They have successfully helped me get a wider variety of birds to me feeders. If you need help that will walk listen to what you are trying to find, or what critters you want to attract. I've gotten bird baths, bird houses, butterfly houses, feeders, hooks, poles, bird seed, suet, and the most coveted love mealworms (a must for attracting bluebirds). Overall: I am giving this store the highest rating possible because I've never had a bad experience here. They know what they are doing, they are good listeners, and they genuinely care about people. I boarded my beloved Black Russian Terrier, Mulan, at PetSmart PetsHotel believing she would be safe and well cared for. Mulan is a rescue who came from an abusive situation, and I have spent years rebuilding her trust in people. She is well-trained, socialized, obedient, and is an important member of my family. When I picked her up, I immediately knew something was wrong. She was not the same dog I had dropped off. Her behavior had changed, and as someone who knows my dog better than anyone, I knew she had experienced something that caused her distress. Watching her like that was heartbreaking. I contacted PetSmart to express my concerns and expected compassion, answers, and accountability. Instead, I was met with poor communication. Although a manager initially contacted me, my follow-up emails and messages went unanswered. I eventually had to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs because I felt my concerns were not being taken seriously. What disappointed me most was not just what happened during Mulan's stay, but how PetSmart handled the situation afterward. As pet owners, we place tremendous trust in boarding facilities. When something goes wrong, we deserve transparency, empathy, and a genuine effort to make things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Because of this experience, I will never board Mulan at PetSmart again. In fact, I have since arranged for a private pet sitter because I no longer feel comfortable leaving her at a commercial boarding facility. No pet owner should have to worry whether their dog will return home emotionally changed. I hope PetSmart takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and improves both the quality of care provided to pets and the way they respond when customers report problems. Our pets cannot speak for themselves, so it is our responsibility to speak for them. Mulan deserved better, and so did I.

The Petsmart in Broomall, PA is a disaster. I had a 5 pm appt to discover the groomer did not show and sorry but someone was supposed to call you. Ok.. I can deal with that. What could I say! But then she said oh, I think you made the appt for tomorrow at 5. Nope. I .did .not. I said I couldn't have. So I left. In the car I looked at the my screen shot I took when scheduling and discovered they changed the appt without my knowledge leading me to believe I'm going insane. This has happened twice before and I did believe it was me. When I went back in to cancel tomorrow's appt, I showed the screenshot as was told the computer does that sometimes ..
