Pizzetta Pepperoni & Mushroom (forgot the mushrooms?) ~$20
    Trinh G.

we got the crispy korean chicken wings exactly at 3pm so it was fresh. the texture & flavor were perfect (a bit of crunch with juicy chicken and a hint of spice but mostly sweet). the pepperoni & mushroom pizzetta was good. the flavor was average, nothing crazy to stand out from other pizzas elsewhere. the only downside was that it was quite pricey for the portion size. 5 wings for about $12 (about $2.50 per piece) & about $20 for a personal size pizza regardless, i would come again for the wings though!

This was our second drink for the Trinity and it was the STRONGEST one out of all. Good but I'm not even sure what was in it, just straight up liquor!!!

I did not expect to find such a cute little Tiki Bar in a Best Western. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and quick. We ordered dinner (Bar Fries, Angus Burger, and the Habanero Burger) and drinks. I ordered my usual which is a tequila, soda water, and orange slice but sadly they did not have orange slices but offered some orange juice instead. The new payment system they have requires a chip in a credit/debit card. Doesn't seem like a big deal unless you are like me and have a debit card without a chip. Street parking was easy to find and they had additional parking in their garage. There was also near by EV charging.

I was looking for a place on Davis to grab a quick bite and saw that they had a happy hour with bar bites for 50% off so I had to try it! I walked in and was greeted by the bartender. I ordered the seasonal pizza which was a four cheese pizza and the black bean nachos with no meat. They were able to accommodate my special request which was nice! The food was goo and definitely filling due to the larger portion sizes and I ended up taking a box home. The best part about this experience is that the food is 50% off which is a really good deal for the amount you get! I didn't get to try the drinks but will the next time I stop by.

Came here for happy hour on a Thursday evening. The drinks were a solid 3.5, and the food varies. The Wiki Whacky Woo was strong but sweet, and I wish they lit the 151 on fire. The Korean chicken wings were 3 (a little more flavor needed), the angus beef sliders were 4 (medium rare, but they never asked), and the bar fries a sad 2 (the cheese was terrible). The music wasn't great, and definitely didn't vibe with a too bar setting. The service was fine though, and seems to be from the best western next door. Overall, the Wiki Bar still deserves 4 stars as places like this are rare in Davis. Cheers!

Great, friendly service! The bartender was super sweet and very attentive, the drinks were good, I the hibiscus infusion and it was good. The atmosphere is very cute, definitely an Islander feel.

By far my Number #1 go-to-eat place in Davis! It just is! The bar is located in the Best Western Hotel near the Farmers Market. Cafe Bernardo is located on one side of the hotel lobby and Wiki Bar on the other. They are just steps from each other. Wiki Bar also has its own private entrance as does Cafe Bernardo. You do not have to enter the hotel to reach either one. Food served in the Wiki Bar is prepared in the Cafe Bernardo kitchen. The menu is the same in both. You may enjoy sit down dining service in the Wiki Bar. It is an intimate small area with high top tables and a nice wood bar if you wish to watch either of the two TVs, chat with the bartender or just throw some down :-). Cafe Bernardo is order at the front and then sit down and wait for your food (fun, lively restaurant.). Both are owned by restaurateur, Randy Paragary, who has other great restaurants in the Sacramento area ( See my review for Cafe Bernardo at The Pavilions.). I love the laid-back atmosphere of the Wiki Bar. All the bartenders are first class, knowledgeable about everything cocktails and make you feel welcome whether you are alone or with friends. Posted on this site are three of their photos! I always feel comfortable coming alone for food and a glass of wine. That is a huge plus. This is definitely a Davis hangout at all different times of the day or night. All ages...all persuasions :-). Just as it should be for a local watering hole! The 7 day a week HH is sweet too! The food is quality, the menu is varied and the wine selection is excellent! That is my primary criteria! California cuisine all the way! Thank you to all the staff for providing outstanding customer service ALWAYS! And the Tiki feel is not tacky....it is fun :-).

That said, our experience was noticeably impacted by the host. From the moment we walked in, interactions felt more focused on what we couldn't do rather than helping us feel comfortable or welcomed. I was initially told my dog wasn't allowed, which was later clarified when I explained he is a service animal, but subsequent interactions continued to feel corrective rather than hospitable. It stood out because every other staff member we interacted with was warm, social, and inviting, which made the contrast pretty stark. One practical note for future guests: if you order wine, plan to finish it there. They do not offer cork-and-carry, so splitting a bottle only really works if you're prepared to drink a good amount on-site. I'm rooting for this place and hope this feedback is helpful. With a small adjustment in front-of-house approach, this could easily be a fantastic addition to the local bar scene.

We headed over to G Street WunderBar located on G street in downtown Davis. We ended up parking on the street-so many parking spots in Davis-so it was no problem. When we walked in,it was quiet, not a lot going on but I knew this was a fun place. Wasn't hard to imagine how much fun this place would be on a Friday or Saturday night in this college town. I asked the bartender lady and she pretty much verified that it gets nutso in there on weekends. This bar has lots of tables and multiple rooms,so they have capacity for many people. They have multiple pool tables and video games in the back room, along with an entirely separate bar back there. They have a big screen projector screen and many small TVs along the bar to accommodate anyone wanting to watch any live sporting event. Instead, our experience was ruined by the owner, Gordon Langstaff, and his completely inappropriate behavior around a small child. My son, who is three and on the autism spectrum, briefly picked up a loose electrical cord that was lying on the ground under the patio stairs (I have a photo of how exposed it was). Instead of calmly addressing the situation, Gordon walked over in a rude, irritated tone and said, "Can you do something?" I told him I was already handling it and redirecting my son, but as he walked away he started cursing under his breath, using foul language that was clearly audible right next to my child. There is no excuse for swearing like that in front of a three‑year‑old, especially when the unsafe cord was left out in the open by the restaurant in the first place. Whether or not my son is autistic, families should never be subjected to hostility and foul language from the owner of a restaurant. If you offer outdoor seating and leave cords and other hazards accessible, you should expect children to be curious and respond with basic courtesy, not anger. The food itself was mediocre, and after that interaction it honestly didn't matter. This was supposed to be a special birthday outing, and his attitude and language completely ruined it.
