On 10/22/2019 I scheduled an online grooming appointment with Dog Space with the owner Mieko for Nov 1st at 8:30 am. I called this morning to talk with Mieko about changing something that had been done last time she groomed my Giant Schnauzer. I have gone to Mieko a few times before and I have always been happy and I have kept a great rapport with her. Last time I asked her to please not trim or cut his eyelashes. They did end up getting cut very short. I was not angry with Mieko I just figured that next time I'd call a day or two before and just talk with her and ask it we could not cut them this time. When I spoke with her this morning I was very courteous over the phone with her and tried to explain exactly what I wanted, which was to just not cut his eyelashes. To my surprise when I tried to communicate this with her said told me and I quote "I can't make you happy". "I can't be your groomer anymore". "I do exactly what you say, not good enough for you". I told her no its okay I just didn't want his eyelashes cut. She then hung up the phone on me. I gave it a few minutes and called back. I tried to plead with. Asking her why she was doing this, letting her know I was not mad and I was sorry. I tried to explain that I photos scheduled for Saturday morning, and that I really needed him to get groomed. She said she was sorry, but she can not help me. I honestly can not believe that she did this to me. I completely understand the right of refusal, however, under different circumstances. I never thought this would happen due to me for just trying to communicate something about my dogs haircut. I'm at a loss, and feel so very sad. I did really enjoy taking my Oliver to Dog Space. After Mieko doing this to me, even an apology wouldn't fix this.

Please read this letter. This older couple needed an older dog not a puppy. They are Korean and they do not believe in medical care for Charlie. This is in their culture. They are excessively frugal. Charlie has severe stomach issues. I personally talked to older woman. She was giving Charlie 1 tsp. of rice every hour.This has been going on for weeks.(not prescribed by a vet) Charlie is also home sick. I know he has a broken heart. He will either die of malnutrition or a broken heart. This breeder has made sure her family has taken the side of this con artist who is very smooth. He can make anyone believe his lies. They choose this man over a true friend. The breeder has also made sure that nobody talks or communicates with me. You can't correct anything when you don't communicate. This couple is very scared and fearful so they go along with her. This behavior toward me has hurt me more than you can imagine. They can get the dog back , it is in the contract. They just do not want to. With a very heavy heart please, I am so sorry to say this but do not use any of the breeders I have listed above.They do not care about Charlie al all They don't care about his health or happiness. It seems to be just another dog to them. You have no idea how I wanted to help this family. I still do. I truly cared about them. They took the wrong side and pushed me against the wall. They never met this couple. I have to save Charlie. Can you please help me before it is too late.? This is the letter to this couple. They have no heart. I also sent it the family. I heard nothing. I am writing to you from the depth of my broken heart as a loving dog mom.who made an unbearable mistake.Not a single day passes where I do not ache for Charlie.The regret of letting him go has consumed me to the point where I was in a serious car accident last week.I truly believe Charlie belongs here with me and his brothers and,it devastates me that I made the mistake of h giving him up before realizing just how important he has become to our family. I can offer him the best medical care, agility training, swimming lessons, nose works and an abundance of love and support. His brothers search for him constantly especially when they hear his name. Not an hour goes by when I do not cry missing him and they cry for him too. I have never experienced such a strong feeling of belonging for him with our family. I am willing to offer you a thousand dollars and a new dog and, I am open to offering a better offer. I sincerely hope you can sympathize with my situation and consider my plea.
