When you first pull in, it looks like a ranch, and the first building you see is the brewery itself, complete with a tasting room and a restaurant right across from it. The grounds are enormous, featuring plenty of outdoor seating, a cornhole area, a stage for live music, and even a smaller outdoor tap bar so you don't have to head inside to grab another beer. The beers were excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff made the experience even better with their warm hospitality. It came with a large waffle, two pieces of fried chicken, honey butter, and maple syrup. The honey butter was really good, but I was expecting the chicken to have more seasoning and heat based on our server's description. Overall, it was solid and definitely scratches the chicken-and-waffles itch, but I don't think I'd order it again. I've had some outstanding versions elsewhere, so this one didn't quite stand out. I'd still come back to try some of the walleye options and enjoy the patio.
