I have gone through WigsNMore twice now for my wig purchases. I chose them because they were in network with my insurance. I wasn't excited by their website but worked with them anyway because I didn't have a choice. That was the first time. The second time I used them was totally by choice because of how awesome their customer service is. I'm not local so it was all via phone calls and texts but they are responsive and friendly and so helpful. I was able to try on wigs and exchange the ones that didn't fit right or were the wrong color. They even have options not on their site because they work with multiple vendors. This is a merchant who bills insurance 3 times the amount of suggested retail value of the item. Then bills the customer the balance owed after insurance payment , at 3 times the suggested retail value. I would have paid less paying out of pocket.!!!! I have been fighting with them for over a year. Insist on an written estimate. The business website does not have any pricing when you place an order. Worst place to deal with. They did not properly bill Medicare and my insurance for products that I did purchase and receive. Now they want to charge me late fees. I called them many times to no avail. This place is a time eater. read more

I went in to buy regular bras. The saleswoman was very good at what she did, and the fitting appointment went very well. I bought two. I brought one home with me and ordered another one in a different color that was out of stock and had to be ordered. I went back to pick up the second bra when it was in and was treated very rudely by staff. The salesperson was serving another customer, so I waited patiently for her to finish. When I approached the desk, the salesperson was busy finishing up paperwork for the previous customer. Another person approached me and asked me if I needed help. The salesperson at the desk, without looking up, said, "She can wait." And boy did she made sure I waited. She then proceeded to shuffle papers, staple them, paper clip them and completely clear off the desk top without acknowledging me at all. She had yet to even make eye contact with me. About 5 minutes passed in which she completely ignored me and refused to let anyone else help me. Only then did she acknowledge me by looking up. I stated I was here to pick up a bra. Another salesperson was sent to get it and came running out of the back saying, "Don't you have an appointment for a fitting tomorrow?" I stated that I did not, I was here to pick up merchandise that I had already purchased. She said, "Imagine that, two customers with the same name." (Like that never happens in retail). They finally produced my bra and handed it to me. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and was told no. I never received a thank you. I thought this was a store that would treat women respectfully especially considering the vulnerable population they serve. I left there feeling unappreciated as a customer, belittled, and that I was a huge inconvenience to them. I will never be back. read more
