**November 2025: Tuesday Morning Visit** During my research Wild Crumb came up highly recommended, so I made it a priority to pay them a visit before flying back home to California. We parked our rental about one street down as there's no parking lot. The bakery is larger than what the photos onlined showed and some of the loaves of bread were enormous (I think they were $8+). There was also a really impressive mixed berry fruit pie ($28) and pecan pie ($37) that looked amazing, but alas I couldn't take it home as my carryon bags were already full *Cries* My mom and I looked at the individual pastries at the case and we decided to share one sweet and one savory pastry. The Brie & prosciutto croissant ($6.50) and Huckleberry Scone ($4.95) both came highly recommended and were delicious. We enjoyed our carbs while we waited at the airport, but I did notice a fair number of patrons enjoy their pastries/scones etc in their dining area. The croissant was very buttery and flakey, and the scone was crumbly and I really enjoyed the sweetness of the huckleberry. Next time I'll need to make sure my backpack is empty so I can take a loaf of bread home lol. Overall, I enjoyed it!

I couldn't be happier that the paltry breakfast at the Wyndham hotel is only served until 9 am and my wife and I missed it. I say that because, as I was going to gas up the car, I presumed that there must be a fabulous bakery in this wonderful western town...and I believe I found the best. Not just here, but just about the best bakery I have ever patronized. My wife NEEDED a croissant today to make our vacation perfectly delicious. And they had about the best of those. And of course I had to grab something for me (and two more things for the road. The ham and Gruyère croissant is the killer of all. But then the cinnamon bun and (I am now a huge fan of huckleberry anything) a huckleberry scone had to be on the menu. And I don't even like scones! Bravo to all these happy young people who bake and serve here. I can understand why they are so happy now.

Love this bakery been going here forever and they have such a great assortment of seasonally relevant pastries and all year round favorites. My current obsession is their maple bourbon pecan pie, it tastes absolutely heavenly, as you get a great balance of all the flavors its name promises. Highly recommend the raspberry almond flour mini cake (it's like a financier). If you're here for lunch try their roasted portobello or turkey sandwiches! So yum! Their breads have great crunch and texture, with crackles that sound like an orchestral strum. Also cannot sing enough praise about their cardamom knots and coconut cream pie!

Excellent bakery in Bozeman with PERFECT baguettes. We had two sandwiches on baguettes, slice of banana walnut bread, and mixed berry pie. All delicious. Did I mention the bread was perfect? ;) Bravo, Wild Crumb! read more

WOW. What a wonderful bakery!! You just don't find bakeries like this often. It is a gem!! I love that it is located in a neighborhood surrounded by homes, bikes parked outside, lovely outdoor patio. The inside decor is rustic with adorable heart shaped cushions on all the chairs. My heart is full. It was soo hard to choose from all the fantastic goodies that I decided to fill a box. The almond croissant is fantastic. My man loved his egg sandwich on homemade english muffin. Beautiful loaves of artisan breads. Wild Crumb provided an excellent and safe venue to visit with a local friend of ours. They have social distancing in place and quick service to boot. Loved our pastries and hope to return to try a sandwich. Sat at a partially shaded table near the sidewalk for about an hour. read more

Also agreeing with the below review re: lady from Florida. Eye roll. They are doing the best they can in the midst of a pandemic. Masks required. Markers for social distancing. Extra space in front of the display case. Now on to the goods! My parents live in bzn and we stop by every visit. My mom even mentioned, again, about the box I brought back this morning "Wild Crumb really is the best there is." Couldn't agree more! Everything is fresh and delicious. Deeeelicious pastries!! Absolutely worth going here whether you're a local or just stopping through for a visit. Super friendly staff and very efficient! Can I give 6 stars, pretty please?? Dang, we LOVE this place and come in almost every day. Maybe I should give them a bad review so that you don't get hooked either and give them all of your money!! Ok, too 2 items I have to suggest: (this one is in priority order!!) 1) Bacon breakfast sandwich. OMG it's amazing!!! Just get it. Don't ask what's in it, just get it. 2) Cinnamon Bun! I am from the south of France and I have been 20 years in the US. Lived in New York City, laguna beach CA, Los Angeles .. and this is, by far, the best baguette and pain aux raisons I had in the US!!! Makes me want to move to Bozeman !! Pastries were delicious - we got the cardamom roll, Pecan sticky bun and the almond croissant. They were all delicious and flaky! The only reason I didn't give 4 stars was the drip coffee was a little weak. Otherwise cute shop and delicious food. read more

10/10 experience! Went twice while we were in town and not only were their pastries SO fresh, they also had a WIDE array of things which is hard to find. It was so idyllic and such a great vibe. The pastries were BOMB. No better way to describe it. BIG fan and can't wait to get back to Montana so I can swing by! read more

We stopped by on a leg of a long road trip. The amazing smell of the bakery greets you as soon as you open the door. We tried the cinnamon bun, huckleberry scone, pumpkin bread, chocolate croissant & hot apple cider. Everything was 10/10 delicious! Our family agreed that you should open another location in the Phoenix area so we can visit more often . read more

