wash. The staff is helpful, even though it can be tough and there have been some glitches sometimes with the new system, and the staff helps customers with a smile every time. read more

My kids were so excited about this new car wash. Lots of colors and lights and I loved the vacuums.

My vehicle came out dirty. It still had lots of spots that were missed and wasn't dry.

STAY AWAY! NO INTEGRITY! NO ACCOUNTABILITY! RUDE! CONDECENDING! Now that I may have your attention let me explain. We took our car there for a standard wash and when it came out the other side, a small crack in our windshield that had been repaired several years ago and had not grown at all over that time, now extended the entire length of the windshield. When we pointed this out to them, they said they were not responsible for "prior damage". Never mind that the "prior damage" was a small crack just a few minutes ago and now it was a 3 foot crack after going through their car wash. Then the manager rudely told me that it is "common knowledge" that even a repaired crack will grow if you take it through a car wash. He didn't care at all that other car washes never made this small repaired crack grow over the last several years. If it is such common knowledge, why did the person that greeted us not bother to let us know that we were taking a risk if we proceeded with the wash? They had plenty of time to try to upsell us all kinds of "extras" or memberships (what a joke) but evidently no time to warn us that we were just about to destroy our windshield. Other reviewers have given similar reviews about their integrity so this is not isolated. Please stay away. You'll be happy you did. Don't reward low integrity people with your business. read more

I currently have two of my vehicles with their VIP pass. I recently took one of them for a wash (Thursday July 6th) and it broke my mercedes hood emblem. I was told by Bradley that since the car is a 95 that they would not be able to do anything for me, they only take responsibility on vehicles 5 years old or newer. I explained that I have two of my cars with their VIP service and it it doesn't sound fair to me that their equipment damaged my vehicle. Bradley took my information and informed me that he was going to try to do his best to get this resolved for me. He informed me that they do work with a mechanic and worse comes to worse I would have to buy the part myself but they would install it for free. He also assured me that I would get a call in 24-48 hours. I did not receive a call within the promised time, I had to call today Monday July 10th. I spoke with Bradley and he informed me that he was still waiting to hear back on getting a bid for the part. I explained to him that it had been more than 48 hours and I was not reached out to. Bradley then assured me that later that same day I would get a call with all the details including a bid for the part. Later today (July 10th) I did get a call from a regional manager, and the gist of the call was that they "can't"do anything for me. He did not mentioned anything about obtaining a bid, or having me buy the part and having them install it. So in summary. Their equipment damaged my car and not only they did not get back to me within the promised time, but they left me hanging. It's a good thing that I have two vehicles with their VIP pass, I can only imagine how they would treat a customer without one. Needless to say that I will be cancelling my membership with them, about $60 dollars a month. The sad thing, is that I found the part I need to fix my vehicle for $18 shipped to my door. Obviously they don't care about their customers. My advise, take your car elsewhere. read more

To begin with, I'd like to say that this place started good, but their quality has severely declined since their opening. With this in mind, on to my review. After a nice long weekend of spending time with family out camping in the woods, running a few local 4x4 trails, and eating lots of good food, my wife and i decided to get our car cleaned of dry mud. Well, we pulled in to the parking lot to select our wash, and right as we pulled up to the booth, one of their employees walks up and goes through the usual "welcome to Wiggy Wash, blah blah blah," and proceeds to inform us that we will be charged extra money because our car was "excessively muddy." Mind you, my car only had SOME mud on the body, and SOME mud on the wheels. So after reluctantly accepting (only because the wife insisted on it), we were directed to a separate area before the wash tunnel to have our "excessive mud" powerwashed off. This process took a total 15 minutes of sitting, waiting for them to replace the hose due to a hole (because they didnt bother inspecting it prior to beginning their shift), and then waiting on them to powerwash the car. After they finished that up, we were finally allowed to go through the wash tunnel, where it was reinforced to us that the "required excessive mud prep" was completely pointless, because the water jets inside the tunnel do a better job than the girl did who performed the prewash. Then to make it better, when we got home i walked around the front of my car to go inside, and discovered that my license plate was all sorts of bent out of shape, which made me wonder what else had been potentially damaged. I usually take my off road vehicle to Super Sonic because i know for a fact that their system does an excellent job for the price, and i was hoping that these guys would do just as good of a job, especially since i really didnt want to sit in the lines that pervades supersonic. But I've never had any kind of damage done to any of my vehicles at supersonic, or even quick quack for that matter. This is the last time i take any vehicle to wiggy wash, because of hidden fees that are nothing but a money grab, careless employees, and unprofessional employees (one girl who was talking with us had earphones in the whole time). This place has lost my business permanently. Spend your time and money somewhere else that won't damage your vehicle, and where you know their fees right up front. read more

