About a month ago, i found a homeowners worst nightmare both: drywood termites and subternean termites eating my home in my external and interior attics and mudtubes in my raised foundation of my home. We had just started using the HVAC system and had an issue with a leak that created moisture allowing gnats to breed. Tony and Chris were fantastic to work with. I had a ton of questions about the process, chemicals used, and follow-ups and Tony took the time to answer my questions whether it be on the phone, through text, etc. He also sent over a ton of photos for us to send to our landlord. We were dealing with Rat Mites from some rats that were up in our attic. If you haven't had rat/bird mites, they are awful. They are tiny little bugs that bit you throughout the day. Tony was the only exterminator nearby that could come by quickly. Beforehand, Tony gave us some preparation tasks so his treatment would be more effective. Everything worked out great for the upstairs. With COVID-19, we are using the basement very regularly to workout, and started getting bit down there. We found a few more mites and it turns out there was another rat nest downstairs as well. As always, Tony was able to quickly come out and treat the area, providing in-depth before and after photos. An upright can opener was purchased at a yard sale . The can opener was placed on the kitchen counter and after a couple of days the kitchen had become infested with Roaches (A roach or two hatched eggs so there were many). Prior to this the home had NEVER had cockroaches for 30+ years. Unbeknownst to the buyer the can opener was infested with German Cockroaches (the most aggressive and formidable ​kind of roach). Approaches were taken in the home to combat the roaches but after extensive research regarding the "German Cockroach" it became apparent that the best thing to do would be to call a professional exterminator to be sure to rid the home of these "Pests" for good! These guys came out quickly. That was nice. I messaged them and same day they came out. It was a bit pricy but I've had these little bugs in my house that I just can't wait to get rid of so I did it! Not only did the bugs never go away, the guy promised if I do see them they would be dead, not only are not all of them dead I see At least one daily. When I called for a retreat based on the 30 day guarantee he said they would come back and that he was driving so he'd have to call me back to reschedule. I never got a call back and then another guy messaged me at 8am saying he was 20 min away, I wasn't home BecUse they didn't schedule with me !! Then Tony (maybe the owner) said if they come back they have to charge me since they came twice!! I told him I never got scheduled for the second one and no one came they just said they were showing up without scheduling with me first!!! So I still have bugs and the 30 days guarantee is BS. Just unprofessional!! Lack of scheduling, 30 day guarantee is BS, and also the guy commented on all my stuff while he was here, pointing out pricy items and asking where I got things, even commented on my purse! it was a little concerning.
