A year ago I was disappointed with this places wings and I told my self I'd never return. Last week my Brother-in-law and Sister ordered wings from here, I told them the reason why they shouldn't buy from there again and I they told me to just give it another chance, so I did. I was informed it would be 8:30 and they'd have the doors open until the last minute. I gave myself a little time to go shopping for some items for the evening at Walmart because I trusted I would still be able to be served as a customer. I arrived at 8:19 and all lights were shut off. One cook stated they were all shut down for the night and I could not be served. Food is not very good and service is horrible. I came in at 9:16 and asked for a few minutes to look at the menu. The whole time I was being rushed. They stop taking orders at like 930 if not sooner even tho they close at 10. I had the potato wedges with cheese and the Traditional Mango Habanaro Wings. the potato wedges had a good amount of crisp and seasoning with them, the cheese didn't make them soggy, but definitely complemented the seasoning and crunch to the wedges. the Traditional Mango Habanaro wings were well balanced, one did not overpower the other, you get a nice sweet mango flavor followed by a nice heat from the habanaro, the wings also had a nice crunch to them and came out hot. The flavors are good, not a huge list, but no matter your taste you can find what you are looking for. The wings were fresh, crisp, not soggy. Yum. They have various beers on tap and by the bottle. They also have meals for the kids. The fried mushrooms and zucchini are delicious. I also really enjoyed the seasoned fries. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews, it's a good little spot. First legit wing place in Delano! The atmosphere is great! There's always someone asking how we were doing and if we needed anything. They have multiple TVs and the wait for the food is understanding. The food is really good! I had the garlic Parmesan since it's what I usually order at wingstop. Their take is a lot of different but, I did enjoy their version. I also had the mac n cheese slider; it was pretty good! Unfortunately, they ran out of fries on our visit. Nothing special but the decoration reminds me of wing stop. I ordered the lemon pepper , onion ringsand per the employee I was recommended Bomber. Bombers are just your traditional buffalo wings, not too hot, not too spicy. The lemon pepper, it was way under seasoned. They all seem to be soggy and I don't think they waited more than five minutes for me to pick them up. The onion rings were drenched in oil and unfortunately since I was in my car I didn't have anything the squeeze them out on. The flavor of the sauces are good but they have different sizes of wings in the same other so a smaller drummette in my order was cooked perfect and crispy and the next much larger drummette was bloody and slimy. Me and my coworkers ordered this...it was delicious!!! We got all boneless. The lemon pepper and sweet teriyaki chili were my favorites. To start this review off, I will state that this review does not pertain to the food being served. It pains me to do this, I do prefer not to give 1 star reviews. As it stands, they are lacking a bit of professionalism and need to be more organized. Per online site, it was stated that they were open at 11AM. We stopped by wanting to take our mother out to get wings after church, which was around 1230PM. We thought they might have been running a bit late so we gave them some time (1245PM), and thus an employee showed up. As he tried opening the doors, it was still locked and he had a confused look on is face. His expression showed more of a "wait, why are the doors still locked." Overheard the conversation between the employee and another customer that was waiting, we heard that they said they ran out of chicken from just opening a couple days ago. So we went about finishing some other errands within the shopping mall. After we finished we decided to give it a second shot, just in case we were given information that might have been wrong. We got to the parking lot in front of the place (1255PM) and saw people inside and walking in through the doors. I told my little brother to go inside and ask if they are open or if they have chicken. He was glared at by one of the older fellows, as they told him that they will open up at 1PM. He went outside, told me about it, and we decided that we will be taking our hunger somewhere else. So since this review did not pertain anything in regards to the food, but as to how my brother was treated and how the shop carries itself by information online about the place. We were pleasantly surprised. This is a nice little spot for some delicious wings and fries. They also have a wide selection of sandwiches and other items to choose from. I tried the chicken cordon blu sandwich and it was very good. They have four tv screens with different games going on and serve a wide variety of beers. It's a cozy place with a good sports vibe. The staff were very friendly, but honestly seemed a little confused and frazzled which I found strange because there were hardly any people there. The restaurant itself is very small, but has a couple of fairly large television screens to watch. The selection of beer was okay, but the happy hour menu was a little week. The wings themselves are good for the price, there not special buy they beat alot of other options in town. They are also fairly affordable. The fries are yummy.
