However, the Viet coffee didn't rock my "Boba World" it was like drinking pure sugar & more like: "What in the kaka BOBA WORLD?!" Something went terribly wrong "Boba World." Came here for the first time ever and I was not a fan. I ordered a blueberry slush and it tastes like cough syrup. And watermelon slush tasted nothing like watermelon and more like bubble gum. Some of the best boba I've had in a while. Owner and staff are very welcoming and the menu options are vast. The ambiance is comfortable with plenty of seating and visuals. A lady came into the establishment trying to take a whole canister of napkins and the owner respectfully handled the situation and informed her that wasn't allowed. The lady got wrongfully mad for no reason and was very disrespectful to the staff. The owner remained calm and didn't stoop down to the woman's level, this is just another reason I would recommend this place to anyone if they're looking for some great boba. 10/10 read more

I'm glad the service has improved. Since then, they have modified their menu prices. It was creamy and sweet, but not overwhelmingly sweet when I had an avocado smoothie. Because it's so amazing, I'm not sure if it's fresh or dehydrated avocado anymore. The ice cream was, of course, just as anticipated. It was Bluebell ice cream, and I went for strawberry and rocky road. I think I was expecting a waffle cone a la Cold Stone Creamery, but I do wish the waffle cone was of higher quality since it looked a little too thin and dry. The Thai tea could've been a little stronger but my daughter loved her lavender milk tea boba drink. The line moved relatively quickly and the service was nice. They had the different kinds of boba on display but on the other side of the register so you didn't really see them until after ordering. It would have been helpful to have seen the display while we were perusing the menu. read more

We stopped here after playing at the park. I've only had boba drinks a few times so I'm. It great at ordering. I asked the employee at the register to recommend something with boba that's sweet but she just said I can get any tea with boba. No help at all. I also ordered my son a ice team in a regular cone and she gave it to us in a cup. I'm not sure what all the confusion was but I was disappointed with the customer service. I really like Boba world, their green milk tea was a refreshing drink to grab when I was in Lewisville. (This is the review I would've/should've written in 2017). Flash forward to 2018, and I have't been here in a while because so many new boba places popped up. I decide that hay I'm in the area, might as well grab my beloved green milk tea. To much regret, I was so sad to find that it tasted like sweet water, absolutely minimal to no tea flavor at all. The boba is still good though, but will I come back? Maybe, but if they don't fix the green milk tea I probably won't since it's pretty much the only thing I order and there are so many boba shops nearby in Carrollton. read more

Stopped by here for a quick drink on our way home from Corinth. We are very picky with our boba and usually only go to the one near us but this place really surprised us! They have a very good and vast menu and there are options for all age groups plus for people who prefer coffee or hot drinks instead of tea or iced drinks. Tried this place for the first time recently and I was very impressed! When I first walked in I was surprised to find quite a few people waiting in line or waiting on orders- always a good sign when a place is busy even in the midst of Covid. Despite them being busy my order was taken quickly and was ready just as quickly. I ordered the coconut milk tea (I was told it was dairy free but I'm not 100% sure it is) with extra boba. I was pleased to find it had a really nice coconut flavor and the boba was perfectly tender and easily chewed. They had a good variety of flavors and menu options to choose from. Ok, so coming back to Texas after being in California for a few years I wanted some good Boba tea! Specifically, some good Thai Iced tea with boba. After returning to Texas I went out to find a new favorite spot for boba. I was disappointed to find the little hole in the wall location I used to frequent in Irving was long gone. I tried another spot in another city only to find their boba tea to be grainy/powdery...yuck! I even traveled to downtown Dallas upon a recommendation and some cool instagram pics. After hyping this place up to my nieces who are Gen Z "I know where all the best places are" explorers we all went excited to find a new spot to try out. Sadly, when we got there they had run out of Boba! So sad and boba-less we were returning home when we passed by Boba World. You have to stop when you see a place with a colorful sign saying "Boba World"! It's a calling to everyone wanting Boba! So I made a quick right, swerving across 3 lanes of traffic to get over there. Walked in ordered and waited. I was praying to the Boba gods, hoping beyond hope that finally I had found a spot! I took my first drink and...Yes, it was delicious! It was as if I was in Thailand having tea...(because in Thailand "Thai iced tea" is just tea like in Mexico "Mexican food" is just food). The Tapioca pearls cooked just right so they were not too chewy or overcooked. You won me over Boba World! You had me at "Hello, welcome to Boba World"! If you like boba tea...go to Boba World! Pretty good boba! My husband and I checked this place out and it definitely satisfied our boba craving. I had the Thai Milk Tea with boba and my husband had the Lychee Fusion Green Tea with boba. I felt like the Thai Milk Tea didn't have a strong flavor, however, the Lychee Fusion Green Tea was flavorful. Tonight I went with my friends to boba world because we'd been craving boba and this had originally been one of their favorite places. I have a health condition that causes me to need a service dog. She's obviously very well trained and is used to being in all kinds of public places. When we walked in the owner saw my dog and immediately said "you can't have that dog in here." I calmly explained that she was a service dog so it was okay. He continued to insist I take her outside and I explained that I needed her with me and she was allowed in businesses with me. He said I needed to prove that she was a service dog with some form of ID. After explaining once more that she was a service dog and the law doesn't require me to provide ID. He still refused to let us stay. We decided it wasn't worth it anymore and left. We left a card with him though explaining the ADA requirements and how he could legally get in a lot of trouble by refusing service to us. But it didn't seem to resonate with him much. The experience ended civilly because I was tired and didn't have the energy to really get into it with him, but it would be completely within my right to pursue legal action towards him and his business. Instead I hope this was a learning experience for him and prevents him from making this harmful mistake in the future. I won't be going back, nor will my friends. This place was great! Ladies were helpful and I've never seen such variety of flavors for smoothies offered.

