While the server was good, the food was the most disappointing I've had in years. The carbonara had no pork (pretty sure that's part of the definition of a carbonara). The southern fried chicken was definitely not a buttermilk and marinated chicken breast. The two chicken breast brought out initially were so small even the waitress noted how tiny they were and asked for another to be made. The chicken was dry, flavourless and not enjoyable at all. The gravy was a beef gravy, good for fries or similar but not a southern gravy. The Caesar salad was the only part of the main that was ok, and even that was not great. This place is under new management. It started to go down hill but it seems to be coming back. Last few visits have been good. We had the Schnitzel, Ribs and Wings and the Butter Chicken Poutine during the last three visits. My wife and I enjoyed all three dishes and the staff was great. We miss the old staff (Rob, Makayla and Lisa) however. read more

Went there today for late afternoon snacks with a friend. Was my first time here and i wouldnt go back. The server wasnt overly friendly and kinda snarky...our ceaser salad, flatbread pizza and thai chicken bites took almost an hour to come out....and in that hour she never came back to see if we could use more drinks...we literally were just about to cancel and leave, when our food arrived. It looked like it was ready 20 minutes ago and she didn't bother to bring it out. Salad was warm.....and the hot dishes were cold (hows that for irony...) I wouldnt go back. Shame, the other chains in Toronto are fabulous. I could deal with mediocre food, but fabulous service. Service was bad and food was meh. read more

This place is horrible. It's like a big box dinner. Food is horrible. Service is horrible. Parking is tight.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is friendly, attentive and personable. Food was fantastic: I had the BBQ Chicken Cobb salad and hubby had the French onion soup with the Thai chicken wrap. I have food allergies and the staff made sure that my meal was allergen free. Will definitely be back!!!! read more

When they first opened I was getting some super bland food and not the best service but they definitely upped their game and maybe got a better chef that knows how to SEASON FOOD. Getting better and worth giving a try. read more

Had a great time here! This was my second time here.The food was great server was awesome. Didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive. Food was good got steak which was cooked medium rare, which was done to perfection. Server was attentive and checked in a variety of times. The steak bites where way better then my entree meal however! Also, 2 for 1 cakes is unwavering, this does not include all deserts showcased in their display case?! Overall food quality could use a little work (butter in mash potatoes, for example) but overall good food. Will come back for sure! read more
