The quality of the merchandise is good, but the customer service and administrative support are among the worst I've experienced. If everything goes smoothly, you may be satisfied. However, if there's a problem with your order, don't expect timely communication or follow-up. Weeks went by without any updates, and multiple emails and phone calls were ignored. After waiting more than two months for a product that was never delivered, I canceled the order and requested a refund. Throughout the process, it seemed no one knew where my order was or what stage it was in. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service turned what should have been a simple transaction into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. The nasty email from a woman whom I never spoken with (it was a gentleman who was pleasant but ineffective) who didn't have all the information on my circumstances was the last straw in an overall tedious tranaction. I reordered 2 of the 3 items from my original order with other suppliers. They were received in great condition - and quickly! Follow up to company comment : this woman received misinformation from her employee and I don't recognize most of what she's been told. I've never spoken to her before. Briefly, I returned two items at my own expense with no reimbursement. Each of the 3 items I ordered were over $99 w/ free shipping - so they did ship 2 (3rd one never came after over 2 mos) and 1 replacement. The comment came from my daughter and I requested to return for another. That was approved and I paid the shipping to return in good condition. I emailed well before the replacement was shipped to switch the item and followed up w/ a phone messages. As was the case throughout, there was no response until I received the wrong item. The email confirmation of the shipment contained the correct address. So how did their process, which knew my correct mailing address, get mis-addressed? Update 8/31 -- Wildlife Wonders responded to my PayPal claim to say that they'll give me a refund, if I return the item. Unfortunately, I am expected to pay out of pocket for the cost to return the item, which is ridiculous given it was, and always has been, completely their fault that I was sent the wrong thing. PayPal offered me $100, and said I could try sending COD, but that they can't guarantee that I'll get my refund if the seller refuses the COD. I was told to now file another dispute with my credit card company, Amex, to try to get a full refund for, again, Wildlife Wonders mistake. DO NOT spend your money at this company. Absolute scammers with no integrity. Original Review: Honestly, I'm mostly upset with myself for not reading these reviews first. I placed an order for what appeared to be a 1.5/2 feet tall wooden bear with camping gear sculpture on 6/16. Although this was for father's day, I wasn't worried about it arriving on time, and knew my dad wouldn't mind it being a few days late. However, even though I knew it may be late, I didn't realize it was going to be almost a month late. After my order on 6/16, by 7/11 it still had no shipped, and I had to email Wildlife Wonders to request they ship the item. Susan gets back to me two days later telling me they will get it shipped. What was supposed to be a tall wooden sculpture is a small similarly themed bear that fits in the palm of my dads hand. Keep in mind, I paid $150 for this item. On 7/21, I email Wildlife Wonders to let them know of the mix up, asking for return instructions / next steps and including photos of what I originally purchased and what was sent. On 7/22, Susan responds, seems as confused as I am, and lets me know that they don't even sell a smaller version of the item, and asks for me to send a picture of the box. I get back to her in just a little over an hour, agreeing it's strange but letting her know my dad had already recycled the box. I inquired if she thought this was related to the delay in shipping, where wires must've crossed. By 7/31, I've still not received any reply from Wildlife Wonders. I send an email following up, asking if it would be possible to have the original item sent. By 8/05, I still have not heard anything back. I email again, asking for an update and letting them know I will be working with my credit card company for a refund if I don't hear from them by 8/07. Apparently mentioning a chargeback works, because then Susan responded to me within 15 minutes. In Susan's reply, she says "We need something to show that he received the wrong sculpture. We don't sell a smaller sculpture. Please send a photo." If you've been following along, you know I sent a photo in the first email I ever sent to them highlighting the mishap. I respond to Susan on 8/9, informing her of such. Since I did not hear back again by 8/10, I assumed I'd be continuing down a rabbit hole of unanswered emails, and decided to work with Paypal for a refund. Paypal alerted Wildlife Wonders, and encouraged me to seek resolution by 8/20. As it's now 8/19, and they haven't responded to my email or the Paypal claim, I'm moving forward with having my money returned in the least convenient way possible, through a chargeback. In collecting information for the Paypal claim, I also learned that the dimensions are supposedly "11.3 inches (H) x 24.8 inches (W) x 10.1 inches (D)" for the item I purchased, which is neither what is represented in the photo, or what I received. The staff has been completely unhelpful and even misled me--claiming not once, but twice, that the item had been "re-shipped," yet providing no tracking information or follow-up. We had conversations via the PayPal and Better Business Bureau sites. Your tactics remained the same, only now you've claimed the order was canceled and I'd received a refund already. Likely why it is broken in 2 places. The rings on this bracelet must have been defective. I