Very creative craft cocktails made with in-house spirits. The two I tried were both unique: one was made of Bourbon, Vodka, Ube, Coconut, Red Dates, Honey, Pineapple and chai-spiced coconut milk punch with a hint of fruit. I will agree that the cocktails are steep at around $18 a piece but well worth it as each one was perfectly balanced. The server was very knowledgeable on the drinks.

Vodka/Lemony cocktail (can't find the name anywhere...no website). Tasty but small

I understand the vibe and theme they're going for, but $17 for a (small) cocktail in Haddonfield is a bit outlandish. Spirits and mixers are made in-house which makes this a unique establishment. This is not the kind of place where you can saunter up to the bar and order cocktails. You need to be seated by the hostess and you'll likely need a reservation at that. Our cocktails were interesting and well-balanced, but we would not go out of our way to return.

Great ambience and delicious drinks sat at the bar but they have seating upstairs and outside. Loved the presentation and the flavors profiles of the drinks are superb. Great date night or fun with friends.

I was intrigued the day I found out that a distillery had opened in Haddonfield, and thus Wildfether sat in my bookmarks until my next Jersey trip. I made sure to book a reservation, which does require a credit card, ahead of my visit over the holidays. Good thing, too, since the space is quite small. It's housed in a historic building, the Jennings House, and is situated right next to Borough Hall. Looking out the window we were seated next to brought with it strong memories of my days working as a reporter in Haddonfield and the many, many hours spent at Borough Hall in my early 20s! It was also fairly drafty, so be sure to wear layers. There was one server/bartender who was taking orders and making all the drinks for the entire room. She was hustling! Seriously, I don't know how she managed to do it all with such efficiency and good spirits (pun intended). For my cocktails, I ordered the Not My Plumpdrop Buttons, a sweet gin drink that was so smooth and delightful, and Win/Win, a vodka drink that has similarities to lemonade. "Lemonade for big kids," according to the menu! I also tried a sip of their Napoleon's Ghost mocktail, which tasted just like a creamsicle. It was so well done! I was also intrigued by their root beer mocktail. Another time! I really enjoyed my visit all around, and I'd definitely return in the future to try more of their menu.

Went to Wildfether with two friends last night, we had so much fun! The place was super cute, very vibey and well decorated on the inside. Our server (Bridget?) was super nice and made good suggestions. I had the Lychee Keen and Clover Club cocktails, both were delicious. Definitely on the pricier end, but they were very high quality. Would for sure come here again!

Service is always outstanding. Went to check out the seasonal cocktails. Delicious. A little sweet for my taste but very good overall. Classy crowd and relaxing atmosphere.

Newly opened in Haddonfield! The distillery is located in a historic building. It's a very cool space with period details yet modern too. The downstairs has a bar and two tables plus a nice outdoor porch. The upstairs has a bar with several tables, an adjoining room with large tables for groups plus a large outdoor porch area. As soon as we came in we were greeted and given a menu. We sat at a table downstairs since it was a quick stop. The drink list has a variety of inventive cocktails ranging in strength made with different in house liquors. The cocktails are somewhat smaller and a little more pricey. The cocktail I had was good but could've used more watermelon and less lime. No food is available but you are welcome to bring your own.

Very cute distillery in a perfect location! My friends and I stopped here for some drinks before heading to dinner. They will not seat you until the entire party arrives. Very big inside with downstairs, upstairs and outdoor seating! I ordered the Tropic of Cancer, which was exactly how the menu described it "light and refreshing." Very easy to drink and a bit on the sweet side. My friend who has had the drink before said it tasted a lot sweeter than normal. Still refreshing on a hot day! My second drink of choice was the 1983 martini. I was expecting an espresso martini taste, but don't because it doesn't taste like an espresso martini at all. It's their take on it because of the coffee inside, but the appearance and taste is completely different and not in a bad way. Strong coconut flavor! My bf especially enjoyed this one! I definitely plan on returning and I think a great move is to come here before going to a byo dinner. They have a public parking lot in the back!

Wildfether is an elegant cocktail bar and distillery in downtown historic Haddonfield that just had its grand opening on May 26, 2023, and it is an excellent addition to the shops and restaurants on Kings Highway. Haddonfield used to be a dry town, but a brewery opened up in 2017, and a winery followed in 2020, and now a distillery. All within a block of each other. The boozy trifecta is now complete! Owner and Haddonfield resident Tommy Alfinito really knocked it out of the park with this one. I've been following Wildfether's progress on Instagram, and it is truly astounding to see what he has created here. He took a historic building from 1857 and over the course of two years, through countless setbacks and delays, renovated it into a refined and upscale space while preserving the house's historic character. My girlfriend and I stopped by for the grand opening yesterday. There was a line out the door all day, but we didn't mind waiting since everyone was in a good mood and just happy the place is finally open. The wait was worth it! Tommy himself sat us in the downstairs bar and fetched us sparkling water before a waitress took our order. We watched the bartender making drinks for the hour we were there and you could tell everyone working there cared about what they were doing and wanted everyone to enjoy their experience. My girlfriend ordered the bourbon based Flower Power while I ordered the gin based Stay Puft. I'm hardly a cocktail expert but both were incredible. The inside is equally as impressive, with a small downstairs bar and outside patio, as well as an upstairs patio and much larger upstairs bar. Overall it was a superb first experience, and I'm looking forward to going back and trying other options from their menu.

