They had all new waitresses and I think I even saw the owners kids helping out. I went for breakfast on a Sunday and had their delicious pancakes. The portions were huge and the prices were so cheap. I went back again and again. You can definitely tell that it was a family run business and by the quality, you can also tell they cooked from their hearts. Then November rolled around and I came back but I was so sad to discover the business was no longer open and that there was no more food coming from the amazing chefs and delightful staff. So I'm unsure why they couldn't accommodate to my request of party of 2... Besides that point, the food was pretty good. We ordered: - Chicken parmesan sandwich w/ fries ($22) - Steak sandwich w/ sweet potato fries ($28) Both dishes came out pretty fast. Both sandwiches were good and the fries were super crispy. We ordered the mussel tartelette and charcuterie to start, followed by ricotta gnocchi in a rich mushroom jus as well as beef Bourguignon. We ended our meal with a citrus meringue cake and galette des rois with creamy almond filling. Everything was absolutely perfect and I can only image how much better it would be for in-person dining. The menu changes weekly so keep an eye on their page to see what's being offered next weekend. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting for dine-in once things open back up.
