I order ahead for pickup sometimes when I'm in a rush but generally walk in. I think I may be the only person consistently ordering their Oatmeal bagel! 9/10 it comes out toasted and buttered exactly how I want it. I've also started ordering egg and cheeses on a bagel and like how loaded with insides it is. I'm still a little confused about the pricing with tax plus or minus non-cash fee sometime though. I once ordered a lox cream cheese bagel and felt there was too much cream to lox ratio, but I haven't ordered that kind a cream cheese in a long time so I can't gauge what's the norm anymore. When it's crowded, it can be a little frustrating that there isn't a dedicated cashier who only deals with payment and pick up orders since again, running late and want to be in and out. Bagel with flavored cream cheese will cost you around $5 Lox Cream Cheese: been obsessed with lox cream cheese on bagels lately. By itself, the cream cheese is fluffy and very creamy. However, they do skimp on the lox, it's been diced to tiny pieces and you don't taste much of it. You can also buy their flavors by weight Bacon Cheddar Cream Cheese With Sausage: this one has small pieces of bacon and chopped cheddar mixed into the cream cheese. For some reason, I was expecting just an orangey smoother consistency blend of the three ingredients. I added a sausage patty to make it a more filling sandwich but shockingly, they served me a cold patty. Took it home to the trusty microwave, and in seconds, I was eating a hot breakfast sandwich where the cheddar and cream cheese were a lot more meltier and it was perfection. You guys charged him for 5 ham egg & cheese ($12 difference) and it wasn't until he asked for the receipt that you gave him the money back. Same with the heros - you've charged anywhere between $7.25 - $9.75 for a hero (I believe it's supposed to be (7.25 or 7.50?) and it's always that process of asking for a receipt and getting our money back. When you're too lazy to make breakfast, grab and go meals are the best! I decided to try this cute corner bagel shop on a weekday. I ordered online and pickup was a breeze- no wait required. The shop was clean and the workers gave me my order within seconds. I ordered two salmon and cream cheese bagels and for $10.50 each, Ill admit that did expect more. $10.50 can buy me a decent lunchbox in Brooklyn (And even about 8 donuts!!) and I feel that the bagel, with just about 3-4 slices of smoked salmon doesn't cut it. The bagel taste definitely overpowered the salmon/cream cheese flavor. Overall, I don't think that I will be returning here, unless a HUGE craving hits. read more

Ordered Ice coffee, apple turnover and a cream cheese and jam bagel. Since it's close by and a easy order, I decided to walk after my order has been confirmed. Upon arrival, I walked up the counter to see if my order was ready. I provided my name on the order and the worker seemed to be confused and asked to see my confirmation. I pulled out my phone and was looking for the text confirmation and saw a seamless bag placed on the counter. Here is the strangest thing has happened. I asked if this was for 'Alexander' and the other staff member looks at me and asks if I am a pick up service. I was puzzled and responded that I am not and he told me I am not not the person who ordered the food and I'm a pick up service because I was looking at my phone prior picking up the order. After the strange ordeal, I was able to go home and finally eat. I would not recommend the apple turnover for a few reasons. It was burnt on the bottom but I ate it cold, so I'm assuming when they were making this pastry they managed to burn the bottom? There was much of the apple filling and all I can taste was the pastry (this was after I peeled off the whole bunted bottom). Cream cheese and jam on the bagel was mediocre, there was a ton of cream cheese in the middle, so any cream cheese lovers out there you should definitely stop by here. Their ice coffee was very sweet, I did mess up on this one since I usually order black coffee, but I can still drink coffee with milk and sugar if given. I use to really like this place, but it's really gone downhill over the years. The guys working here have such a terrible attitude, they'll mock you if there's a complaint. The service is incredibly slow, I feel like they purposely ignore you until they feel like serving you. In terms of the prices, they really nickel and dime you here. I paid $5.50 for an bacon egg and cheese on a roll, on average it costs $3-$3.50 in the area. The past 3 times I've called in they've forgotten to place my order, forcing me to wait almost half an hour there. What's the point of calling in then? Not only that but they ALWAYS mess up my order. Want ketchup, nope you're not getting that. Need a bagel scooped out and toasted? Nope, you get what you get. Thats pretty much how the workers operate here. We had our sons bday party at the Brooklyn Aquarium and found nearby "Wild Bagels" for the food catering. Tommy the owner was super... he personally delivered the food which included 3 assorted trays of hero sandwiches, turkey, roast beef, chicken cutlet and eggplant, along with chicken tenders which all the kids gobbled up.... The heros were super fresh, full of quality meats, fresh mozzorella, roasted peppers on perfect Italian bread. All of our family and guests raved and even took the few sandwiches that were left home.
