We ordered a door from Renewal by Andersen of Boise in October. The salesperson came out, helped us…read morechoose the style and color, and took measurements. A few days later, we had to leave work to meet with another employee who came out to verify dimensions. We were initially told the door would be installed in January. February arrived, and the installation finally took place. Unfortunately, the door was built to swing in the wrong direction, and it did not include the three-point locking system we had specifically discussed and expected. Instead of taking responsibility, we were blamed and told that we had ordered it incorrectly. After considerable effort on our part, they finally agreed to reorder the door. We were then told the replacement would be installed by May. When May came around, we received a call explaining that a plant fire had delayed production. We asked for some form of discount or accommodation given the delays, inconvenience, and multiple mistakes. The representative we spoke with was extremely rude, denied there had been any plant fire, and once again seemed more interested in blaming us than resolving the situation. After months of delays, multiple appointments, missed work, incorrect products, broken promises, and poor customer service, this has been one of the worst customer experiences we have ever had. Renewal by Andersen of Boise charges premium prices, but our experience has been anything but premium. We would not recommend them based on our experience.

The owner and 2 workers came in and got the job done fairly quickly and they were awesome while they were here. Poor Jose had to tell my 4year old his name probably 100 times but he didn't seem bothered by it I kept apologizing for it. We were recommended Victory by friends who had their windows done and they also highly recommend them. The owner was highly praised in their recommendation and I can't say enough nice things about them.