Absolutely phenomenal craft cocktails. Beautiful decor. Perfect place to have a few cocktails with friends or a very sexy date night. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in describing drinks and offering recommendations. Loved the "ambassador to flavortown" Definitely recommending to everyone I know.

Wildfether has really hit its stride now that some more time has passed since its opening. Their drinks are absolutely amazing and it's so nice to have such a great cocktail bar that makes and uses such fresh ingredients so close by. They change their menu pretty regularly to adapt to the seasons/holidays but they always have classic options too. I love how unique and varied their menu and drinks are and my husband and I have still not tried a drink we haven't liked! The building renovations and decor are also beautiful and tie the entire aesthetic together.

First time at Wildfether, and not the last. We came early (before 6) with no reservations, and got sat right away. We served by the bartender, so we got to ask him some questions and for recommendations. We went with 1983 Martini (espresso) and Municipality of Flavortown. Both drinks were original and well balanced. Nice place to stop before dinner.

Distillery in Haddonfield! Yes please! Located right on the Main Street of Haddonfield... walking distance to food and shopping! Perfect location. What more can you ask! This place has so many seating areas... has a downstairs and upstairs location, each level with a bar area. Outdoor patio seating available as well. The decor is nicely done. And the drinks even more amazing! I went with the Tropic of Cancer cocktail which excited me when I saw it had pandan in it. Reminds me of my mom as she makes Filipino desserts using pandan all the time. It was so good.. i could drink this all day! Next drink i had was the 1983 Martini which is their take on an espresso martini! It was also good... gave the smell of orange right before you sip and then ends with a nice expresso finish. My husband had the flower power... super smooth! Can't wait to go back! Glad I'm in the area!

From the first sip, it was clear that this distillery doesn't just mix drinks -- they design flavors. We both started with the Coffee Old Fashioned, made with Windy Lane Bourbon, coffee syrup, and black walnut bitters, and it was easily a 10/10. What made it special wasn't just the smooth bourbon, but the way the coffee came through -- rich, toasted, and lingering. You could actually feel the coffee beans at the end of each sip, almost like a gentle espresso finish layered over the warmth of bourbon. It was bold but elegant. I then tried the Red Arrow, built on Dust Settler Vodka, ginger liqueur, blood orange cordial, lemon juice, saffron syrup, Aleppo bitters, and Yellow #9 spice. This cocktail is a dream for anyone who enjoys something warm, aromatic, and slightly sweet. The blood orange and saffron bring a deep, exotic sweetness, while the ginger and bitters add a spicy glow that makes the drink feel comforting and complex at the same time -- almost like a winter cocktail with a Mediterranean twist. Later, I sampled their jalapeño-infused vodka, which was vibrant, clean, and spicy without being aggressive -- perfect for cocktail lovers who enjoy a little heat with their spirits. My wife went with the Southern Santa, a beautifully layered drink made with Windy Lane Bourbon, curaçao, orgeat (almond), lemon and lime juices, gingerbread syrup, and ginger-chai bitters. It was absolutely delicious. The citrus brightens the drink, while the gingerbread and chai spices wrap everything in a cozy, holiday-like warmth. The orgeat adds a silky, nutty finish that ties everything together -- exotic, festive, and incredibly well balanced. What really sets Reckless Town apart is their fearless use of spices, botanicals, and house-made syrups -- saffron, gingerbread, chai, almond, blood orange, and even chili heat -- all blended with precision. Nothing tastes artificial or rushed; every drink feels intentional and layered. If you love creative cocktails with bold, unexpected flavors, Reckless Town Farm Distillery is a must-visit. It's the kind of place where every glass tells a story -- warm, spicy, citrusy, smooth, and unforgettable.

Set among the quiet farmlands of southwestern NJ, this family‑run distillery creates an impressive lineup of spirits, from bourbon and whiskey to gin, moonshine, and limoncello, all crafted on‑site with local ingredients and water drawn from their private well. Their home‑style tasting room welcomes leashed and friendly dogs, and the back patio opens to a peaceful countryside view that makes you forget how close you are to the NJ Turnpike. What made the visit unforgettable was the warmth. The owners love sharing their process and stories, and soon we were chatting with every guest around us. The outdoor grounds could have used a fresh mow, but otherwise the property was clean and inviting. It's a small craft distillery, with much of the space dedicated to production, which actually turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit. We were given a brief tour, got an up-close look at their impressive still, and had the chance to ask questions about the distilling process. That personal interaction really added to the experience. We opted for a tasting flight of three spirits. Unfortunately, the one we were most excited to try wasn't available for purchase, even though it was the main reason we made the trip after reading about it. Disappointing, but understandable. We ended up taking home a bottle each of their whiskey and bourbon. At around $45 for the smaller bottles, they felt a bit pricey compared to similar offerings from other craft distilleries. Even so, I'm always happy to support local businesses, especially when they're producing quality spirits. The smoked gin is what first caught our attention, and I'm really looking forward to its release. Since the distillery doesn't open until 5 p.m., a visit requires a little planning--it's not the kind of place you'll casually stumble into while exploring. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and genuinely hope they succeed. The spirits we sampled were well made, the behind-the-scenes tour was a nice bonus, and we'd love to come back on a weekend when the atmosphere is a little more lively. We'll definitely be watching for that email announcing the smoked gin release. Here's hoping it's worth the wait!
