I had a milk tea. It's not the greatest milk tea in the world. I like strong tea flavor but this was perhaps too strong and had a distinctive after taste, kind of nutty but I can't exactly place it. I didn't like it but I did finish my beverage ultimately. They have a lot of options for drinks and customization which is to be expected. Prices are reasonable. I might try from them again if I'm in the mall but definitely not going out of my way for it. read more

It's a cute place in willow bend food court , it is cheaper than most places boba was nice but sometimes was very clumped together.

This is the best boba place ever!!!! The owner is SUPER nice! My daughter and I go there almost every Friday. All their drinks are delicious and their desserts are great! This review only allows 5 stars, I would give it 10 stars! We love milk bubbles! read more

I came here to get some caffeine and I love Thai tea, so I ordered a 16 oz Thai milk tea with boba. The lady was very polite and fast service, which is awesome. The concept menu they have posted looks pretty good. There is a lot of customization for the drinks. However, you cannot mess up a classic like Thai tea with boba, but I was disappointed to discover my drink wasn't that great. There was far too much milk. You can barely taste the Thai tea. Sadly, this is enough for me to give this place a 3/5. The boba was perfect. I hope they work on their drink recipes because this place could be a good boba tea shop. read more

It's rare to see a boba place in a mall food court so it was surprising and exciting for me. Got my meal at the food court and decided to try this boba as well. The name itself was cute enough for me to stop by. I wanted to try something new besides milk tea so I opted for a honeydew fruit slush w/no tapioca, and also a passion fruit tea w/mango popping bobas. The honeydew was fresh and has real fruit pieces in the drink.The taste was just right; not too sweet or not too bland. The passion fruit tea was also good with the right amount of sweet and sourness. I was satisfied with the drinks that I ordered and I'll be stopping by whenever I come to shop! read more

So this is a very new drink place in the food court. The workers here are so nice. I tried the strawberry lychee fruit slush. So refreshing and it's nice to get a "real" fruit slush drink with bubbles. Definitely delicious and such a great idea to put a bubble tea place in the mall. Great selections. I always like to check out new boba joints in the area---this one being in WillowBend Mall food court makes it pretty convenient while I shop. They offer the usual selection you find at any boba joint (smoothies, slushies, teas). Looks like it was husband and wife ran---he took orders and she made the drinks. At times you'll see him get a little impatient and rush her or jump in to finish up her work. No punch cards (or at least we weren't offered any). We got the almond milk tea and matcha milk tea. Almond milk tea was good (on the sweet side) and although the matcha milk tea wasn't too bad I prefer WOW's matcha drink much better. We heard of a new phase of "crystal" or white tapioca (supposedly better for you than the black tapioca), but I honestly prefer the original tapioca much better with my boba. To me, the white tapioca tastes like hard grapes or jelly? Can't really describe it. You just have to try it at least once. Might try other flavors while I'm at the mall, but for now it's A-OK. read more

Updated review: So the owner contacted me within the Yelp app after my initial two-star review and explained what the issue was (he was traveling and has temp help) and offered a replacement avocado smoothie for free. It was a great smoothie. Great ownership , great service - come grab one. Original review below: Not the best avocado smoothie. Tiny bits of unripe avocado including the skin? Why? And ice chunks. I go to Willowbend often to shop around and was surprised one day to see a boba shop open inside. My friend and I decided to give it a try and honestly, I don't think I'll be back. They have a lot of ways to customize your drink which I really enjoyed. It was quite busy when we went so it took a while for our drinks to come out. We ordered a large Taro Milk Green Tea with boba. I do like how they use their leftover smoothies to make sample cups- not sure what I tried, but it was pretty good. I did see one of the employees make a smoothie, pour it in the cup, but the cup was clearly not full at all... there was a lot of empty space. However, she just sealed it and handed it to the customer. We saw our large taro milk tea drink come out, but because they don't use a number system, another girl stepped up before us, grabbed our drink and left. She had ordered a taro milk tea as well, but regular sized and that was the one we ended up with. My friend didn't mind too much to say anything to the employees... but they really should use a number system so that drinks aren't taken by other people. As for the taro milk tea, I don't recommend it. It was way, way too sweet and tasted artificial and not at all like taro should taste. Maybe I'll be back to try their smoothies... read more

This is one of my worst experiences involving boba. The lady didn't even get my order right. I asked for a traditional boba and she gave me a mango smoothie boba. The boba is super sticky and got stuck in my braces. Overall, the taste of the boba was really artificial and not natural at all. I would not recommend this no matter how much you want boba. This bubble tea place is at the Willow Bend mall food court. Was with Hubby in the mall and wanted a drink, but happenstance on bubble tea. I got the traditional milk tea with boba and Hubby the frozen strawberry lemonade. Each drink was custom made upon ordering. My traditional milk tea was surprisingly one of the best I have ever had. Good tea flavor and not too sweet. The boba was perfectly chewy. Hubby's frozen strawberry lemonade was perfectly balanced between sweet and tart. Service was friendly.
