I had driven by a couple times and had a taste for wings so I decided to stop in. I actually thought this place was meant to be mainly a place to eat with a small area for gambling but once I got in there it was the other way around with about 5 machines for gambling and 2 tables and a bar area to eat. They had a wide selection of beer and some Asian beers I was unfamiliar with. I ordered the wings and some fries with a couple different sauces and the meal also came with some spring roles. The wings were large and had a lot of sauce, the spring rolls and fries were good, no real complaints about either. The lady taking my order was nice and welcoming as well. What is making this a lower star review is there was a funky smell in the place that I couldn't put my finger on but it kind threw me off. Also maybe this is on me cause the word slots was in the name but I expected it to have a little less space dedicated to gambling.

I'm gonna have to say the wings here are better than Great Seas in the city. We tried a few flavors and all were outstanding. They do it right. I recommend the Wa Bone in Pork Belly. It's simply outstanding, spicy and flavorful. They deep fry the bone-in-pork and then bake it in the oven for a nice char. It's mixed with fried kimchee and fries. It's a 15 Min wait but totally worth it. You could share it with another person if you get some wings. I downed it solo just cuz I can... Check this place out. You don't have to go to Koreatown in the city anymore for some delicious wings. I cant wait to go back...

Long day at the office and my friend and I hadn't had a chance to stop even for lunch. Hit up this spot on a whim and despite almost driving right past it, glad we stopped. Don't let the lack of storefront space fool you, this place has sauce. It seemed newer - the guy who owns the place is definitely eager to get the menu out to guests. Think we got a taste of half of it! The fries packed a ton of flavor, wings were great, we tried a handful of different awesome fruit drinks (I don't normally like sweet and these were good), and even the radishes were tasty. Ambiance is certainly laid-back and there were a few folks kicked back to play the slots. I would say it's a place for adults; great for eating with your hands and kicking back with friends. Two girls racked up a $50 bill with spring rolls, 16 wings, two fruity drinks, one lemonade, and a dessert. May not be an everyday place, but we had fun.

The service and food was excellent. David, the owner/cook is a very nice guy! When we came in he told us that: "If we didn't like the food we didn't have to pay, but if we did we have to pay double!" BAHAHAHA :D His place has been open around six weeks, and I hope it takes off! Nice to help support a business that is locally owned/operated. The food is prepared fresh, and the cooking area is in sight. (Right behind the bar seating.) There is a small amount of parking in the front. However, there is a ton of parking in back. You can get to the lot in back from just about any direction. If you enter by Jewel you can pull right up to the back. Really easy to just park in back and walk around.

In town for work and decided that wings sounded good. The reviews were positive, so decided to give this place a try. Stopped in and the owner (David) told me that wings are only available Tues-Sat and the only thing on the menu on Monday is ramen. I was a little bummed, but being hungry, I decided to give it a shot. So David started cooking and my mouth started watering from the aromas. When he brings me my bowl (which was the size of my head) and I dove in, I was thankful that the wings weren't available. Saying it was delicious wouldn't do it justice. Hands down, one of the best things I've ever eaten. I'm going back tomorrow, because if the wings are even 1% as good as the noodles he threw down, they'll be the best ever made. And while you're there, try his dessert of the month. This time was a banana bread topped with cheesecake, honey, and toasted sesame seeds. I'm so full I'll have to roll myself to bed tonight. Do yourself a favor and EAT HERE! Great little joint, and now an official stop every time I come to Chicago. P.S. - Came back again to try the wings, and am once again stuffed to capacity. David is awesome, so keep this place going!!!

Addictive spring rolls with sweet tangy sauce!

We went to the restaurant on Saturday afternoon for late lunch near Oakbrook mall. When we walked in, we could see the place was tastefully decorated with nice abstract paintings ( later we found out the owner painted them himself) and mirrors and has a very different ambience from most fried wing places. It seems that the owner makes everything from scratch. After we waited about 10 minutes or so, our two types of wings and Kimchi fries were served with 3 side dishes, Kimchi, and pickled radish and ginger. The wings with Mama So's secret sauce and Kanpoongi, tasted phenomenal. I am not a big fan of deep fried food, but since everything was made fresh from the kitchen right after our order, it didn't taste greasy at all but had a fresh crispy taste. Also the side dishes came with the wings and it seemed to cut down the oiliness of the fried food even more. Kimchi fries with special tasty red sauce is beyond description and I highly recommend you to try it. Spring rolls were very addictive and I could have finished ten of them at one spot. At the restaurant, you really can taste authentic home made Korean wings, which is neither overly sweet nor spicy and can try other Korean rice and cocktail soju drinks at very reasonable prices. We can't wait to go back to try the wings and Kimchi fries again even though it is a pretty long trip for both of us because we don't mind a long trip for very good quality authentic Korean wings.

