From the sales person to the installer and warranty person it just could not have been easier. All of them were prompt, very nice and easy to deal with. Installation took about 4.5 hours, the windows look beautiful and everything was clean. Not a speck of dirt or dust left behind!! The windows are quality. First thing I noticed was how much quieter my house was, living off a main road!! With the windows folding out it will be much easier to clean and the screen able to keep bugs out weather opened at the top or bottom. I truly love these windows!!!!

I met with MacKenzie and told her my needs. She educated me on my options and never pressured me to go with windows that I wasn't interested in. I was able to replace all the windows that needed replaced at one time (something I didn't think I would be able to afford) and I'm amazed at the difference the new windows have made already (no drafts and the heater isn't running all the time).
