I completely understand addressing a missed appointment and holding clients accountable for scheduling policies. That is fair. What was unnecessary was the rude and dismissive way it was handled. I like adding the brow tinting from time to time with my brow wax. It makes a huge difference. Now that they offer Microblading to their menu of services, I will be highly considering that.
