I also love the fact that they hand raise the baby birds so that they are calm and tame when they grow up. My knowledge on bird feeders was very minimal so I relied on the employee's expertise and she was super helpful. "I want to feed the birds but not the squirrels. I don't want a mess on my deck and I'd love a closer view of the nearby nesting cardinals." With that explanation, I got a new feeder and seed with room to expand the bird buffet. It's been about a week and I've enjoyed watching the birds. Or maybe they've enjoyed watching me watch them? Either way, five stars for Wild Birds!

We opted for their pole starter kit and a couple feeders with the cylinder seeds. We described the area where we lived and the kinds of birds we'd noticed in the trees. They suggested we add the attachment that allowed incorporating branches to the pole so that birds could fly in and perch before landing on the feeder. SOOO pleased that we did! The store stocks a few of each kind of item but those items have been tested and vetted as working well and not just because it looks pretty. We've been overwhelmed at other stores when the options were just too numerous. They have a bird bucks program that's worth joining for discounted food.

They have everything for dog and cat supplies to bird food and other small animals as well. They also have a dog wash and grooming station (self service as well). The employees are very friendly.
