Stopped in here while on a business trip for dinner. They have a large selections of beers that they brew. The two that I tried were really good, I do wish that the servers were old enough to have more of an opinion on the beer especially since I was from out of town and not familiar with the brewery. We ordered food which there is a very large menu. One of the guys in our party has Celiac and when asked the waitress was and staff were super helpful with this. She had a lot of suggestions as well as food options. Also went she put in the order she let the kitchen staff know and they cooked the food on a separate cook area, change gloves before handling his order. They were above and beyond making sure that our visit was great. My only negative was that the menu was online. There are so much food options that it was hard to scroll through it all. And other than a little sign on the table there wasn't much telling people they had food. If I am back in the area I will definitely stop back in.

Went for a friends VFW event & grabbed some lunch while I was there & it was the best burger I have had in years - No Lie! I had a black dahlia burger with sweet potato fries & my daughter had a plain cheeseburger with sweet potato fries & we shared the green chili fries (not for us - Sorry!) Service was good & the set up is so awesome! Inside, outside, benches for family style, patio & garden seating.

We stopped here after walking around and shopping in this cute little town. Lots of brews to choose from. We were still a little full from our big breakfast so we just ordered a side of fries and a big pretzel. The server was so helpful in helping us choose the perfect brew. A nice stop on a cool day with nice people and cold beer!

Stumbled upon this place, and man were we happy we did! A nice variety of brews and cocktails to choose from. Wild Blue Yonder is a modern, inviting typical brewery style restaurant with unique menu offerings. The Nachos with elk meat were amazing and the Mac and cheese was creamy, flavorful and not too rich!! Smoked pulled chicken and topped with the perfect amount of buffalo sauce! WOW Service was stellar too so if in town, I would recommend stopping in. Your taste buds will not be disappointed!

We enjoyed meeting friends in Castle Rock at Wild Blue Yonder. Great hoppy ale for me: V2. It'll be my go to for beer. Service was amazingly friendly and fast. Courtney was wonderful. My chili burger delicious and my husband's wrap very good. The atmosphere perfect for a brew pub and not too loud. Great place!

We were meeting family in Castle Rock and picked this place for the location. I'm sure glad we did. There is inside and outside seating. The trees and plants make it feel secluded from the street. For sitting outside, the service was attentive and super polite. We did not have their food but tried numerous beers. All tasty.

After shopping at the Castle Rock outlets, we came here for some food and drinks. It's funny how it's a brewery, but all we wanted was the cocktails! But they have an amazing drink menu it was hard to pass up on. I am a sucker for an Italian soda, so I had to try it spiked, and it did not disappoint! The strawberry was so good, it was creamy and delicious! Oh boy, was it strong! I could only handle one. I chose the BBQ pulled pork Mac n cheese because I'm a huge fan of pulled pork and Mac n cheese. What a great combination! The Mac n cheese was so creamy, and the cheese was stringy! The pulled pork was cooked perfectly, and the BBQ sauce was tangy and sweet. It left me wanting more! The wings were so tender and juicy that the BBQ sauce was not overpowering. They let us have 2 dipping sauces, we got classic ranch and decided to try the mango aoli, too. The mango aoli was very hot, not expecting the heat, but it paired well with the sweet taste of the mango. The ranch was definitely homemade and was very good! The service was good too! We sat ourselves, and the waiter came to us, kept our drinks full, and our wait for food was quicker than expected! This place looks like it could be a fun night with corn hole and outdoor seating with lights. It was a perfect sunny day when we came, and they had all the doors open to let the breeze in. It was just a wonderful experience here.

It has always offered decent service and good food, with your typical brewery atmosphere. I went with some friends yesterday, and I was shocked at how much food was cut back. I think they must have watched the episode of The Bear where the Chef is told to cut the food portions by 15%, but I think they heard 50%. I ordered one pork belly taco off the Taco Tuesday menu. While it was very good, the amount of filling was ridiculous. I would venture to say a teaspoon, maybe 2 at most. They use the street taco-size flour tortillas, and it was still underfilled. It still would have been if I had torn the tortilla in 1/2. I also ordered the prime rib eggrolls, while again good, but they were 1/4 full of filling, and most of that was lettuce and veggies, definitely gaps between the filling and the wrapper. The PR eggrolls were always my go-to because they were so good, and they always had plenty of prime rib in them. No gaps between the filling and the wrapper, as they were yesterday. I did mention it to the waitress, and she really didn't care. Otherwise, she was a fine waitress. I wasn't looking for a handout, but I definitely felt that she should have acknowledged it and said she would pass the info to the manager. I would have preferred the price to be a buck or two more than to pay less and feel like I was ripped off. I will try it again, but if it's the same I would not go back.

While we made a…read morereservation for inside, they were able to switch us to a table on the patio since it was a beautiful night. My wife and I each started with a glass of wine, and then even though we hadn't planned to get an appetizer, we decided to order a side of bread with oil. The bread was amazing! It was a large order, and both the consistency and flavor were fantastic. There were a few different dishes I was considering, including the halibut, but since this was our first visit, I decided to go with the chicken Marsala, which many on here have raved about. First, it was a big portion with two large chicken breasts. On a future visit, my wife and I could split an appetizer or salad and then one order of the chicken. Next, flavor of everything was wonderful. Unlike a typical Marsala, which can be very heavy and overpowering, this sauce was lighter...in color, consistency, and taste. It was a perfect compliment to the chicken. Asparagus and potatoes were delicious too. My wife got the ravioli with pesto, and she really enjoyed her dish as well. Service was warm, pleasant, there when we needed it, but not overpowering, exactly what you'd hope for and expect from a restaurant of this stature. Very happy we finally got here. We'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

I don't know where "reviewer" Keven went four months ago, but both interior & exterior looked brand new, so his references about shabby furniture are confounding. What he described simply didn't exist. The waitstaff was attentive and polite, and each course arrived within a reasonable time. As for the food, it was excellent. We had an appetizer of baked Brie and prosciutto, that was served with a spicy peach reduction meant to be spread on the toast quarters that accompanied the dish. The pastas were all fresh and prepared al dente, which is the correct way to prepare pasta, and there were a variety of sauces available for those who might want to change up the menu selections. I have absolutely no idea what these folks were talking about when they mentioned specifics available on the menu that they found wanting. Reading their criticisms, It was like they went to a different establishment. Whatever the disconnect, there is no question that Danielle's is a cut above most restaurants and well worth the extra price. If one wants food that tastes like the old country, then one has to pay a bit more for the experience when here in the US.

It's refreshing to see a place that genuinely collaborates with others like Parker Pour House, Downhill Brewing, and Bent Barley. (These four often team up for awesome brewery bus loops a few times a year -- highly recommend!) I was here on June 21st for the 1st Annual Hop Zombie Summer Release, and it did not disappoint. Their Imperial Juicy IPA with bright summer flavors was a one-day-only drop, and people were lining up before the doors opened. They're always releasing something new here or at their Lone Tree location, so there's always a reason to come back. Top reasons I love this place: Friendly staff that make you feel like family every time. Rotating food trucks with easy access, especially under their big shaded tent; perfect on warm Colorado nights. Awesome events: Silent disco, musical bingo, themed trivia, yoga with goats, brewery bus loops, silent book clubs (yes, really!), and more.
