Passing through town, I got my hot latte which was delicious. Lots of seating here, including a few sidewalk tables but we got ours to go. I also got a blueberry lemon scone which they warmed for me. Wanted to experience the famed city of Whitefish while I was visiting Glacier and of course I needed to find a place for tea. They make a pretty decent London Fog and the servers/baristas were outstanding, helpful, and friendly. I got the Haskill biscuit which was so, so good! Cute coffee shop in downtown Whitefish. Great place to grab a gluten free muffin and hot breakfast sandwich before heading out on the trail. I'm not the biggest fan of Chai, but they have an amazing Chai blend here that I had to come back multiple times for. One of few places to get pressed juice (bottled but still tasted fresh) Sometimes it's incredibly slow, and other times it's buzzing after the hot yoga next door lets out. Service is quick but maybe not the friendliest. But that's okay with me, I don't need smiles or to be told to have a nice day in order to have one. But its just kind of blunt service each time. No greeting, just "what can i get you" "anything else" "name" "14.50" and you're out the door. read more

I can't have sugar or gluten so I'm bummed I can't really eat anything here because that's the big focus. They seem to do it very well, if you want gnosh I'd recommend it, although the prices are high. Can't fault them for taking advantage of the price point of the typical clientele. I love the atmosphere inside this place and now desperately want a cardboard Buffalo head so I can boop it's snoot on the regular. The coffee was average and they didn't do great with a specialty order but they were friendly and willing and let's face it, the caffeine was definitely in there, sometimes that's all you need. Wild Coffee is a spacious, nice coffee shop in Whitewater where you can find quality coffee (including pourovers) and plenty of seating with WiFi (though they try to limit usage during the mornings). Coffee was good and staff was nice. There's some parking outside (2 hours max per day). Plenty of tables along with some couch seating. read more

There are plenty of places in Whitefish to grab a coffee, but only Wild Coffee has delicious biscuits! I got the one that came with egg, cheese, bacon, and some microgreens for your health...it was one tasty little sammy, especially the thick warm biscuit. Its perfect if you're trying to avoid going into food coma which typically happens when I go out for breakfast. As good as it was, $7 seemed a little pricy, but maybe that's just cause its Whitefish where everything is a bit more expensive than the rest of Montana. read more

I waited for my coffee for 20 minutes... It's not even busy. The baristas have been pretty apathetic about getting things done, and not very enthusiastic about customer service. I chose this over Montana Coffee Traders because I thought it would be faster because of easier parking. That is definitely not the case. The coffee itself is good. Not outstanding though. read more

If you are a regular visitor of Whitefish, or you are a local - there's several really nice cafe you could visit. I often go to Montana Coffee Traders - but nearby is Wild Coffee. Apparently I came at a quieter time since the folks behind the counter said that two hours previously it was jam packed crowded. Anyhow, I enjoy this place a lot. Like many mountain resorts towns, the coffee stores attract a certain type of people. If your visiting Whitefish/Glacier NP or you are a skier - you may want to stop by this delightful place. My girlfriend and I were going to be visiting from California, and I had called ahead to confirm that this place had free WiFi (they do) available, as I would want to work for a couple of hours on a Saturday morning. The person I spoke to was super nice over the phone, and confirmed. My girlfriend and I arrived shortly after opening, and order a couple of things. ALL DELICIOUS! This is the best coffee we'd had during our whole trip! I ordered the avocado egg white biscuit and avocado matcha smoothie. She ordered a hazelnut mocha and the biscuit and jam. WOW! If I were hungry, I'd have ordered more. This place has really nice decor, and a whole separate seating area with a couch. They're even allowing people to use the interior seating, assuming all precautions are taken. Most tables have electrical outlets nearby so that you can stay charged.