My Daughter went in and ordered 2 drinks. They screwed up one of them, she being young came outside and told me. I instructed her to go in and tell them and have them make the correct drink for her. They told her if they made her a new drink they would charge her for it. They made the mistake and she was supposed to pay for it. Don't go here!!! read more

Just your run of the mill, no surprises boba tea shop. Really wasn't impressed. Won't be trying it again. Honey Boba was disgusting. Not cooked properly and didn't have ANY sweetness to it. Definitely pass on boba if you prefer chewy flavorful tapioca balls. Tried their Taro Smoothie. It was horrible. Way too sweet, and chalky. Milk tea was really bland. Adding pudding/custard to my drink which tasted pretty great. One silver lining. Lychee slush melted in less than 5 minutes into a drink. Wasn't worth it at all! They do serve ice cream. read more

I've been all over the area trying different boba places and this is still my favorite. I've also had every single flavor milk tea they offer and my favorite is probably Thai. They are all very delicious though. I don't prefer honeydew or red bean but they just aren't my taste. The boba here is the perfect consistency and they give you the perfect amount. I have no complaints about this place at all. The staff is always kind and even when there are a lot of people, it doesn't take too long to get what you order. We came in to buy Boba and my six-year-old had to use the bathroom. They have the doors locked and say public can't use it. I asked if she could use it she because she really needed to go. one of the girls said no I asked her if there was somewhere else she could go the girl goes in the back and talks to somebody else. She come backs out it says there's somebody in the bathroom. I asked if I she could go after the person comes out and I was told yes. We waited a couple of minutes and checked the other bathroom door, which was locked. I asked if there was somebody in the other bathroom and the other girl comes from behind the counter says oh those are close to the public. They flat out lied to us!! I mean if the answer is no that's one thing but to lie? really?? When I asked if there was someplace else my daughter could go to the bathroom and the workers didn't know then say so, DO NOT lie to me. I mean DO NOT lie to your customers!! That is basic customer service 101z That breaks trust with the public. I told the girls behind the counter that it's a bad idea to lie to the customers and we left. Never seemed to care. This place must be new because I never noticed it being here the last time I was in town. I love boba so after driving by I was determined to check it out. I got a large jasmine milk green tea with boba. The boba was well cooked and had a nice chewy consistency. The service was fake if that makes sense? i ordered a taro milk tea. When i got it the plastic was very hard to break and it broke the cup when i hit it. When that happened the lady immediately told me she was making me another one but wanted me to pay for it AGAIN when i didn't even take a sip. The people weren't even wearing gloves and were low key rude. One of the main lady prepping the drinks licked her fingers while scooping ice cream. So i suggest if you want good service and boba go to the yogurt zone on main street in lewisville. read more

It's a little watery sometimes and the Thai tea tastes too sweet x.x if u like a more tea taste or a more authentic fruit taste I'd recommend mogue tea or literally anywhere else read more