What a hidden gem. Best wings you'll ever find in Westchester. Award winning Kam Pongi wings are to die for. A hole in wall quaint dive with slots, karaoke and good wings. Last, by far not least, Wow Mana Fries crispy tasty with a kick. Absolutely spectacular. Must come back.

Excellent food, good service and the only reason I have to give 4 stars is because they ran out of fries

There is some parking in front, but plenty in the back.

From the outside this doesn't look like a special place. Don't let that stop you from waking in. I was reluctant to go in but people in Westchester have been raving about this place, so I took myself to lunch. I am so glad I did. I walked in, was warmly greeted by the owner, David, who was already preparing my food like he was expecting me. There was another customer there who even offered me tastes of his food. When does that ever happen? I had the spring rolls and 6 boneless strips with the Mama So Secret sauce and pickled daikon. All delicious, flavorful food. Spring rolls were crispy on the outside and creamy inside. The chicken was nice and tender and juicy and the sauce was perfect. I can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu. I like how friendly and welcoming the owner is especially for a woman dining alone. I like that he cares about the ingredients and sources the chicken from a local farm. Westchester needs more places like this with unique offerings. The prices are great and the servings are very generous. They have karaoke every 2nd Friday so I will be dragging my husband there to sing some Elvis song while I feast.

    Mmm kimchi fries!

There is no Yelp page for this business so these reviews will be misleading. The signage for this place is still Anna's but it is really a whole new restaurant with a new menu. We dined in for lunch today. It is pleasant enough inside with a few tables and about half of the space devoted to a bar and slots. The food is excellent and you wont find anything like it in the immediate area. It is New Orleans style food, things like Po'boy, etouffee, jambalaya, fried seafood and seafood boils. They even have beignets! My husband had the etouffee which he said was delicious. The shrimp Po-boy was excellent. Very crispy and the right amount of heat. The server was very helpful and attentive. The Nutella beignets were wonderful! I hope this restaurant establishes its own Yelp page and gets their own reviews. Unfortunately it is kind of confusing as there is no signage identifying it as a new place with a new menu. It really looks like just a slots place and the parking is confusing because there are two lots adjacent to the building that are not for this place for some reason. They were both empty. There is another lot just to the east where you can park. I hope this place can solve the identity issue because the food is so good and I would like to see it stick around.

Posto 31 is located in Lagrange Park which is just slightly outside and west of the city. Their restaurant week deal is $45 per person for dinner and every adult in the party is required to participate. We tried the following: 1) Pork belly with a brown butter sweet potato mash and apple slaw - This was a delicious and refreshing appetizer. The fat isn't excessive and there is a good sear with the pork belly. I think it was different in a sense that it didn't exactly go with the Italian theme. 2) Arancini with chicken, parmesan, mozzarella, and marinara. This is the standard fare and you can't go wrong with this selection. 3) Faroe Island salmon with squash puree and Brussel sprout slaw. The salmon was well executed and I loved how it was paired with the slaw. 4) Arrabbiata with squid ink linguini and jumbo shrimp. This was the star of the night and what drew our attention when we first reviewed the restaurant week menu. It is rare to find squid ink linguini in the city and neighboring suburbs. The portion was huge and the flavors were absolutely delicious. We are already planning a return to order this again. 5) Tiramisu was the standard fare and once again, the portion was huge. We demolished it though. 6) Cookie skillet had a square of chocolate chip cookie topped with candied pretzels, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream. We did not get to try it because our girls just took it to town. So needless to say, it was thoroughly enjoyed. We also ordered the kids' an eight inch pepperoni pizza. It was more than enough for our two girls to share.

Everything seemed to have improved from our visit here a week ago, but that's because Michelle was not there. We had zero issues with the staff that day, we were served without issue, and overall we thought the renovations were an improvement. It is a real shame that The Cordial Inn continues to have problem bartenders, because this place *used* to be a gem. It's now a far cry from cordial.
