This was only one or two frozen yogurt spots in the mall. It definitely hit the spot! I love getting several different flavors to mix, and the vanilla was sweet enough to mix with more citrus flavors, like pineapple and mango for a great blend. My favorite flavor combination was vanilla with strawberry, I wish I would have gotten some of the swirl between these two flavors they had! I wasn't able to pick out my favorite flavors and get just them, because they do not allow you to pour your own samples here. This was annoying, as I've been able to do this everywhere else, and it really helps to get the flavors that I like best. I only ended up throwing away one of the five flavors that I poured, but would've been nice to avoid this and replace it with my favorite. They do offer samples that they will pour for you, but after taking two of these, I didn't want to make them continue with every flavor for me. read more

Tried this the other day when I was shopping around the grapevine mall... and it was interesting... My boyfriend got the strawberry boba, and I got the milk tea..... Not what I really had in mind... for $5 drinks medium sized... My milk tea tasted watered down... it wasn't good, but i was able to finish it.~ I tasted the strawberry boba..... Didn't even look like the picture they advertise. It was a clear red liquid probably with strawberry syrup and the bobas tasted off... uh... we also got the cookie ice cream and it tasted really off. like a powedery taste? and the cookies weren't fresh. After a long day of prom dress shopping I was in the mood for some Boba Tea and decided to give Wild Berry a try! I was in between the Milk tea with Boba Tea and the strawberry lemonade slush, I decided on the Milk tea. Paying five dollars I excepted quite a big drink but what I go was a very tiny cup. My milk tea had a almost coffee/Mocha aftertaste, it wasn't terrible but I defiantly wouldn't order it again. ( I always have bad luck with this? I just don't get it? I'm not a huge coffee fan so that always bothers me....) can't complain about the boba thought it was cooked pretty well. The girl working was friendly, but besides that I don't think the place was that good so that's why I'm giving it two starts. I might come back and try the Strawberry lemonade slush but I don't know if I want to pay five dollars for a tiny drink again. read more

Nice people and good service but the product is very pricey and nowhere as good as the five or six other similar yogurt places we have been to. The product tastes like sugar ice water. Would encourage you to sample very you pour. Very disappointed--even my eight and seven year old wanted to throw it out but for the $9.00 spent on those cups I would have let them. read more

The froyo selection taste good. They have a Pokemon special right now. The smoothies are ok. It just uses the froyo but seems to melt at an extremely faster rate. We got the boba and strawberry popping jellies with our pina colada smoothies. The boba was terrible. It has no flavor at all. So once the pina colada is gone. It tasted like chewing on bland rubber plastic. I know my boba and can make my own. And this was not good! Oh yea. And expensive. $5 for 16 oz cup. read more

Naaaah. The flavor variety isn't that bad. The taste isn't horrible. It's the texture. It's like not soft Italian ice. It's not smooth. It's not that fun to eat. It was something like .53 cents/ounce or something so it's on par with other froyo places. The service was just blah as well. I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Kinda mad that I paid almost 5 dollars for boba tea and the cup was a lot smaller than many other bubble tea places. This makes it the most expensive bubble tea I've purchased in all my 21 years of life. But, I have to say it was the best tasting taro tea I've ever had. I love this place. I go here every time I go to the mall. I love the flavors and the tea and everything. After going so much, you start to just familiarize the place. I really only have 2 complaints. Most of the time the costumer service is great, but there's days where the employees will just be rude or annoyed by you. Sometimes they forget to add flavored "poppers" into your drink and add regular boba. Another complaint is the size of the drinks, it's over priced. But that's really it. I love this place to death and even though it has flaws I am still a regular costumer. read more

The boba is $4.49 and it's not that great. Too firm. When I asked for it less sweet the employee said ok..., but when I got the drink - it was way too sweet. When I asked why - she said the drink was pre-made.... Why would she agree to make it less sweet then? Not worth the money. read more

This place is why I come to this mall. Their bubble drinks are delicious. My ultimate favorite is the milk tea. But I've also had their smoothies which is also really good. My sister in law had the strawberry lemonade slushy and that was so refreshing.I haven't bought yogurt but they were giving out free samples of strawberries and cream flavor and that was the bomb. read more

I am very unhappy with this place. I was there over spring break purchased a Boba Tea I slid my card to pay the screen processed and appeared to be complete. The clerk told me it did not finish and I needed to slide my card again, I told her it appeared to be complete and she disagreed and so I slid my card again. She gave me the receipt. I get back home check my bank account and I was charged twice. I called their phone number once before they opened for the day and again after they opened. Both times it went to a machine that only told me I had reached the number that I had dialed not the company name or professional message. I left a message about what took place and my contact number. They have not bothered to respond to be. SO BEWARE THEY APPARENTLY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only that but when I looked at the receipt I was given I was charged for a Boba smoothie not a tea. read more

the lady who took my order was so rude and acted like I was an idiot! she was super tiny petite possibly arab or something idk unfortunately they didnt have name tags so I dont know her name. but Really???never been treated like an idiot before when saying I didn't want boba in my tea...is it really that uncommon??? and then I stuck around to see if I was the only one to be treated that way. NOPE she was rude to other customers as well. should be fired ASAP that's so unacceptable! read more