NEVER said in any communication that I did not wear the earrings. I wore them because I had no choice since they arrived SO LATE. Literally days before leaving for my destination wedding. They were still defective and the shop should have replaced the defective one or helped to fix it. Doesn't matter if I wore it. They were wearable, but uncomfortable to wear the one defective one. As far as shipping goes. The time to make the jewelry they stated is 10 days. The jewelry had not shipped after august 10th so I contacted the shop. They did not respond. Contacted them again august 12th. They responded to say it was delayed in being made. I asked when I would ship because I needed it ASAP, no response. It finally shipped on august 20th. It arrived defective on august 23rd. My wedding was not on September 9th (despite them trying to figure this out by stalking me) as they have stated. That is simply when our photographer posted photos of our wedding. No one gets married on a Monday. And WHY would I want to return my wedding jewelry? I want to keep it forever. It is from my freakin wedding. I initially asked for a replacement for the one earring. They did not respond before I left for my wedding (or until I filed a claim). I would prefer replacements for the jewelry or for them to be fixed and asked for this. They can write a book about how I am a liar but it doesn't make it true. If I was a liar would I have told them I wore the jewelry? No. I am a small business owner and I pride myself on customer service. This company is incapable of providing customer service. They even stalked my small business when I filed the paypal claim. I had to block them for fear of retaliation. I do not normally write negative reviews, but the way they have treated me is appalling and I don't want anyone else to go through it. Edit #2: Paypal approved my full refund. I opted not to take this however, because I reached out to the actual artist behind the jewelry and they were appalled at how I was treated by this shop and that the jewelry broke in this way. They said I clearly had a defective bracelet and offered to fix the earring and bracelet for free. I opted to go this route as my original preferred resolution was to have them fixed, not to have them returned. I have attached a photo showing that paypal sided with me. Unfortunately, our experience with Wildlife Wonders has been extremely disappointing. While the original sample order for 1 buffalo looked fantastic (Order #123431), an additional order of 10 buffalo statues for our company's End of Year celebration was ordered 10/2/24 and shipped 12/2/24 but was never received (Order #123772). Communication and response times were poor. Despite our team following up multiple times, their responses were very rude as well as delayed and often only came after multiple follow ups. Tracking information never updated, and the order never arrived. When we spoke with Evan (Sales/Customer Support) and Van (Manager), they claimed multiple tracking updates had been sent and that a second shipment was sent to meet our deadline. However, we never received any tracking number for this supposed second order, and the issue remained unresolved. On top of this, they have been unkind, dismissive, and unwilling to listen or collaborate on resolving the issue. The most concerning part is that they are now accusing us of lying about receiving a full order of the buffalo statues and claim we are "rubbing it in their face" because they appropriately refunded us for the order that was never received. All we are asking for is to return the original sample buffalo and receive a refund for it, but instead of addressing this straightforward request, they've made the situation unnecessarily frustrating and offensive. Update: I finally received a phone call after I posted negative reviews. They said my order was shipped immediately and was returned because I didn't have a mail receptacle, which is a complete lie. I know the mail delivery people personally, and they all know where to leave packages that do not fit in the mailbox. This business is absolutely terrible. I am 99% sure they are a fraudulent company. In September, I ordered a blanket online and it is now December 21st, and I do not have my order. I contacted Wildlife Wonders and they said it would be here twice. It is still not here. I would like a refund. I am disappointed in this company, and I do not recommend buying anything from them. Buyer beware of this company. We ordered at the beginning of the month for a friend's birthday. Got none of the usual notices of shipment. Pinged them a little over a week ago and were told it would ship a week ago Monday. Nothing. Since, emails and phone calls to their, apparently fake ("leave a message and we will get back to you"), service-line go unanswered. We have checked and see complaints to the Better Business Bureau about the exact same issue. Now, we are gearing up for the cc chargeback process and to file our own BBB complaint. I ordered some wine glasses from their site and it turns out they were discontinued. I paid for them, paid shipping, got the other item. Turns out they didn't remove them from their website (laziness). My friend won't get her birthday present in time since they couldn't inform me it was discontinued when I ordered it. this company is a fraud!!!! I ordered my wife a birthday gift ($179) and it came way late and missing a main part! When I contacted them the lady said she personally checked it before shipping it and it was all there and then called me a liar! The box contained a return slip from another customer with all her personal information on it! They are sorry folks! read more

I would not order from this company. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced. They do not have good communication. They just canceled our order due to our review.
