They will haggle with you, if the hair you want is out of your budget, if they don't have the color you are looking for you, they'll offer to order it for you, too. When I went looking for, what I call, blonde extensions with dark roots, as they call it, Ombre, I had to settle for the 1B27, because I was too impatient to let them order it and wait for the arrival. They are one of a few shops that carry a variety of blonde extensions, so I always end up buying my hair from here. Great shop, great people, great hair!

I walked in last Friday to get my hair braided. I presented with a photo as a reference point to…read morehow I wanted my hair braided. The owner Rita assured me they could style my hair like what I showed her on the picture, her words verbatim were "we can do anything". I trusted her. She convinced me to purchase human hair for $120.00 per bundle, I purchased 2 bundles as recommended by her, she initially quoted me $160.00 per bundle, however that was a bit out of my price point so I declined, she took me next door to show me alternatives that weren't as expensive but insisted the $160 per bundle was better quality hair and would garner better results, I told her I didn't necessarily want to pay $320 for just the hair not to include the cost for braiding and tip, so she said she would give me a discount; $420 for everything (the "good" bundles (2) at $110 each and $200 for the cost of braiding). I'll attach pics and you can see for yourself why I'm highly disappointed. The braiders were awful!!! .. once I arrived home and inspected my hair I called Rita to let her know my hair was poorly done. She asked me not to return the next day (Saturday) because it was really busy and convinced me to wait until Monday to return and promised it would be fixed then, I told her I would be working Monday but could come after work, I obliged out of courtesy, however feeling defeated since I'd have to walk around with my hair looking sloppy for two days. I returned Monday after work only to be told there was no one there to do my hair and to return the next day. I must say Rita was pleasant and apologetic throughout this whole process but that wasn't good enough. The lady who called herself fixing my braids (one of the initial braiders) when I returned Tuesday didn't seem she was too happy that I returned, she huffed and puffed the entire time, she dropped combs and hair on the floor but proceeded to reuse those items in my hair, she yanked away at my hair, anyone could clearly look at my hair at this point and determine it was a sloppy job, and it was still sloppy if not sloppier when she was finished. Perhaps she didn't know what she was doing, perhaps she just didn't care, who knows!! ... now I've wasted approximately $460, oh because I forgot to mention that when I checked out they made me pay "tax" on the total cost since I was using a debit card. I've since then had my hair taken down which was another disaster. So see attached pictures and decide if you want to take the risk. They are horrible with human hair braids and that braider needs instruction on customer service as well as refraining from doing a style that she clearly doesn't know how to do.

My hair is always so healthy and when I see Ashley. She takes such good care of her clients and listens to what you want all while informing you on what your hair needs. She's very educated in what she does and I know whatever I ask her, she can provide the answer so I can take care of my hair on my own, though I don't like to do my own hair. I've also just had her style my hair for going out and that was such a breeze! Ashley saves the day every single time. I don't go anywhere else, my curls love her hands!

I asked about the edge-wax she was using because i was interested in buying. She mentioned -They were running low and only gad one left. I cane back 2.5 weeks later and got my hair done and my 5 year olds hair braided. She used a different gel than she gad used prior in my first service. When she finished my daughters hair (2 cornrows) her hair was white. It was like flakes and dried gel all over. They acted as if they couldn't notice. She finishes her hair and I'm still not completely satisfied. The braids were uneven and skinny at the ends.I refused to pay until it was fixed. They damped a rag and wiped it off and used a different gel ( both gels they stated they never used before) and sat her under the dryer. Once finished- it wasn't that noticeable that gel was used. Only here and there in certain spots but i tried to tell them it would need to be rewashed because wiping gel isn't taking it out of the hair. I told them it would flake up again and it did an hour after we left. I texted them to tell her and say it needed to be fixed or a refund should be given. She replies ok bring her back tomorrow i replied wont be able to make it until Wednesday evening and she said ok. I show up yesterday (Wednesday) and she says she need a ride to the store because they don't have the "good" edge-wax that they used in my first service. Every gel they had in stock flakes . At that point i was pissed. Its a beauty supply store and they don't have the necessary products to fix my daughters hair . She didn't even have the courtesy to call/text me in advance to ask me to get the products beforehand. She waited until I'm there at 6:45pm to get my child's hair redone. I took her to DG and she got the products and redid her hair. The finished result was decent. They are So unprofessional and I wont be returning EVER! I attached the photo i sent to her to do my daughters like the photo. Looks horrible.

In all my years of shopping at Sephora I have never had someone write out a detailed list of makeup and skincare steps and products to try.
