I wanted something simple and sexy. I wanted a wet look. I sat in the chair for four hours and when I was handed the mirror I was shocked. Like they looked ok but not at all what I asked for. Not even close. I had my lashes done for my new job, I work in healthcare. I could not keep those on my eyes when I started my new job. First impression is everything and those lashes were scary. Then I text her to confirm the appointment and checked to make sure she felt comfortable with short blended styles. (not a lot of stylists do these days) and then she said that because she's never cut my hair that she couldn't get it "perfect", and immediately cancelled my appointment without another word. Because I didn't have a jowl or turkey neck she decided to do the hybrid facial. I spent $149 for 10 minutes of the neveskin and a 10 minute cold facial. So in total it was about 25 mins. I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth. I understand it's just a promo but if I'm not getting one full session how will I determine if it works? The studio is clean and well organized.
