He blamed me for various things like questioning why he wanted our crawl space 100% open during his trapping. He lied and said he removed and reset traps when he did not. I was home on the days he said he was there, my dog barks, and I checked the trap several times a day. This guy simply was lying about resetting the trap. He abandoned our house completely for 13 days. After a skunk sprayed under our house a second time while Daddys Pest Control was supposedly helping me with the problem, the smell was so bad we couldn't be in half our house for 3 days. I fired him. I hired a much better trapper who in less than 24 hours trapped and removed the skunk for half the price. Basically I paid this man $500 to do nothing, and a different guy $250 to trap and remove a skunk. 2 stars for his responsiveness to the first call and coming out to get the first $500 check and set a trap two or three times with cat food that caught a possum that was not the problem. Zero stars on actually doing what we needed him to do. A competent trapper getting the job done quickly with 24 hours of firing Daddy's Pest Control is all you need to know. He might be great for ants or bugs, but look elsewhere for bigger pests like skunks or rats. I am not trying to kill anyone's livelihood here, but this man is definitely not your guy for skunks or rats.

Unfortunately this is the experience I had with Daddy's Pest Control. I made the stupid mistake of hiring them a second time for a rat problem after having a pretty lackluster experience with them the first time. I understand that there are issues with my unit but that does NOT excuse the terrible customer service and followup received by this company! My tenants found a dead rat from one of the traps that was set but like the previous reviewer said, they did not come back in a reasonable time period which lead to maggots. The number of excuses for not showing up are endless, "we were on vacation last week," "I'm currently out of town,". I paid for 4 visits but due to the awful customer service and followup, I had to request a refund for the last visit. Over $700+ pretty much down the drain. Got the feeling and vibe that once the money is received, you're sent to the bottom of the priority list and it's onto the next customer.  Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones and have an experience like the 4-5 stars reviews on here. Just be aware, you've been warned, don't be surprised if you have an experience like mine and the other 1 star reviews.... If you're desperate enough, I would highly recommend paying for services on a per visit basis and/or use your credit card in case services aren't up to par/expectations.

They came on Aug 11th to do their 'sprayings' and within a few days we had more ants than we've ever seen!!! Then they set an appt for the next week and I asked what was the diff from last week's visit and no one called or email or answered but sure enough they showed up, even tho I said DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT ANSWERING ME! They always say if you need to reschedule, but they make it impossible, then they show up at your house anyway and send you a bill. That's called trespassing and I'm ready to press charges. I have cameras everywhere and can see them enter my closed (usually locked) gates and tromp around my yard for 2-3 min, doing nothing! I can see that, but sure enough I got a $200- bill for that! I sent an email cancelling them again, & told them if they enter my property again for any reason I will call the police for trespassing and sure enough again there he was on my camera in my back yard the very next day! We raced home! He was still there I told him he's trespassing and I'm calling the police he said he needed to drop off these rat traps that I've been paying for all these YEARS but they ever put them in my yard till NOW??? After I cancel them, after I say do not come here. I told him I was charged $200 yesterday and he said why I didn't do anything!!! That's for sure I could see him on camera the whole time! I told him I have cancelled the service, I do not want rat traps all over my yard and that I am going to press charges for trespassing. So I've cancelled them and they wanted to come pick up their Termite traps and they set a time today between 11:00 and 1:00 to come and do that, I sent them back an e-mail and said OK that's fine last time come pick them up at 11 and nobody has ever come! We've been sitting here all morning, were still waiting from 11 to now.. it's three and no one has ever come or called or cancelled or anything. Again they are using bully tactics and probably trying to figure out a way to charge me for having these another month or another minute or another something but I'm not paying another penny for anything and I've told them that clearly and they need to get their stuff out of here or I'm locking the gates and they'll never get it!!! if anybody wants to do a class action against them I'm very happy to join that because I think they need it and they deserve it. The reason it was good the first year is because Alex had the company and when Alex left the company everything went to 'pests' like a rat trap! You can get in but you can't get out!!! I had gotten quite a few quotes from various vendors for tenting and trenching Termidor and Nykor provided a no-tent solution that was priced competively and only a few hundred more than the traditional methods of tenting/ trenching, and they offered the same 2 year guarantee that all the competitors offered. They worked with me to inspect the home and noted their findings and gave me a very clear invoice and quote to my email. I had a good experience for a whole home Termite Service from Tony and Chris, they arrived promptly on 3/31/2026 and proceeded to treat the bare wood areas of my home inside my garage and inside my interior home attict, and also the subteranean area under my home and base boards per their quote. The service took about 2.5 hours and it was relatively painless beyond some overspray clean up on my appliances and lighting fixtures, they were very clear to cover and remove any paper items like books, and I moved everything off the walls for the interior spraying as best I could per the instructions. The service went well, and as it takes time to see if the treatment worked given that they sprayed Termidor, I cleaned up all the frass/ termite droppings i could see in the affected areas and I will ask them to come back next year around this time for an inspection or If i see more activity and once the 2 year guarantee is over, subscribe for them to come back to inspect and do a treatment of any newly affected areas. The only issue was they charged me the wrong price at the end but promptly refunded the amount and charged me properly, which is one of the most honest things I've seen any vendor do, then their payment went through the next day.
