We were staying in the area and craving dessert after dinner one night, so obviously needed to go to Crumbl! We finally got to try their mini cookies and I really like that they are a normal size for one dessert. The blueberry crumb cookie was so good. My husband loved the monster. I really appreciate Crumbl's ever-changing flavors. It was easy to order upon arrival and the server immediately snagged our order and packaged it up to go! Stopped by for an after dinner treat. Waited for several minutes at the drive-through window to order and nobody could tell that we were in line. Proceeded to drive up to the window and after waiting for a while, saw somebody and flagged them down. They cracked the window 2 inches just to tell us that they aren't taking orders via the drive-through window. Disappointing experience and couldn't get out of the car with a bunch of kids in the back. It would be helpful to have a sign saying that the drive-through is not in service. read more

Loved the cookies (as always) but the customer service was HORRIBLE! The girl who was taking orders could not have been less enthused to help the line. It was about 9:20 pm last night and she looked at everyone like she wanted them out of her store and was mad she had to do her job. I felt like leaving because of the eye rolls and looks she was giving to the people in front of us contemplating what cookie they wanted. Has anyone ever complained about a fresh baked cookie that's delicious down to the crumbs? I've seen the hype all over IG and social media. While in town I had to make a stop. We were delighted. Loved that they were open late (hello midnight runs for fresh cookies) and how quick the service was. They were sold out of a flavor of cookie and the ice creams by 9pm which was a bummer, but we still got cookies. The were delicious. Popular spot, but practice great social distancing and masks required. Would highly recommend! read more

Cookies I crave.... I cannot express my deep love for the iced sugar cookie. I eat part in the car, and then get home to wash it down with an ice cold glass of milk. The chocolate chip cookie is more dense, but also very tasty, as is the salted caramel chocolate chip. Strawberry cheesecake cookie is yummy, but crumbly - don't let it go to room temp, as it falls apart. It is super tasty though. I love them all.....and the packaging makes you feel special. It is a great gift to give to a friend ~ who doesn't want a sweet pink box given to them!! read more

Amazing cookies! got these when visiting Bozeman- not to be missed! I broke my gf rule for these!!

I had a few different interactions with Crumbl on their first day. I went in and purchased 4 on the first day they opened. No crowds, easy in and easy out. Lots of workers being trained and pretty easy to use social distancing. Purchased 4 cookies (chocolate cake 5/5, lemon poppy seed 4/5, carrot cake 4/5, chocolate chip peanut butter 3/5). The taste was good and rich in most but for me still weren't over the top and I haven't found my perfect cookie, yet. I got to work and to my surprise 2 dozen cookies delivered from Crumbl. Disappointed that one box was smashed and the toppings were stuck to the top of the box (bummer). Now we dug into the other flavors not mentioned above. I judge on those that are the staple cookies. Chocolate chip (4.5/5) and Sugar Cooke (4/5). Still missing the WOW factor that sets them apart from other cookies available in town. For the price point they need to be epic. Hoping that other rotation of cookies will be so EPIC that the price point doesn't make them shutter doors as most Bozeman businesses have a telltale 1 year mark. Also didn't see any mention of ice cream like the website boasts? Third round was a try as we went on Friday for the free cookie but with no parking, lines wrapped around the lot, line outside lengthy it wasn't worth the time. I have to say I am beyond happy with this Crumbl Cookie location! HUGE KUDOS to the staff. I called twice in preparation for a cookie order for my son who is turning 21 this weekend. I placed the order! all was well, then I was informed my son was a different address then the one I initially requested. I called in a bit of a dither, knowing I had a back up plan, but requested if the delivery could be to a different location. They were so friendly and kind and professional and. my son got the cookies much to his delight and surprise. Thank you , to the manager of this location, and the great staff!
