The counter employee repeated the order back to the kitchen as "half pineapple." When the pizza was brought out, it was half pineapple and ham. I called politely to explain the mistake and asked if it could be corrected. Instead of acknowledging that there may have been a mix-up and offering to fix it, I was argued with and told that my brother had ordered a Hawaiian pizza. I've been vegetarian for 14 years, and my brother knows that. He would never intentionally order a Hawaiian pizza for me. The woman on the phone, who I believe was the same employee who took the order, repeatedly told me, "He said Hawaiian," rather than trying to resolve the issue. I completely understand that mistakes happen. What I don't understand is why a simple mistake couldn't just be acknowledged and corrected without arguing with the customer. Side note: I had my one-year-old with me, so I really wasn't interested in going back and forth over a pizza. I was simply trying to get the order corrected and move on. Good food, but unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a bad impression. Mistakes happen--good customer service is about how you handle them.

My family and I were getting pretty tired of all the pizza places on the Cape. No place was meeting our needs, we were always left empty and unsatisfied. A lot like going to see a movie like Top Gun MAverick, you hope for a great experience, but are left wishing you had just stayed home. My wife and I grew up south of Boston and had some of the best Pizza and sandwich on the globe all around us. We had some friends tell us about this cool pizza place in a gas station on 151 so we gave it a shot, what the hell right, what did we have to lose. We found Wildfire when the were in their old location, indeed it was a gas station, we fell in love with their pizza. I would venture to say we have had all of the pizza they make. And we have never had a pizza that wasn't over the top in flavor, freshness, perfect edges and crust. They had to close for a short period as they were forced to move out of the location they were in. We were devastated, we finally found a pizza shop that made a pizza we actually couldn't wait to sink our teeth into and now they are gone. Well, we prayed for their return, and our prayers were answered, in a big way. Their new location was now 2.2 miles from our house. Prayer works my friends. The new location is fantastic, you can take out or eat in their nicely decorated dining area. Their decor is exactly what I would like in my house, but the wife says no. I need to keep that stuff in the man cave. Anyway; tonight we ordered there again. We ordered a sub for the first time. I ordered a Mac Melt, the home made roll was incredible, the veggies are absolutely fresh and crisp, the sausage, the sauce, the cheese all filled with amazing flavor. My wife ordered the biggest Greek Salad with grilled chicken I have ever seen. She loved it. We also ordered the Bourbon Maple Bacon Cheesy Fries. I have never had these before. WOW is one word that comes to mind. I will definitely order these again. And of course I ordered a Mac Daddy Pizza for tomorrow's lunch. However, my Mac Melt was so big I could not finish that tonight. So I will be flipping a coin on lunch. The family that runs this place are all extremely friendly and happy to serve their customers. I feel the prices are great, especially considering the portion sizes. I am so happy they reopened a few months ago. We now have a real Pizza shop that blows us away everytime we have something off their unique menu. Check them out, I know you will thank me for it. One would think that, in today's charged political climate, a small business would want to avoid entering the fray and proclaiming their political beliefs. It is also intuitive that a pizza shop in Massachusetts, a notoriously "blue" state, would perhaps not want to blatantly advertise its support of Donald Trump and radical conservative views. But that's what the owners at Wildfire Pizza apparently believe is good for business. Around their register are signs and a qr code for "Convention of States," a Trump-supporting, right-wing extremist organization that wants to rewrite the Constitution of the United States. Its founder has said "Black Lives Matter as an organization is evil", has opposed Covid-19 lockdowns, and was also the founder of the Tea Party Patriots. I don't care about the political views of a pizza place - if they keep it to themselves. But when a restaurant ostentatiously displays those views, especially when those views include dismantling the constitution, it matters. When I mentioned that they were going to lose customers, the response was "you don't have to be a customer." That's true - and neither do people who read this review. Oh and the pizza? A cornmeal heavy, damp, thick, cardboardy crust. Bland sauce. Oily. Overall, forgettable. Try Dino's or Pizza Guyz right across the street or Siena down the road in Mashpee Commons for a better slice. Who knows, maybe the owners of those places have the same political views as the owners of Wildfire - but at least they aren't forcing you to have politics on your pizza. Update: In the middle of the night I was awoken with abdominal cramping and diarrhea - the only thing I had eaten in the last 18 hours was the pizza from Wildfire. So to summarize: if you want crappy pizza that gives you diarrhea and also probably funds Qanon, Wildfire Pizza is your place! read more

Take every preconceived notion you have about pizza in a gas station and dump it from your mind. Once you have dumped that information and begin to refocus on the fact that you wanted pizza, grab your keys and head to Wildfire. Hands down the best pizza in the area. Oh and skip the reviews that say "pizza guyz" and "dinos" have better pizza. Im sure they're pissed off employees that are losing business because of Wildfire. I digress. The crust is amazing. It's the perfect blend of soft and crunchy. Not too thin, not too thick. Still not convinced? Well guess what, ALL their ingredients are amazing and incredibly fresh. So amazing that I downloaded Yelp simply to write this review. The BBQ and margherita are my favorites. These guys have figured out the perfect ratio of BBQ sauce:cheese:chicken:other ingredients. It's mind blowing. Oh and the margherita I was telling you about, that has fresh basil and amazingly fresh mozzarella but what else would you expect from what I've been saying. Now think of all the terrible customer service you've had to deal with on the cape. Well, your brain is about to explode because they have to be the friendliest most accomodatinf people around. And I bet you like polar cave ice cream too huh? Of course you do. You're in Mashpee. They make milkshakes with polar cave ice cream! My wife and I moved to Cape Cod about a year ago. I'm originally from the New Haven, CT area and she is from White Plains, NY. Needless to say, we both have our pizza standards set pretty high. After trying a few various places when we first moved up here it became evident that the only way to have a good pizza would be to kidnap someone from our home area and make them open a restaurant close by. We were both ready to make it happen, we even bought the ski masks, and then we tried Wildfire. Wildfire is, hands down, the best pizza we've had on Cape Cod. I encourage anyone who has not yet tried their food to stop in and give it a shot. Especially if you are tired of wasting your money on sub-par, chain restaurant or bar pizzas. Combine their great food with the friendly service and you have a winning combination. Stop reading this review and get yourself over there! read more

Ok!! Let me start by saying I get my gas at this gas station regularly and I can't believe I have NEVER gone in there. I don't normally write reviews..but I couldn't not say something here. I didn't feel like cooking tonight.. thought I might finally give the place a try (check out their website and menu.. that's what convinced me) so I ordered a small pizza to pick up on my way home from work. Not only is it the best pizza I've had since I moved to the Cape a year and a half ago.. it is the best pizza I have had in years .. since the old brick oven pizzas at Santarpios in Boston or Franca's in Waltham. It smelled amazing in there.. called them after I ate at home just to thank them! Don't let the gas station throw you! 5 star pizza out of a gas station.. makes me love them that much more!! The owners, a husband and wife team, both served our country in the Air Force and were over the top in customer service when my family and friends paid a visit to their establishment. I noticed that they go over and above to accommodate all of their customers. I encourage everyone to stop in and support these two who sacrificed so much for our country for many years. Finding Wildfire pizza was the best thing that has ever happened to me. The pizza is fresh and hand tossed right in front of you as you tell them what toppings you'd like. Not to mention the pizza is almost ready within 5 minutes, not like other pizza shops were it takes 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly and the decor is stunning.