I was mistakenly charged $35 and was really frustrated about it, so I went back and spoke to a manager and he very sincerely listened to my complaint and not only REFUNDED the entire amount, but while I was waiting, he sent me through the carwash for free! I was given a free wash coupon and still felt ripped off. After the pathetic washing I received white crud was all over my car leaving me feeling like I needed a wash more than before arriving. Staff was annoying to say the least. I didn't really pay attention to the prices even though they tried pretty hard to up-sell me (the other reviews on here seem to say they are too high). I can't imagine if I had payed for this service. Recommend you avoid, especially if you are paying. I just want to reiterate that my car is worse off than when I arrived. Not good. read more

My experience was just like Ben O.'s. I went through the Orem Wiggy on March 1, 2017. The car wash cleaned the front and two sides of my car, but did not clean the back hardly at all. I have a 2009 Civic. Unfortunately, I did not notice that the car was still dirty until after I arrived home. I tried contacting the car wash, but they have not replied. I paid $10 for my wash, but found it less effective than the $4-5 washes at the gas stations. read more

I've gone down there for awhile now and the last three time I've been there I have had an issue first time I bought had dry and tire shine and it was the worst the mirrors and tires where still dirty! Second time went through wash and it didn't even wash malfunction and they said it was my fault went back through and after had to walk around to find somebody to dry it again crappy dry job manger said they where way busy sorry nothing else this time I went through and malfunction again he said because I didn't have it in neutral I think I would know if it wasn't in neutral the manger said just go back through but there was 6 cars inline I was in a hurry he said nothing else he could do they have out grown there self they don't train there employees very we'll any more and the manager was proble 19een and no personal skills if they pay a little they could proble get somebody with experience! read more

As a FastPass holder from SuperSonic Car Wash, I have anxiously watched the new Wiggy Wash being built on my way to and from work each day. I was hoping that this new car wash would alleviate the long lines at SuperSonic and bring some competition to Orem's Car Wash industry. I have not heard positive feedback from friends and neighbors who have used the new Wiggy Wash, but wanted to try it myself. For two days this week, when I drove by Wiggy Wash, I noticed their sign said: "Free Wash". I thought that was a great gesture to get new customers to try their new car wash. Last night on my way home from work I passed their sign and again it was flashing "Free Wash". I had washed my own car the day before, so it didn't need to be washed, so I drove the four blocks to my house, retrieved our other car that did need to be washed, and drove back down to Wiggy Wash. I drove in, and waited about 5 minutes while the attendant helped the car in front of me. I immediately noticed that the pricing structure was significantly higher than what SuperSonic Car Wash provided. As soon as the car in front of me left, I pulled into position and the attendant asked me if I had been there before. I told her I hadn't and she asked if I wanted the $8, $10, or $12 wash. I told her that I had just passed their sign a couple of minutes previously and noticed they had "Free Wash" posted, so I wanted to come through, visit their new car wash and see how well it did. I was immediately informed that the "Free Wash" was only on their sign for less than an hour, and that time had passed. She then asked what price wash I wanted to purchase, and I again told her that I was there to try out their FREE wash that was advertised. She told me there was no free wash, and I told her that I didn't want to try their new car wash then. She looked shocked and then immediately told me to exit by driving through a set of traffic markers they had set up. I left the car wash and won't be back. You can't offer a free car wash, and then when the customer arrives a couple of minutes later, tell them that the offer had expired. You are a NEW business to our community. Give the free wash so that either a good or bad opinion can be formed. Right now, all I have is a bad opinion that I will share will all who want to know what I think of the new car wash. Hey everybody...SuperSonic is right down the street, and has an AMAZING car wash!!! How do I know? Because they have allowed me to use theirs!!!!! read more