This out-of-the way place offers a couple of signature sandwiches made with locally grown ingredients and store made bread and some of the best bakery you can buy. For my wife and I passing through Bozeman, this has been a spectacular find a we WILL be back. read more

We got a huckleberry scone and an iced coffee and both were spot on. The line was long but the staff was efficient and it only took about 5 minutes to get to the front. Next trip to Bozeman, we will be sure to return! read more

If there ever was a place worthy of 5 stars its here in Bozeman and it's called Wild Crumb. First, you have to love the name - it gives you a sneak peak into what's to come on the inside like one of their scrumptious cinnamon buns or almond croissants.... yes you will lick the crumbs from your fingers and off the plates (warmed by the way) because it's all that good!!! Second, be prepared to be indecisive - yes the place is filled with that many treats! Do I go with the scones, muffins, pecan rolls? What about a loaf of jalapeño cheddar for later or a fudge brownie with walnuts (heaven) or chocolate covered macaroons? And the berry pies or the chocolate pie but the cookies!! See what I mean? Take comfort in not having to choose and get it all, or as I did come back a second time in the same day for an ice coffee (amazing) and Wild Crumb cookie. And if you're heading on a road trip - the sandwiches to go travel well. Eggplant and veggies on sourdough or turkey with cheese will make your trip! So there you have it - a must stop if you are ever close to Bozeman - enjoy!! read more

I cook for a living and have bought their rolls to serve with burgers-amazing. I had possibly one of the best turkey sandwiches of my life here the other day on a mini baguette that rivals any I've had in France. Killer coffee also. Stayed away from the sweets but I'm sure they are amazing also. Good job guys...baking well is tough with harsh hours. Thanks for doing it well... read more

Pretty great place! Especially after coming back from living in France for 5 months so you can expect that I'm a little snooty when it comes to fresh bread and pastries. Had the turkey sandwich on baguette (YAS), lemon tart (decent), grapefruit juice (bae). Was surprised though that they don't serve espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, etc). Just drip coffee, but it's still strong and tasty! Definitely would go back and try the pain au chocolat next. read more

We came because of the stellar reviews. I think overall things were pretty good but not stellar. The carrot cake was dry. The coconut cupcake had amazing cream cheese frosting but was also dry. The chocolate cookies were dry. The chocolate hazelnut cake bite was very good- flavor was right on and not dry. The gorgonzola sourdough was ok at room temp- toasted it was quite good. Only drip coffee is served. Overall I don't think I'd return, I'd probably try out other places in Bozeman. read more

Went here on a Saturday, right before closing. I anticipated they would have less of a selection due to it being so late in the day. I was pleasantly surprised to see they still had a lot of items to choose from. Everything looked so good, I wanted to try it all! I opted for a slIce of their carrot cake and some lemon pistachio biscottis. Both were outstanding! I inhaled that carrot cake lol. It's not a typical carrot cake, it's more of a loaf style (think pound cake) it was super moist and dense, which I like. The frosting was killer, and I'm a frosting snob lol. The biscottis had such good flavor, perfect addition to a cup of coffee. This place has good reviews for a reason! read more

Delicious! Great coffee and delectable brownies. What else do you need? Nothing. The answer is nothing. My GF got the Tuscany tea and enjoyed it throughly. She's from Europe and we just got back from Italy so I'll let you, the reader, decide if that caries any weight. Sweet spot (no pun intended, or maybe I did...) to grab coffee and relax. I tried the house cider and it was delicious. It was full of spices and a warm apple flavor but very different from any apple cider I've had before. They also have some baked goods that looked amazing. Unfortunately it was too packed to sit and enjoy the tea there- it's clearly a popular spot and a cozy place to stay awhile. I'm looking forward to trying more tea.

Based on the food quality, service execution, and overall dining experience, we cannot understand how this restaurant has earned such glowing reviews. Unfortunately, this was a complete miss for our group, and we would not return or recommend it to others.

It seems like this beer is one of their flagship beers and it's a good one at that! Flavors to find and have a good time with are hoppy, citrusy and floral. The beer is smooth and light bodied which is great! Definitely a fitting summertime beer and especially so with some pizza !

We went to Wild Crumb Bakery and were greeted by a line out the door right after they opened at 7 am. Despite the wait, the experience was well worth it. Having frequented numerous bakeries across the country, I can confidently say that Wild Crumb did not disappoint. They kept a steady stream of fresh items coming out during my visit. The pastries were incredibly tasty and light. Towards the end of the line, they had hot breakfast items: an egg bacon English muffin sandwich. Great food and extremely friendly staff. This place fits perfectly in the north east neighborhood, and it's my new favorite stop for breakfast on the way to Bridger. I don't know what gruyere is, but when it's stuffed in a croissant with ham it pretty much makes my day. read more

This is my promise back to this place for getting alluring dry food at the place. Dry cake was fine with some milky sweet combination making this incredible with the food for next time. Price is not whimsical and the cost I had to pay was fair. I will be back here. read more
