Each dog gets a raised bathing tub with a ramp, and a generous amount of space enclosed by a 1/2 wall. The staff was friendly and attentive, also! It was our first time in, and they took their time to show us the ropes and were available throughout if we had any questions. The best part of the whole thing - YOU DON'T NEED TO CLEAN UP. No more dog hair clogging the shower drain, no scrubbing the bathtub, no wet dog shaking off all through the house. You also get a stamp card - after your 9th wash, the next is free. Reasonable prices; for a large dog the cost is $12. I will absolutely be coming back again and again.

But to get the facts…read morestraight. 1) I contacted my sitter directly because the Pet Stop was not timely in in responding to our requests for a sitter, I would not have had to do this if she was professional enough to answer our calls or email in a timely manner and ran her business professionally. she was afraid of losing her commission that's all. 2) She never called the police on us, but when she refused to return my keys at the end I had to threaten to call the police to force her to return them, would you want someone to keep your keys that had just screamed at you? 3) I never raised my voice to her when discussing our problems. She began ranting and raving and screaming. Her communication skills are very poor and she needs to learn how to speak with paying clients. So once again with the abundance of qualified sitters in the area why even take a risk on the Pet Stop.

The owner came over to meet our pup before we started services for him and after each visit she leaves detailed notes about how his walks were. It is very nice to come home every night from work and see how he did throughout the day, especially when we he was so little and just getting accustomed to crate training and house training. Additionally, we left our pup over night with the Pet Stop one time thus far. They were awesome! He had a big fenced in yard to run and play in and the owners dogs provided great socialization and playtime for our pup. He was happy to see me when I picked him up, but you could really tell he made himself right at home. This made me feel so much better than boarding him in a crate overnight. Recently our little guy got into a bottle of Advil at home which required monitoring of him afterwards to watch for any overdose symptoms. Of course, we called Pet Stop to help us with this. The owner kept him at her house during the day so he was under constant supervision and was very attentive in letting me know how he was feeling. It gave us such a peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Our pup loves both the owner and the walker that comes to the house, I've been home on occassion when they have arrived and he is always absolutely ecstatic to see them, so I know they treat him well when I am away. The owner is also very flexible. We have work schedules that can sometimes change erratically and she has always been very accommodating to us. The prices are extremely reasonable as well for the upstanding service that you receive. I would totally recommend this company a million times over! I love my pets to death and I would not just let anyone care for them. The Pet Stop has my full trust and gratitude for the great service they provide their clients!

This time i have called twice and no one has gotten back to me. I do not know whether they are short-staffed or what. The employees are friendly. Making an appointment for a week out is easily done. Out of all the times we have been there there haven't been any issues. Today was a bit different. Mugsy was shaved and a small cut was on his body. No mention of this to me. I found it after going over him when we got back home. The owner contacted me, apologized and did what she could to provide future service for Mugsy. If there is a problem bring it to the manager or owners attention and they will rectify the issue within reason.

Kristy, (owner/operator), was wonderfully responsive and helpful in setting up our pet sitting experience. We traveled for 10 days and never once worried about our 2 (fur babies) cats, Jack and Sally. Joleen, who cared for them daily, sent regular texts with photos and updates. She was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our cats' comfort, (and ours!). She was funny and quick to respond, just like a close family member! We knew Joleen took great care of them when we returned to find them, (and our home!) just as content as we had left them. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Beyond Barks.

I also have a crazy schedule and Courtney allowed me the flexibility to schedule on a week to week basis - letting her know which days that week our boys would need a walk. No extra charge - and often on Sunday's she would take the time to reach out and ask me personally about my schedule. She is just above and beyond - affordable and super pleasant to work with too. Days End Farm Horse Rescue in an "open" facility so you can just pop in 9am to 4pm for a tour. Some of the horses that are rescued are nothing more than skin and bones, can't even stand up and need to be placed in a special sling until they are strong enough to stand and walk. They are nursed back to health, then put into a conditioning and training program with the hopes of adopting them for a perfect match into their forever home. The transformations are hard to believe and some of the horses go on to be top champions! So worth your time to check it out in person.

Some places added extra pricing for nearly everything. Does you dog need meds or supplements? That's an extra $10 per day. Does you dog enjoy walks? That's an extra $10 a walk. One of your dogs requires meds, and they both take supplements. And both being high energy they require lots of exercise. Thankfully The Animal Inn set one price for boarding and no add ons. So they were the one we decided would look after our hounds. The good reviews also helped. But would our dogs do well? Well they happily trotted off with the lady on reception. And when we came to pick them up, they were happy and full of energy. Thankfully I had worried for nothing. And they were well looked after. Having the worst experience of our lives at a previous kennels. (Our pug required emergency veterinary care) We are glad to have found somewhere we can trust.

Despite their being busy, they found space for my beloved pet for the 2 nights I needed. It's a beautiful property and the rates were probably better than my vet would've charged me. Upon pickup, Prija (my dog) , was in good spirits and has suffered no setbacks in personality and showed no signs of anxiety...best of all, she didn't come home sick. I highly recommend Animal Inn and we will use them again when we travel back to the area!
