For the three drafty windows that were replaced, the guys that came out showed up in time, did a great job installing and cleaned up everything afterwards. It's now about three degrees warmer in my living room and I no longer need to bundle up when sitting by the window. He adjusted the screen door to glide as well as possibly, explaining that there was a small raised area in the slider frame that impeded the movement.
