A week later, I reached out for a second time, and still received no response. I then attempted to send messages on both their IG and FB pages, and neither message was responded to. This is as they simultaneously spam my inbox with promotions (literally four times a week). Plenty of time to market to clients, yet no time to respond to them. After several weeks of trying everything short of messenger pigeons, I gave up and went with a different florist with whom I have had zero problems.
